One of the most frustrating aspects of this investigation is getting exspians {yes they have a name} to open up about VanFraud, Crazy Nurse Nancy and the swinging Bronfman brats. One of the reasons for this is the almost pathological atmosphere of fear and intimidation this cult has nurtured for itself over the years. Of course this aura of invincibility that NXIVM has carefully crafted for itself is an illusion. I humbly believe that the mere continued existence of this blog is proof of the vulnerabilities of this cult.Today on Talk 1300 Steve Coffey backed out of his appearance on Paul Vandenburgh’s morning show. I would like to think that I had something to due with that and of course I will never know the truth, but I was hoping for a little call in Mano-a-mano with the “MAN” as he likes to call himself.
For the benefit of the general population who are casual observers of this group and are unfamiliar with the culture of fear and secrecy VanFraud cloaks himself in, I am presenting today a few pages of the extended confidentiality agreement all espians are required to sign in blood

Caught the tail end of paul v's show today, said he was very interested in the nxivm baby...would definitely be talking to"the man" about it next thursday.
I still don't get it. If your company purports to have the secret to make the world a better and more ethical place, why can't we all know how it's done so we can make the planet the utopia you claim it can be. What's the hold up, vanfraud?

Not really a follower of all of this controversy but I do stick my nose in from time to time due to a past (but brief) social connection to one of the key players. I am surprised by your allegations that the agreement reflects a "culture of fear and secrecy." Seems to me to be a pretty standard Non-Disclosure Agreement of the sort that many businesses expect people they work with to sign. I've signed more onerous ones from major, very well known, corporations.
