As the above stat tracker of my blog shows the computers in Pamela A Nichols office in the law firm of O'connel & Aronowitz which are fronted by Steve Coffey have been lurking on my blog all day.
So let me welcome Pam and Steve to community blogging. See Steve we are an unregistered non profit. We nether solicit or accept funds from anyone. We also have no paid advertising and rely on free ware from the net.
Our forum has many contributors both directly and indirectly who also receive no compensation. We also from time to time invite and welcome those with opposing views to guest write with no editing or funny pictures just their side of the story.

I suppose the number one complaint about blogs is their anonymity. Well my ass hangs out there everyday and let me tell you its no walk in the park.
But I love this town ,this state, and this country. Hell I’m just happy to be alive. I feel I owe something back to the community.
So when I see groups such as NXIVM and people such as Keith Raniere ripping off my neighbors, hiring goons to intimidate people, sending high priced shysters, like yourself out to bully the defenseless and the weak it just drives me crazy.
Tell me Steve you’re a pretty smart guy, do you need the money that bad? I mean you must see this guy is a two bit little con man, don’t you just want to shower after talking to him?
Well I guess it’s your business, but how many cars and houses do you need Steve? Anyway back to my blog and I will be doing Vanguard week tomorrow.

After numerous horrific measures taken by NXIVM to harass John and any other critic, you are clearly an ass to make such a comment. This blog allows people the freedom to express what some have been to afraid to divulge for fear of the wrath of Raniere and his cult followers. If the NXIVM teachings were as wonderful as they say, there would be no fear on their part to share the information and let people talk about it. He is a hypocrite. And he's a coward. He can't handle a real debate about his philosophies and his methods. It would be an environment not controled by him. He controls all the people in his little world so no one tells him he's wrong. Everyone is always telling him how wonderful he is. He's no scientist either. A real scientist would want others to review his stuff so he can make improvements. He adds negative value to humanity!
I need to clear up some misconceptions. First I do not routinely tract visitors to this blog. In fact using a free system I can only keep 500 ip address in the history before they are automatically deleted to make room for new visitors. And with over 2000 individual web hits a day they are recycled every 5 or 6 hours. I do save the ip’s of death threats that I save in a file with my attorney in case I turn up missing or just dead.
The ones that are humorous or in jest I sometimes post and I don’t save those ip’s either. I do have a good sense of humor even if it’s about my dissection or demise. Anyone commenting has my word that your ip’s are no permanently recorded. I under stand not everyone can go through life as a human piñatas

John, what you are doing is truly amazing to take on NXVIM, Keith (aka Vanguard) Nancy (aka Prefect) and the Bronfman sister including their legal beagle team of their local attorney firm. (They have several firms around the US doing their, should I dare to say, dirty work.
I wonder if Ms Pamela really understood when sending you the letter, what the hell she has gotten herself into. Either way I hope the complaint you filed with the Committee on Professional Standards State of New York Supreme Court fires her ass and the firm she represents.
Since your “REMOVED “article on unnamed child, I have unanswered questions. How does Ms. Pamela know that unnamed is Kristin Keffee legal child? Has Pamela seen adoption papers? How does she know the child is well taken care of and is being raised in a healthy environment? Does she really understand what Ms. Keffee (or the zombies) means when Ms Pamela refers to unnamed not being effected by outside influences? Cult like groups want to keep their children separate from the world but not usually from other children in the cult like group.
Ms. Pamela must have a child psychology back ground and made a family visit to evaluate the parent / child environment to come up with such a statement.
Wonder if Ms. Pamela saw this week’s ABC Primetime’s - Family Secrets? Based on children raised in a cult who thought having sex with their father (only the girls) was normal behavior. That if the police ever showed up that they believe they should do a mass suicide – and this was normal. The children (including their mother) thought it was normal that their father married their mother when she was 8 years old and by 14 years old was having his babies.
Regardless of what Ms. Pamela considers a “normal” environment unnamed is being raised by a group of people who have been considered by many as a cult.

Yesterday set a new record for individual hits to my blog at 3885. I know I can never replace the original Ben at disutopia or write as well as the now semi-retired i-saratoga but the fact that so many of you are reading and the fact I might be having a small impact and hopefully help some people out of, or keep them from joining this cult makes it all worth wild

What Nancy doesn't understand is, it's not all about her.
John is doing the Saratoga Community a great service by focusing on NXIVM, Keith and the manipulative nature of the group.
The connection between NXIVM and Democrats for Change (Val's group) also deserves serious investigation. Especially as the proposals for "charter change" may be the DFC's back door to a take over of the City Council/Mayor/City Manager position.
Watch how the "charter changers" start using the language of NXIVM and the strategies of NXIVM. This will be another way for their delusional sense of importance to impact and harm the community.

Vanguard, Prefect and their troops of zombies sell NXIVM as a science and Keith-Vanguard as a mathematical genius. He’s One of the Top Three Problem Solvers in the World is proclaimed in the introductions to NXIVM.
Has anyone asked what problems is he solving? These do not seems to be problems that lead to evolution of the human race, but they sell it like it is. Seems like he creates more problems than solves and when he gets caught with his pants down (metaphorically) he wants to sew the pants off others.
In order for NXIVM to be a true science it must meet some standards.
1.Based on objective observations which are independent of any one subject's perspective. Does it – Big fat NO. You have to join NXIVM and are subject to the trainer and staffs agenda of your enrollment into their mission
2.Universally applicable. Well maybe within how Keith seems to convince his follower they are the universe, but not the rest of the human race.
3. Subject to empirical testing to confirm the observations. Only if Keith is the Emperor that is confirming the testing. I’ve heard one has to take a “test “before one start your training and at the end of your training. These are then turned over to some guy outside of NXIVM that is supposed to be an independent testing place. What do you think Keith is testing for?
4.Based on a mathematical measuring system. Well they profess NXIVM is based on Keith’s mathematical geniuses but based on the results of the followers one might want to ask – who’s measuring stick is being used to gather the results.
I’ve been told by fallen followers NXIVM is now selling the Science of Joy, how to live a more joyful life. Call me stupid but I don’t see the joyful part of the followers based on the now famous Community Contract you are required to sign to be a part of the NXIVM community. Give me a break, you have to be a bit (or totally) zombied to put your John Henry on that thing.
I beat that Keith and Nancy didn’t want that contract to go public as they can convince their true followers it’s Noble to sign the contract. Now it’s out in the open for a more "objective observation" by outsiders who are not influences by the community members and Keith’s more zombified members using his mathematical measuring system to persuade them what a Nobel being there are by signing their names.
Then there are the fallen followers they don’t seem to bring the Universally Applicable Science of Joy with them when they leave. Maybe it’s a ritual when you leave your are striped of your Joy at the door.
How can one be joyful when you’re getting the shit beat out of you by the likes of Pamela A Nichols and Steve Coffey firm? (or other firms that NXIVM / Bronfman sister hire).
Seems the only one having a fun time and feeling the Joy in this situation are the ones who get enjoyment out of using the legal system to torture those who speak out.
There must be Joy somewhere. Maybe there is Joy when someone is given a legal paper with treats of Criminal and Civil remedies they will take against you. There must be Joy when NXVIM / Clare and Sara Bronfman enjoy when writing the checks to pay their legal fees. Then the joy the law firm gets when it receives the check. Than the Joy Pamela and Steve get when they get the percentage of the firms check, Joy when everyone goes to the bank to deposit the accounts and the Joy they get spending their hard earned money. There you go; there is where the Joy is
But the question becomes: is CITIZEN NANCY involved with Nxivm?
She is a brunette, after all. Plus, she seems a little spacey and doesn't say too much that is meaningful.

I wonder if Lama Tenzin Dhonden felt joy when NXIVM gave him a $250,000 house in Halfmoon? He must have been joyful enough to convince his boss, the Dalai Lama, to come to Albany and act all buddy-buddy in public with the Bronfmans and Keef. Looking back, it all seems so innocent now.

99 Button Road in Waterford is a house owned by a NXIVM member and was formerly used as the J'Ness women's retreat house. In summer/fall 2008, around $10,000 in renovations and upgrades were done so that the home could be used as Lama Tenzin's 'east coast home' (he lives in California), as Lama Tenzin was a part of Keef's World Ethical Foundations Consortium. I don't believe that he was legally 'given' the deed to the house, but he was given the keys and it was turned over to him for his use exclusively. I'm not aware if this very unusual arrangement is still in effect at this point, or not.
Watch out. There were many strange alliances in place at that time to establish the flag of a new Empire of Joy in the area. The house, if true, was no doubt just a means of giving one of the players a place to stay during the rollout.
But, the Great Plan has been paused because of the "Babs" situation. But I'm sure this is just temporary.
Meanwhile, everyone is laying low.

Methinks a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2,000 square foot, quarter-million-dollar house on 2 acres in rural Halfmoon is a pretty nice crash pad for a solitary, humble Buddhist monk. Considering Dhonden's name is no longer on the WEFC website, I imagine that he's decided to stay at arm's length from the NXIANs either for a while, or for good.

The TU has had some individual reporters dive deep with good work, but there has also been some rumors of their soon after getting pinched by ownership.
Other bloggerss (espcially in Saratog) have covered this very well in the past two years, but the same thing happened -- intimidation.
