It has been conveyed to this blog that Mr Bernstein feels he has been mistreated. I believe you have treated the Mayor and other council members unfairly. Well Andrew this is your chance to write whatever you wish on this blog.No cartoons sarcastic pictures just your words. Its up to you Andrew don't ever say I never gave you a chance.

And tell me Mr. Burr what time should we meet.
One of the reasons Mr. Bernstein is held in such low esteem here has to do with a little know incident on his blog in the spring. One rule all decent blogs follow is the rule of anonymity for the authors of comments if that is what the wish. Some brave souls like Kyle York sign their names but the vast majority prefer not too. The administrator of a blog can post or reject any comment they choose. Now Andrew requires posters at his blog to register, something we do not. One such poster a regular and welcome contributor to Bernstein’s blog was Jim Brophy. One day after Bernstein took offence at something Brophy wrote anonymously instead of rejecting the comment that criticized Bernstein’s writing skills like he had every right to do the thin skinned Bernstein outed the author on his blog. There are few rules in the wild world of blogging but the anonymity of commenter’s is sacrosanct. Mr. Bernstein violated one of our most important rules because his feelings were hurt. Mr. Bernstein laments that his words always appear with his name attached but that is his choice to make. This and is unfounded naming of John Tighe as the owner of this blog after clumsy manipulations of favors that he asked for and his one sided biased political reporting make him a worthy candidate for our scorn.
Mamie I let your vile comment on just to give readers a taste of what I normally reject many times a day.You are a real piece of work. I only wish you had commented on your city hall computer so I could have saved your city hall ip address.
He will never post anything on this blog. He like many other people deny reading it but then check it 5 times a day
BEN,RED foxx has fallen victim to the wrath of bernstein, red only rewrote his headline on todays lead story and for that he's barred,of course I directed his readers to your Blog for the unbiased story of last nights council meeting...THANKS RED
Maybe if he stopped acting like Skippy's press secretary and a real reporter like following the DWI storys in DPW instead of acting as there apologist he might garner some respect
Police: Woman charged with felony DWI
LAKE GEORGE -- A Gansevoort woman was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after she was pulled over on Route 9 early Tuesday, police said.
Kelly D. Clark, 41, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. when Warren County sheriff’s Patrol Officer Jeremy Coon saw her veer out of her lane, according to the sheriff’s office.
Clark was found to be intoxicated, and because of a prior DWI conviction in 2003, was charged with felony DWI, police said.
Clark was released pending prosecution in Lake George Town Court.
Name sound familiar Andrew? It should she's one of Skippy's favorites.
Comments like those of Mamie's should be screened by the blog master. They add nothing. Andrew is missing the objective point of reporting -- he has taken sides -- and that, makes him no better an investigative journalist than -- most of us who do not have his passion.
I have received word from Bernstein's masters at the Paper they will not let him respond on this blog.Pity really
