Yes Coffey is talking about me. His letter to me starts out with “your actions could result in charges that include but are not limited to Committing a hate Crime etc etc”For the record let me state I don’t hate these people. I find the leaders to be reprehensible and I find them contemptible, but there is no hatred in my heart. To the blind followers of these people I feel only pity.

I listened to that same crap on Talk 1300 today - and was just hoping that Vandenbergh would take a call from someone who would ask Coffey to explain exactly what he was talking about. I hope the fucking FBI is reading this post as well as listening to Talk 1300 - and that they ask Coffey some questions about his firm's role in aiding and abetting the illegal, across-State-lines placement of an infant child with an unfit and unapproved mother.

I don't see what is vile and evil about anything on this blog. Considering what I imagine is shown on sites of real hate criminals i.e. KKK, British Nazi Party etc then this blog is just an information board to discuss the goings-on of a very secretive group. At least comments are posted in their entireity, anyone can comment as long as they don't mention the name of the 'child who cannot be named'.
Real 'Hate Criminals' do not encourage open dialogue and discussion, unlike this blog.
Yet again a NXIVM member, with financial gains to be made from making a case from this, uses provocative language to stir up fear and hatred in his fellow espians.

Fact: a hate crime is a CRIMINAL matter.
Coffey is an attorney, not a DA.
His job is to counsel and represent people and organizations that have been either charged with a crime or are a party to a civil dispute.
He has no authority to initiate a ciminal action against you . He can report you to the DA, or file a ciminal complaint. But the decsion on whether you are charged with a hate crome (or an any crime)is not his call.
This is a bluff; he's just trying to ruffle you to see if you'll go away.
Very similar to NXIVM's "$65 MILLION" civil suit against Metroland (although I think another firm filed it?). The suit disappeared afer some paperwork screwups.

Well never went away they have just been coming up with another story of victimization which in the long run only sucks in their followers with it’s us against them kind of mentality.
I have never heard or read where NXIVM was a religion. In their recruitment meetings it is presented as a program of science. In the filing with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) there is no mention of religion. So I think going this route to file a hate crime is not going to work.
Well if NXIVM wants to use the crime against race, well they would be admitting that they have evolved into a superior race with the teaching of Vanguard and are all members of the race of Keithism and we are picking on them based on their race.

4.It's the amount they are spending in legal fees that cost us all in tax dollars are being used so this group and their leader can play their games in the court system.

What career choices and orientations might have been suggested to or even picked for you? Whereto and to whose advantage has the purpose of your lives possibly been quietly redirected? What other labels and delineations could have been put on you towards the outside, the knowledge thereof kept from you, actions taken, statements made, and principles put forward in your personal name or in that of the NXIVM community without your knowing it? Do you really consent to legal threats that will ultimately make your lives harder and separate you even more from anybody who’s not a nxian, thus further impeding your goals? As your ‘ethical’ leaders demanding adherence to their teachings, are they not accountable to you on that matter as well? It is true, you are at cause in your life! So take this responsibility for your life back; inform yourself, for knowledge empowers; and make sure such decisions about your lives are truly yours and not stipulated or dictated by your leadership, often without your direct knowledge and even against your beliefs and wishes, intentions, dreams and hopes.
For the sake of universally applicable ethics and thus the mission, NXIVM cannot and should not be construed as a religion; so don’t let yourself be pushed in that direction and be coined as members of such.

- Casual or casual businesswear. Unless, of course, you're a hot babe and willing to make nice-nice with VanFraud, in which it's clothing optional.
- Since VanFraud doesn't have very good hygienic skills, snap-on clothespins are also recommended.
How many condoms should I bring?
- VanFraud doesn't believe in condoms. But if you're going to be making nice-nice with any of his women, I'd double up the protective layers.
Will a tribute of $20,000 be enough?
- That will just get you a handshake from VanFraud. For $100,000, you'll also get a "special handshake" from Sara.

I asked a "not so much friend" of mine who has been attempting to recruit me into NXIVM (but has failed) about maybe starting off by going to V-week.
All you have to do to go to V-week is take NXIVM's first month of a class called Origins.
NXIVM teaches this class all in one day right before V-week. How convenient for us all.
Then of course you have to pay the V-week fee but I was told it's a great value for 10 days with the Vanguard and the Prefect.

Steve Coffey: Why, You Must Be A Nazi
It's not enough to object to a political opinion today. Language beyond the bounds of acceptable criticism has to be invoked by people who can't control themselves.
Such as calling someone a Nazi.
Meet Steve Coffey, a prominent attorney with the Albany firm O'Connell and Aronowitz. Self-control is not one of Coffey's specialties, to put it mildly.
Last week during an appearance on WGDJ's Paul Vandenburgh Infomercial Show, Coffey called nationally syndicated radio talk show host Mark Levin a Nazi. Levin's show is heard on the station every night and I listen to it often. Because I agree with nearly every word Levin utters.
Vandenburgh, the part-owner of the station and program director, sat there like a potted plant and said nothing in response to Coffey's slur.
Calling Mark Levin a Nazi is calling me a Nazi.
I rarely dial into a talk radio program. But the combination of Coffey's reckless language and Vandenburgh's pathetic failure to mount one syllable in defense of a show he decided to put on his own station was too much to tolerate.
"Why did you call Mark Levin a Nazi?," I asked Coffey. He was unprepared to answer and responded weakly by citing "hate" on the radio.
"Give me a specific example for why you believe Mark Levin is a Nazi," I demanded. Again, he failed to answer. He couldn't provide one single example for why he believes Levin is a Nazi. Mark Levin is, of course, not a Nazi and that's the reason Coffey was left floundering for the words to explain himself.
What could he possibly say? Levin was a guard at Buchenwald?
Shortly after I informed Coffey that Mark Levin is Jewish, the phone call was cut off. To save him from further embarrassment.
Mark Levin's career is deeply admirable. He has served his country as a senior official in the Reagan administration. He is the author of the bestseller Men In Black: How The Supreme Court Is Destroying America, a relentless champion of our troops overseas and the head of the Landmark Legal Foundation.
I wonder what Coffey's partners and colleagues at O'Connell and Aronowitz think about him blathering "Nazi" at a respected Jewish American who is heard on hundreds of radio stations nationwide. Levin has over 5 million weekly listeners.
Millions of Americans don't turn on their radios to listen to a Nazi every night. Yet, Steve Coffey is so deluded he believes Mark Levin walks around with an invisible swastika on his arm. Perhaps he should think twice about the evil Adolf Hitler unleashed the next time he decides to attack someone with one of the most disgusting words in human history.
Mark Levin is a moron. Stave Coffey is a moron.
They are both dangerous morons, because each one holds has a certain amount of influence, which they both use to advance their evil goals.
