I new it was cold out side but who would ever think, hell would freeze over. I am forced to admit I am thrilled to congratulate Ron Kim in his appointment of Captain Robert Williams the city’s next Chief of the Fire Department. William’s the son of legendary firefighter Tippy Williams has long been a fireman’s fireman. So I never thought I would say it but, good pick Kim I would have chosen him myself.
On a more sinister note I was able to fight off the ASSASSIN-MONKEY today as I was ice fishing at Saratoga Lake. Nice try ASSASSIN-MONKEY but you don’t have a manila envelope big enough to kill me.

Kim goes out on a high note......he made the correct decisions, Cole for PD and Williams for FD.

Hell even a broken clock is right twice a day.Maybe Kim was just drunk and checked the wrong box and then couldn't admit it.
I bet Betor is pissed. I bet Kim saw him talking to Wirth and he slit his throat out of spite.
