Today I am starting a three part series on the world of NXIVM starting with the Bronfman sister’s Sara and Clare heirs to the Seagram’s fortune and daughters of billionaire Edgar Bronfman Sr. and half-sisters of Edgar Bronfman Jr., chief of Warner Music. Himself a former Raniere[Vanguard] NXIVM client, Bronfman Sr. had turned on Raniere, labeling them a "cult.
So who are these women who have bankrolled Raniere and lost over 100 million dollars of Daddy’s money in Raniere’s commodities fiasco?
Sara owns an apartment in the Trump International Hotel and Tower on Central Park West that she purchased for $6.45 million. Nancy Salzman, Raniere's business partner,nurse and NXIVM's president, is using the apartment, says one source, and two sources report that Salzman is also flying around in a private jet paid for by the sisters.
The Bronfman’s also spent $991,578 on Salzman’s house at 3 Oregon Trail in Waterford, NY.
They also have extensive real estate holding in their name and in the name of NXIVM Properties or NXIVM Properties, LLC; and in the name of Executive Success, a Nevada corporation; or in the name of Executive Housing & Properties).Including

More frightening for Saratoga they are presently in talks to buy the Land Mark Adelhi Hotel.

in Los Angeles Superior Court (Case No. BC384285) in which Barbara Bouchey lays out, in minute detail, exactly what the Bronfman sisters' have also given to Raniere:
- $65,570,000 for "loans" to First Principles, Inc., a company owned 100% by Salzman, to cover Raniere's losses on commodities trades
- $35,000 for "loans" to First Principles, Inc. to cover its legal bills
- $6,041,765 for "loans" to Executive Success Programs, another company that is owned 100% by Salzman
- $26,430,000 for investments in Precision Development, LLC, a company in which Salzman originally had a 50% ownership
$98,076,765 Subtotal
So as one can see the Bronfman girls are Raniere’s[Vanguard] sugar mama. Without them he would be nothing but a third rate conman. But who are these girls?
Buy all accounts they were raised in wealth and splendor. Never having to work or worry about the everyday struggles of human existence they became the atypical “poor little rich girls” Although Jewish by birth they were raised without religion and struggling for Daddy’s attention they entered the expensive world of first class horse show jumping completion. But even with the best training and equipment and horses that money can buy the girls quickly grew bored with their new hobby. They were bored, unhappy and desperately seeking meaning in their lives, they were ripe for the picking.
Enter Keith Raniere’s[Vanguard] the consummate con man, he played the girls like a cheap violin. Convincing them they their lives and money could be used for the greater good of mankind the sisters broke out the checkbook like there’s no tomorrow. At last they found someone who gave them a sense of self worth and lavished attention and by some accounts sex on the emotionally neglected sisters.
Raniere set up with their money his ESP or Executive Success Programs which at first was mildly successful with many high profile people such as then Saratoga Springs Mayor Val Keehn singing its praises. Life was finally good for the sisters who could often be found on Broadway and in Uncommon grounds coffee shop. They founded the World Ethical Foundations Consortium (WEFC) and invited the Dalai Lama to Albany. In this video {just sound no picture} they talk about his then upcoming trip

My friends (yes, I have a few left) in Federal Law/Finance Enforcement assure me Raniere is "small change." He runs wicked little "pyramid scams." His greatest talent is his ability to separate "troubled women" from their money.

Kyle I agree in the realm of the world NXIVM' is indeed small change. BUT they are headquartered here and that makes them dangerous to the well being of the area. If I can convince just one person not to be conned by this scumbag I would consider my work successful enough to justify my time and effort.
I am always getting pulled by different forces. Some want me to write about DPW everyday, some want me to be a voice for Parks which I am, and others would like nothing more than for me to write about NXIVM everyday. It is always a balancing act. But I will say that by far my stories on NXIVM are the most popular, generating thousands of hits literally from around the globe.
NYRA is in serious trouble and so is racing this August. Sometimes I think there are a lot of people mainly recent transplants who would like to see nothing better than the track close. But that discussion is for another day.

Even though the same rumor has been around for months, the reference to the Adelphi Hotel is simply not accurate. It was Barbara Bouchey and not the Bronfmans or NXIVM that was trying to purchase and re-devlop that property - and that all took place well after she left NXIVM. I would guess that the cost entailed with NXIVM's recent legal actions against her may have put that project on hold. According to one of Rick Ross' blogs, her legal fees could be as high as $1 million.
PS/You left the old Romano's restaurant off your list of NXIVM-owned properties. Wonder what VanPimp plans to do with that place???
Wonder what Salzman's neighbors think of her having her cult like members to her house at all hours of the day and night. I work where these girls would frequent. Ive spoken with them and Nancy. At first they seemed like regular people, and then when they became more comfortable, they tried to get me to join. The called it more of a womens empowerment group. Fortunatly I was smart enough not to fall for their B.S. Nancy ran a great scheme and these girls who were so desperatly starving for attention fell for it. Poor little rich girls! I do not feel bad for them. They had all of the money in the world to do anything they wanted and decided to throw it away like that. They could have done so much more good with it like charity work.
Don't know why people are freaking out over this whole scheme. Eventually karma will catch up with this con man and he'll go down the drain like an oily turd. These guys always get busted and in 5 years you'll be watching the whole thing play out on '20/20' or 'Dateline' or some other newsworthy (cough, barf) organization.
Oh and yes, the 'poor little rich girls' will be broke and scurry back to daddy like frightened little mice.
It's a no brainer. Entertaining to watch unfold however, although sad for the child - too bad CPS hasn't been contacted yet.
