In memorial

Saratoga Springs, NY - Stella J. Diamond passed into eternal life on Wednesday (March 24, 2010) after losing a battle with lung cancer. She was 67.

Born on August 18, 1942 in Albany, NY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Stella Drebitko. A graduate of Vincention Institute and Capitol Legal Institute, she was employed for many years as a paralegal and office manager for a large Washington, DC law firm.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Charles Drebitko.

Survivors include her husband of twenty-nine years, Philip H. Diamond; a stepson, Craig Diamond and two step grand-children, Allison and Megan Diamond; four nieces and one nephew, Mindy and Jennifer Drebitko, Linda Klime, Michele Drebitko-Bradway and Jason Drebitko.

Relatives and friends may call from 11 to 12noon Tuesday (Mar. 30, 2010) at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway (584-5373). Funeral services will be conducted at 12noon Tuesday.

A Rite of Committal will follow at 1:30pm at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Rd., Schuylerville, NY

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Saratoga Care Foundation, 211 Church St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
