The time has come, To talk of many things: Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax-- Of cabbages--and kings-- and Lawyer’s and legal things

First the good news the rate of death threats has dropped considerably most of them seemed to be written by one fellow who I can only hope was committed. But the level of legal threats has risen to a level that I feel I must comment.
First this is a Google sponsored blog. On the top of the page there is a “report abuse button” got it, if you don’t like what I write report me. Several of you did during the election and Google found my blog though crass legal. In fact compared too many it is pretty dam tame. I suggest if you want to see real racism, slander and general maliciousness you go to
http://albany.craigslist.org/rnr/
That will make your hair curl.

Or let me give you some advice. When I went to the Saratogian to complain some years ago about the vile slanderous comments written about anyone who got in the way of the Keehn\KimDFC machine before it was crushed I was told, “if you don’t like it start your own blog”

So if you don’t like my blog start your own fucking blog.

But for those who think they can silence me, bring it on.

In tribal times, there were the medicine men. In the Middle Ages, there were the priests. Today, there are the lawyers. In every age, a group of bright boys, learned in their trades and jealous of their learning, blend technical competence with plain and fancy bullshit to make themselves masters of their fellow men. For every age, a pseudo-intellectual autocracy, tries to destroy the critics that question the status quo.

Oh and just a reminder that all the comments left about people at Thompsons blog[that was a good one} and Dis-utopia and Roger Wyatts old youtube videos have been saved. So even when your blog disappears it lives on in a hard drive somewhere

Q: Did you hear about the group of terrorists that hijacked a plane full of city lawyers?
A: They called down to ground control with their list of demands, threatening that if their demands weren't met, they would release one lawyer every hour.
