Steve Coffey SUPERCULT attorney was on the Paul Vandenburgh show on Talk 1300 and to say he was on a roll was an understatement .Coffey first spoke about a NXIVM hate blogger “up in Saratoga” who writes that “Steve Coffey should have his brains blown out” then he compared my blog to Hitler’s Mein Kampf. Coffey seems to have a fondness for calling his opponents NAZI’s. He once called nationally syndicated Jewish radio talk show host Mark Levin a Nazi on the Vandenburgh show.
After hearing this I called and he denied he was even talking about me. So I guess I am to believe there is another NXIVM blog in Saratoga that is advocating blowing Steve’s brains out I’m not aware off.

This whole thing started when Coffey was asked about the latest NXIVM debacle . Nancy Salzman the president of NXIVM is suing Continental Airlines for $792,500 for the loss of a laptop computer in 2003 that contained proprietary training materials. The story was broken by Kathy Bowen, Gazette Reporter.
I will let you comment on the absurdity of this lawsuit. But I for one am hoping it’s not dropped. All I can say is bring on discovery, I will be at the trial everyday as crazy nurse Nancy will be forced to reveal why her laptop was so valuable and why did it take her 7 years to file the suit. By the way in any “Real Company” if a top executive make such a bone headed mistake they would have been fired 7 years ago.And finally Steve Coffey on why I'm proud to be a Shyster. I was in NXIVM when Nancy Salzman lost her laptop. This is not the entire story I was told by Nancy Salzman.
When you fly on what I call little "puddle jumpers" they do not have the same over head and under seat storage as bigger planes and when you walk onto the tarmac you put your bags onto a cart and they give you a claim check.
When you get off the plane your bag is waiting for you on a cart on the tarmac before you walk into the airport. It is your responsibility to get your bag. If you don't than it's like any other lost luggage and is put with unclaimed bags.
Over the years I have flown several of these flights and because my laptop is important to me, I always take it out along with my wallet and other important things. I carry it on the puddle jumper with me as it will fit under my seat or in the over head.
Is Continental Airlines responsible for Nancy not backing up her laptop? My opinion is no.
Who would be responsible? My opinion is first and foremost Nancy is and than her IT team would be second in line for this.
Is Continental Airlines responsible for the "stolen" laptop? My opinion is yes and no. Did Nancy see that her bag was not on the cart on the tarmac and make a claim there? Not what I heard.
Nancy told me she was involved in a conversation and forgot her bag on the cart. She was in the airport and remembered she did not claim her bag. When she went back to the plane any bags left on the cart had already gone to unclaimed baggage which was closing for the evening.
It appears that someone most of stolen the computer bag and these things do happen.
Because Nancy choose to not have her data backed up she lost it.
If Continental Airlines attorney wants to contact me I will go on record with what Nancy Salzman told me about her lost laptop.
There are many others out there that hear her story that might consider going on record also.
I will not give away any "trade secrets" here. It is my opinion that Nancy is not following the program that is taught through NXIVM. If she was she would see her responsibility in this and drop her suit.
Questions to consider
1. Why is Nancy not suing herself first as she has the most responsibility?
2. Why is Nancy not holding her IT personal responsible for not backing up her data? This person is still with the company and is one of the head trainers for NXIVM.
No trade secrets were reviled in this posting. No animal were harmed in the writing of this post.
I'm not hard to track down as many reporters have gotten my contact information from a court document in Bronfman vs. Bouchey where Barbara was to provide emails from a long list of names. Continental Airlines if you can find me you can have my testimony.

Barbara Jeske, in a deposition, stated that she didn't know who adopted Gaelen but that it wasn't Kristin Keeffe.
Former NXIVM member Becca Friedman stated on the Saratoga In Decline blog that Jeske told her and a group of NXIVM members that Jeske herself was, in fact, Gaelen's mother.

If the airlines knows what bullshit legal mess they are getting into with a lawsuit with NXIVM they might just settle for 50,00 to a couple hundred thousand dollars.

I've followed this blog for some time now and find it both entertaining and very informative and I've left a few comments myself, but I do think this particular posting is a bit off track and is perhaps exactly what Raniere is hoping for. It seems the attack has been deflected from Raniere and the wacky dangerous practices of NXIVM/ESP.
Attacking his lawyers greatly benefits Raniere and even the nurse by distracting attention from him and his alter ego, NXIVM.
First, everyone, including the worst scum bag on the planet has the right to and deserves competent legal counsel and it is a lawyers right and duty to defend his clients to the best of his or her abilities. Anything but that would be against the oath they took when admitted to the bar. Even Charles Manson, Al Capone, Adolf Eichmann, and Bill Clinton had the right to counsel, regardless of their crimes and the fact the attorneys knew their clients were guilty, that attorney is obligated to put forth their best efforts.
John, your efforts would be must better served by keeping the focus firmly on Raniere, the nurse, his top inner circle and the organizations themselves rather than fall into his trap and divert attention to hired hands like Coffey, etc. The janitor is just doing his job when he takes out the trash, no matter how vile.
As far as Raniere is concerned, he has undoubtedly fully insulated himself from any and all legal culpability. He's NOT an employee of these organizations. He's not on any of the adoption paperwork of the poor kid. He's not on the board of directors of any of the organizations/businesses/foundations. He is merely the "creator" and as such has no legal connection or culpability whatsoever.
That said, the true way to bring Raniere down is to whittle away at his most precious possession; his self created biography and fictional credentials.
Any past associates from college or earlier should be sought out and encouraged to tell the truth about his fictional education and perhaps most importantly, his bogus IQ credentials with the questionable MEGA IQ test itself. During his fraudulent days with Consumer BuyLine he learned his lesson well to insulate himself legally from any organization he is controlling behind the scenes.
If his bogus credentials are exposed, the followers of NXIVN would likely fall like dominoes and the entire empire would crumble to the ground. The stupid Brnonfman sister are likely too far gone for any hope of redemption, but most of the other who have supported this crap would distance themselves rather quickly once Raniere himself is exposed for what he really his -- the emperor with no clothes.
What are his REAL RPI credentials? Class mates and others with personal experience should be sought out and encoraged to spill the beans. More information regarding the questionable MEGA IQ group and test should be uncovered. The nonsensical nature of his patents and patent applications already do much to undermine his intelligence (they are laughable to anyone with REAL engineering or technical expertise).
The focus needs to be returned directly on Raniere and his most inner circle. The nurse is already very obviously at total idiot and imbecile just by here own published and admitted history. Heck, even her MD husband makes his living giving botox injections out of his snake oil clinic in Clifton Park. He's laughing all the way to the bank taking money from middle aged hags who will pay anything tho think they are attractive. For crying out loud! Things are going on in NXIVM that are showing up on FB. Michelle Salzman's page is gone. Christine Collins, who is a higher-up and very close with Karen U is not friends with Karen on FB. Barbara Jeske, who I could have sworn had about 700 friends, now only has about 460, and people that she enrolled and was close to like Crystal Rose Brooks are not her FB friends anymore, nor is Raniere.. And Lauren Salzman is no longer friends with Raniere! There's more, but that's good enough for now.

OK. It's been a half an hour and none of the above pertains. Michelle is back up. Lauren is again friends with KR, as is BJ. I have no idea.

Keith claims to have been "entered in the Guinness Book of World Records for "Highest IQ" in 1989."
However, the 1989 and 1990 U.S. editions don't include his name. So, how can he make this claim?
Supposedly, his name is included in the Australian version of the 1989 Book of World Records. While I've never seen it, it's been suggested that his name is included in an entry about the Mega Society Test.
When Keith claims that he has a 240 IQ, it's not because he ever scored a 240 on a standardized IQ test. He uses his Mega Test score, and then estimates where his IQ would fall on the IQ scale.
Keith Raniere has not taken a professionally-accepted, monitored and timed IQ test to prove that his IQ is, as he claims, 240. In fact, he flat out refuses to take a standardized IQ test, insisting that the Mega Test more accurately measures high IQ.
His reasoning is basically that IQ tests are not reliable, nor are they as accurate as the Mega Test.
