By Dennis Yusko article said that "Bouchey bought the 4,056-square-foot restaurant on Route 9 for $650,000 in June and filed plans with the town to divide the property into four offices, a public office space, a reception area and cafe."
I thought she split the sheets with NXIVM. Why would Nancy's birthday party be held in a building Bouchey owns? Did she sell it to NXIVM before leaving?
What does this building get used for on a regular basis? Did it turn into an internet cafe with offices? Is NXIVM creeping away from 455 New Karner Albany more into Clifton Park as most their local members live closer to Romano’s than New Karner?
Do they teach classes there? Are they running any of their programs like Jness, Rainbow Gardens, Ethos, Origins there? What is the building zoned for? Is this why they would not let the Trooper in the building as he would be witness to how it’s set up and what might be going on there on a regular basis?
Seems to be many unanswered questions regarding this building and why NXIVM was even there last Friday night for the one of three days of the followers wishing Happy Birthday to their beloved Prefect.
Bouchey did buy that building. With the obvious relationship problems, I'm sure it doesn't belong to her any more. Can anyone out there confirm what the deal was between Bouchey and the cult regarding this building?
In the pictures, it looked like at least the outside was kind of run down. Maybe it is renovated inside?
Is it approved to have these type of large gatherings, given it is abandoned?
For sure, Babs was on record of having owned the place.
Questions:
1. Did she sell it to them after their plan for a WORLD HQ was stifled by the planning authorities a few years back after they caught wind of space ship landing pads, 100-person underground bunkers and storage tanks filled with Kool Aid?
2. Was Babs not really the owner in the first place, which means ownership was mis-represented to the town officials during their hearings?
3. Or (heaven forbid) is Babs back in the flock now?

The rumor I have is it has been full renovated on the inside and was ready for the first event of the new digs held in the renovated space just days before Nancy's Birthday 2008.
No rumor. It's a fucking NXIVM center, disguised as a wifi-ready cafe'. It was fully renovated a few years back, has multiple rooms for meetings, full kitchen, the works. It certainly isn't 'abandoned.' They weren't allowed to build a place for their 'classes' in Halfmoon so they threw a bullshit sign up in front, bullshitted the planning board, and put up their 'center' anyway.
I've rarely seen any large numbers of cars in the lot, although there's plenty of parking out back.
It is their club house , for hanging out all day, with formal meeting space available when needed.. Plenty of room.
They have gone to the planning board for additional deck space and (get this): 24-hour operating hours.
It was so cloudy but now the sun is peeking out. Is this the calm before the storm? Happy birthday tomorrow...and keep up your investigative reporting.

I thought you NXIVM followers learned in your first 6,000.00 class that no one can really hurt you with what they say?
Please share with all of us how is this Blog is really hurting you? You don’t even have to pay here, just write your feelings / thoughts and I’m sure you will get responses full of helpful tips. I will share my limited wisdom to help you out.
Are you just hurting yourself with what you do with what you are reading? You come to the blog, read the words, bring them into your brain, neurons fire and follow a pathway of patterns (depending on your past depends on what feelings come up for you). Dam you are stuck with your feelings and patterns until you are not.
I learned this watching “What the Bleep”. Maybe it’s time to pay Keith and Nancy another 5,000 + to work through your hurt feelings so you can have a joyful life.
Watch "What the Bleep" they have some good tips. You just take a long bath, paint yourself, when you get out of the tub, use your toothpaste to paint some more, shout at yourself in the mirror until you have a break through of your blocks. Than life is Happy Ever After.
It worked for the poor tortured soul in the Bleep movie. She was even able to throw out her pills without the help of her doctor slowly detoxing her off them. No withdraws here.
Do any of you watch TV in Keithland? If Entertainment Tonight can play the tape of Mel Gibson's abusive conversation with his now ex-girlfriend over and over again, do you think that someone writing a note with their thoughts on this blog is going to hold water with the Cops, Google or a court of law?
How about all the press coverage of Tiger Woods? There were stories about his accident, his wife helping him out of his damaged SUV with a golf club to the back window. What about the tell all from all his other woman. Like a church fund raising thermometer, the woman count went up everyday. His life was all over the press, all over the TV, news papers, blogs and even Jay and Dave’s late shows told lots of jokes about Tiger.
I know it might have been awhile since you have come outside your own country of Keithland and visited the United States of America.
We have our own founders. We call them our forefathers (but don't bow to them). We do have pictures of them and celebrate their birthdays also, but only for 1 day a year.
Our founders signed a community contract also. We call our contract the Constitution. It contains but is not limited to The First Amendment – Freedom of speech.
Why do you visit this blog if it’s so upsetting? Did you not uphold your commitment to the community of Keithland? Is this your way of amending your behavior and now you are taking full responsibility for your actions? This coming to the blog your punishment?
Did you sinned and now you have to read the blog daily and report back to your leaders to make amends. If you sinned and blamed others on top of it, do you have to return to the blog many times per day. Steve what did you do?
Is someone in the inner leadership circle holding a gun to your head and making you visit this blog and read every word of it? Even if Keith's leaders had a gun would it not be your choice to come to the blog?
Please someone call the Wambulance before Clifton Park floods from all the tears due to all the hurt feelings and sweat of emotional distress.

Maybe someone can look up the plate number of the cars that have been following you so we all know who they are. I've been watching myself for these cars in my daily drive around town.
Be safe as your now on the NXIVM hit list. So far they only use attorney's to do their hit list battles. There is a great deal of information out there in the public court documents as to how their attorney's play there little legal games.
If anyone ends up in court, don't let NXIVM or any of their followers have the court documents sealed. This keeps the truth from not only us but their faithful followers
