Well folks today was another eventful day as veteran TU reporter JAMES M. ODATO published a blockbuster story about the futile attempts of Attorney Joseph J. O'Hara, to force the reluctant NYS Attorney General and Gubernatorial front-runner Andrew Cuomo to take a serious and hard look at the shady dealing, and exploitive operations of NXIVM.
To say Cuomo has been reluctant is kind. He has been pretty much MIA, as far as NXIVM is concerned. Joining a long list of other notables both Republicans and Democrats who give the cult a wide berth as their alleged criminal and rumored exploitative behavior has grown so deviant that it now includes possible mind experimentation on the mysterious “Golden Child”.
Now remember this is the same Attorney General who had no problem dispatching several undercover agents to Glenville NY to persecute the owners of Shady Lane Apartments for housing discrimination against minorities even though Deana Tope the rental agent of the complex happens to be married to a black man and has five biracial children.
One resident exclaimed at a press conference "I can't imagine what type of discrimination," said Shady Lane resident Desdemona Johnson, 77, a black resident who has lived there for five years. "I just don't understand what's going on.”
Well Desdemona{beautiful name by the way} I will explain it to you.
Cuomo wants to score some points with minorities for his gubernatorial campaign. So if he has to destroy a few innocent lives to win election then so be it. Even if one of those people{ Deana Tope’s husband} and his five children are of the very minority he brought the suit to protect.
Aren’t politics grand?
See the owners of Shady Lane Apartments are nobodies, easy to crush. The Bronfman’s on the other hand are high rollers. They give and give often. The also spend just as lavishly on both parties from free private jets rides for Republicans. The Republican Senate Campaign Committee lists $34,763 in five "in-kind" donations -- air transportation -- and four monetary donations totaling $31,600 from the swinging Brofman brats for the now retired Senate Majority leader Joe Bruno and lets not forget Jack Casey, chair of the Rensselaer County GOP, is both a member of NXIVM and one of its legal advisers to thousands of dollars to Hillary Clinton’s campaign for President.
Cuomo's just got no interest in investigating NXIVM or the Bronfman’s, even if a little children’s mental dissection is going on. Just the price of getting elected I guess? After all it’s not like little white three year olds are an endangered species.

I hope this will shake some foundations at the NXIVM camp. These folks should be ashamed of themselves doing this to a three year old child.
Someone from child services should investigate before that kid grows up to be like Charles Manson or worse like Ranere.
I truly hope someone gets that child away from that nut job Kristin Keefe.
These stories about the child have been up for weeks but I don't think anything has been done YET.

What the fuck? The Attorney General has been sitting on this information for 6 weeks and hasn't done anything about it? If he's that swayed by the Bronfmans' money and political influence, is he going to name VanFraud and Not-So-Perfect to his cabinet?

Every call to Child Protective Services is based on heresay! How many times does a person call and report unfound child abuse to get back at an ex-spouce or annoying neighbor? It happens every day.
If our government offices aren't going to do anything about this they ought to be ashamed of themselves. They'd rather make sure their pockets are lined with campaign contributions than do the right thing. Disgusting!

Cuomo has been dragged in with the trash, and deservedly so.
For the government to take action, they require either the abuser or the abused to make a full report in person and probably triplicate forms. Who do they think pays their salaries?
This nonsense of Barbara Jeske's "childhood friend" being the mother of Gaelen is ridiculous. Ms. Jeske is easily in her fifties and any "friend" would be about the same age. Even being generous to Ms. Jeske and saying the birth mother was 50 at the time of the child's birth would be a stretch. There aren't too many 50ish women who are even physically capable of becoming pregnant and I would say there are none who would do so if they had a choice!
This obviously is not a legitimate charity and the Charities Bureau of the Attorney General's office should be all over this. You would think Cuomo would be eager to uncover a cult like organization that is misusing it's tax exempt status to defraud the citizens of NY. Especially when this organization has possession of a three year old chilc upon whom they are conducting experiments for no purpose but the grandizment of Vanguard. If Cuomo does not do anything then I think legitimate questions must be raIsed as to whether he is corrupt. It's incredible that these people have been able to throw their money around to Bruno, clinton, roger Stone, the Dalia Lama, and now Cuomo and Coffey. They seem to be able to buy everyone except the Times Union and John Tighe!

Wait a second, someone is supposed to take Joe O'Hara's complaint seriously? Number one, he is a complete shyster, a total fly-by-night businessman who has major ethical black clouds floating around him. Number two, he totally has an ax to grind with NXIVM, since they sued him. I am completely opposed to NXIVM, but I also believe he ripped them off. I have first hand knowledge that he is a schemer so, I feel he is just trying to ride John's hard work, to angle for a comeback to legitimacy. Do not trust Joe O'Hara! He's as scummy as Raneire. There should be a survey for percentage of people enrolled in nxivm and percentage of people who either filed bankruptcy, got divorced or are being sued by this group. I bet the correlation would be much higher than random.
Yes, we need to recall that Mr O'hara once was a cult insider, where he ran their Dirty Tricks department. His ex-wife Denise Polit was involved in this mess as well and was likewise targeted by Raniere and Salzman when loyalties switched.
O'hara, like Ms Bouchey, can never emerge from this with clean hands.

And WHY did the Albany district attorney drop the charges against O'Hara. Hmmmm, let me think. Could it be that Kristin Keeffe worked for the Albany DA and was feeding/planting (illegally) info against O'hara for their case? The case was oh so quietly dropped and no charges were brought against Keeffe, which they should have. Why? Perhaps it was because it was a huge embarrasment to the DA.
This was Keeffe's brief stint as a para legal which in her mind now means she is a lawyer.
I expect O'Hara has his skeletons but he knows a lot as and ex-nxivm insider.
Everyone who does not do something to help this child is guilty of hurting it. That means nxians and state agencies.
The same for the irs.
My theory:
The child was born to a very young teenage unwed mother in Michigan. The baby's grandmother was the mystery person that was the connection to Ms Jenske (given her age).
Together, they arranged the transfer as a way of 'taking care of the problem' on one end and providing the human guinea pig on the other. A win/win in the minds of those involved.
Ms Jenske played dumb in the deposition because she knew the whole process (transfer) was not above board (legal), and was a bit surprised by the question being directed to her at that time in the unrelated civil matter. She wan't expecting it, and panicked.
If true, this brings up the likelihood that Ms Jenske lied during the Rodd deposition when she claimed the child's mother died. She has some legal exposure, if so.
I also theorize that all of this media pressure has instilled a feeling of fear into the Halfmoon gang, with the thought of authorities knocking on their doors at any minute.
Accordingly, I would guess the child has been flown out of the area. The goal is no doubt to get him to either Mexico or Vancouver.
When that has been accomplished, the NXIVM base camp relocates to the same place.
Obviously then time is of the essence. I think if any of the attorneys involved knows a crime is about to take place (ie moving a child across state lines) they are required to report it as officers of the court. Certainly all involved with direct knowledge have an ethical and moral duty to report this child to the authorities.

Unfortunately, the NXIVM gang can't fight extradition from Canada or Mexico if enough pressure is applied, so they could only relocate to one of the "Axis of Evil" countries, which would be a fitting end their organization.

I wrote the post above about the bullshit "childhood friend" of Jeske being the mom and I agree with Private Richard. Logic says the birth mother would be a daughter of Barbara Jeske's friend, not the friend herself. Age being considered, it just makes more sense. Some young girl in Michigan is missing her son, because I don't believe the mother is dead for a second. And, I don't believe the child is even legally adopted.
This O'Hara guy may be a shyster, but he was NXIVM's shyster for awhile and knows how they operate. I believe him completely. While revenge may be sweet, it seems that he just wants the truth to come out.
The cult people believe in twisting the truth to suit them and accuse the oppostion of doing the same thing. The real truth seekers end up in court and the cult laughs their asses off, knowing they have a Bronfman in their back pocket, along with a fat wallet.
Suggestion:
Convert this blog to the NXIVM blog.

First, whether you want to believe it or not, NXIVM is Saratoga politics. Thank God for John Tighe because if it weren't for him, VabFraud and his wing-nut followers would be running our little city in the country.
Second, I don't see any personal upside for Ohara reporting the Gailen matter to the AG's office and then calling Andy and his staff out for not doing anything about it for more than 6 weeks. Pissing on the shoes of the about-to-be-elected governor doesn't seem like something he would do for his own benefit.
Third, how many people wihin NXIVM knew about Gaelen and why didn't they didn't any of them do something to stop this fiasco? Even if Raniere only shared this infromation with the members of his "inner circle", wouldn't this mean that Babs Bouchey knew?
Fourth, I think the most intriguing part of O'Hara's letter to the AG is the last footnote. Is the AG going to investigate which DA's Ohara says have been "compromised" by NXIVM? Is our own Jim Murphy one of them?
