This gem comes from Linda Englert a transplant from Dutchess County her husband was City Attorney during the administration of Valerie Keehn, or as we call him shyster in chief who by the by never set foot in City Hall after Keehn got her assed kicked, but still drew his salary till the end of the year.
Englert is also a card carrying member of the DFC, I can only say after you read her crap try washing your screen with this

I also question the timing of this letter since the deadline for submissions was last week and the signing of the agreement did not take place till Saturday. My question is did the Saratogian violate its own protocols to publish this partisan garbage.
The Saratogian has protocols?
I doubt there is anyone in that building who knows what the word means.
