PLEASE NOTE THAT I'M SENDING THIS TO A LIMITED GROUP TO KEEP IT CONTAINED. I'm not including Al Turkheimer for obvious reasons. I would appreciate if this is not discussed outside the few people I am emailing this to.
I had thought we were going to move forward with the leadership change scenario. I feel strongly that this needs to happen for a lot of reasons. But again, I thought we had agreed about this.
At any rate, my personal bottom line is that, with some regret, I'll leave the committee if this doesn't come about, or at least be put on a firm and deliberate schedule, very very soon. I can't give you an exact date, but from what I understand, important actions are falling through the cracks right now, and obviously some on the committee want to see some positive steps. Hence the email from Nancy Goldberg re: the meeting Jan 23rd.
I'm certainly not comfortable with this coming meeting because we have not yet taken what are, in my opinion, critically important priority steps, that is: leadership change.
Sorry to give ultimatums but that's how I feel about this. I don't really want to discuss this (should it happen? shouldn't it? shouldn't we be patient?). I just want to know if we're on the same page or not so I can make my decision. And of course, what's next, and WHEN.
Depending on how you all feel, you might want to line up a replacement for me soon...

There still are some ethical members of the Demacratic Committee as this e-mail from Perer Tulin as he voices his disgust with Brucie and the rest of the plotters show.
I have been forwarded an email that Brucie Rosch sent to a "select group" of the membership of our Committee. I am assuming that many Committee members have already seen the email.
The email's content reveals the existence of a planned "scenario" to change the leadership of our Committee.
Brucie, you should be embarrassed to show your face in public. I had considered some original recipients of the email as friends; but clearly, this is a testament to my lack of judgment.
The reasons our candidates lost in November seems so clear to me. I learned how to do addition and subtraction in 2nd grade. I guess we have some Emperors and Empresses who enjoy walking around naked...or maybe folks just don't understand what the mark of Cain is...
Anyway, I'm going to stay on the Committee, and I'm hoping that those of you who are thinking about resigning stick around...Our votes have never been more important...
It is time to build and rebuild alliances among ALL Democrats, and members of the Independence and Republican parties who are willing to join with us in a common cause...We need a new coalition that will bring an effective, efficient and fiscally responsible form of Government to Saratoga Springs...

And then there's the attorney ... strategically bobbing above the fray... encouraging hope ... after participating in a dreadful display of party politics and infighting before the last election … unable to even support their own candidate for accounts … which did more harm than good and not surprising contributed somewhat to royally losing the election even apart from the unfortunate alignment with a failed mayor and commissioner and their tired deputy always riding shotgun.
So when does a lawyer's 'common sense' override prescriptive legal conduct for the morally right (or left) reasons? Could we have seen some disgust during the months before the election? Politics have become a bore.

From this day on, the official language of the Democratic Committee will be Spanish. Silence! In addition to that, all committee people will be required to change their underwear every half-hour. Underwear will be worn on the outside so we can check.

It's never a good sign when Peter Tulin is the only voice of reason in this mess. The election wasn't even close. When the Democrats (briefly) had power their only priority was to destroy Tommy McTighe the most well known Democrat in the city for decades. They are arrogant, obnoxious, overeducated and out of touch. Like Obama, they will be destroyed by their own hubris.
I know Peter Tulin. When he gets mad he is a cobra (Temper, temper little man, Try to keep it if you can).
Right now his 19 year old daughter is serving in a combat unit on the Israel/Gaza border. Toying with political neophytes is probably just a diversion for him.
Tulin is a nut. He is part of the NXIVM brain washing cult (as ar some of the other so-called progressive Dems here in town), he's an admitted psychotic and he has chased a the mother of one of his children out of town in fear.
But worse than all of that, of course, is that he's a car carrying member of DFC who supported Keehn and Kim.
But he's the one looking the best here?

What an embarasment for the Keehniacs..the Goldberg's the Benton's and poor Ron Kim. Now that they have managed to further divide the City Democrats, how many of them are really left to call themselves a Party?? What a joke they are. Unfortunately, it took Al Turkheimer all this time to realize that these people are certifiably crazy. The Goldberg's, the Benton's, Crazy Val and Brucie Rosch should all resign and if they can't leave town, at least get out of the way. They do not represent the majority democrats in this City, they lack the basic skills to lead an effective political Party and above all they are incompetent at getting along with others. Who will they blame next for their own failings? Today, they blame Al Turkheimer. Before that, they blamed John Franck and Tom McTygue. May I remind this committee of clowns a very basic fact? You will never taste victory again in any local election without the support of the other 90% of the Democratic Party that is clearly against you and most of what you stand for!!! The local press should be all over this debacle in the hope that the rest of the City Democratic Committee will demand these people: the Benton's, the Goldberg's, Val Keehn and others affiliated with them, resign.

I was able to plant a microphone, so here's a running transcript from the big meeting at Val's pad:

I heard Thilo brought over two bottles of his best Extra Virgin. But that oil will never be called that again.

As for the women, they just nibbled on some old prunes that someone brought. How symbolic.
Now for a summary of what's really going on here:
1. Keehn wants to run for Tedisco's Assembly seat.
2. This will put her nose-to-nose with Yepsen,
who seeks the same thing.
3. All hell breaks loose there over that.
4. Scirocco has asked to become a Democrat. Most (but not all) of the Keehn fascists thinks this is a good thing and want to put it in motion. A couple of the nuts plus the entire Sane Wing of the party object.
5. All hell breaks loose over that as well.
6. The Sane Wing is plotting its comeback.
7. All hell breaks loose, for the third time
8. They (the sane and rational) might actually succeed.
9. If they do, the DFC fascists (all 12 of them) set up camp with the Working Families Party.
