Great article in the TU. John is completely vindicated!!! Every single thing in this blog has been verified by outside sources. I love the opinions about whether Coffey and/or Nichols crossed a line in their letter to JT (let alone their stalking and jumping out at 8 pm on a Saturday night-I guess they never heard of the mail). I do not think the Bronfmans have been well served by their legal counsel. when the letter was personally handed to Tighe (at some hourly cost for at least 5 hours plus mileage) John had moved off the NXIVM story and was writing about the Victorian Pool, another of his favorites. The Nichols letter brought the NXIVM story front and center and John has been on it relentlessly. This resulted in a front-page, above the fold TU, Sunday article. A more pragmatic and savvy attorney would have advised his clients to ignore it because the blogger has moved on to other things. Instead Coffey/Nichols couldn't restrain themselves and had to poke the dog (John not Bruno) with a stick escalating this issue and now causing real damage to NXIVM. Coffey continued this strategy by attacking this blog on the radio on Thursday 7/22/10. They have succeeded in bringing unwanted attention to the blog and NXIVM and to the child (who shall not be named). Maye they are being paid by Skip Scirocco? He is certainly happy with the Coffey/Nichols strategy.
Finally some vindication for our local hero, John Tighe. In his story in today's edition of the Times Union about "TCWCBN" (The Child Who Cannot Be Named, Jim Odatao acknowledges that it was John who first brought the child to the public's attention. And since Odato also put the child's name in his story, I guess he'll be the next one to get a threatening letter from Pam Nichols and Steve Coffey.

Essentially, Barbara Bouchey has confirmed that there is a child, as John told us, and it appears that even she has no idea where he came from. Will the idiots from Child Protective Services now find out if this little boy was even LEGALLY adopted and by whom?

Who cares about Arthur Gonick, whoever he is? Is he a member of NXIVM? Has he taken the Ethos class? Well, until he does, he is not enlightened. He should, becasue after taking it he would not be homeless, as you claim. He would succeed beyond his dreams. And so can you.
