In what can only be called a blockbuster development a mysterious video of Keith Raniere has appeared on a Russian website. In the video Raniere is seen telling two unidentified women that he “has had people killed for his beliefs”. I will leave it to you to decide the context of the comments.
One has to wonder if this is only the first in a series of videos to be released in the former Soviet Union. As someone who has been on the receiving end of the wrath of Raniere, I am left wondering if he meant it or was just trying to intimidate and silence what he clearly sees as two impertinent women, Whatever the case I’m keeping my AK ready and Bruno on guard.

This is indeed an amazing video. In addition to the astute observations made by our esteemed host and previous commentators, perhaps the most interesting section of this recording is the hesitation and delay by Raniere when one of these intelligent ladies brought up his failure with Consumer Buy Line. Raniere was near speechless and it undoubtedly caught him off guard. He became very hesitant and uncomfortable in having to deal with his documented stupidity and utter failure in that business venture. Any information on the dating of this video would be very useful. Perhaps one of these brave ladies could come forward with some more background.
This buffoon goes to great lengths to pretend to be of high intellect by using confusing phrases and "big words" with these two women he clearly holds in poor regard. It is so obvious he feels these human beings are mere "insects" in comparison to the all great wizard of oz (Raniere).
Also, note in the video how at least one of the women refers to him as "Keith" and Salzman as "Nancy", foregoing the formal titles of Vanguard and Prefect which we'd been led to believe all followers are requested to use in their presence. Fascinating.
To be honest, I had pretty much assumed that videos would become scarce after the first one John posted a couple weeks ago with the much more animated mime-like hand motions. In this video, the miming is much more subdued. Perhaps the more interactive setting did not allow Raniere to choreograph his performance in advance.

Is any part of our criminal justice system going to do something to stop Raniere before he kills again? Or does the Bronfmans' big bucks allow him to continue to do whatever he wants to do without fear of punishment? Does that make them accessories and subject to prosecution?
I think this tape was made in the spring of 2009 when Raniere was confronted by the NXIVM 9 before there mass resignation.I believe his reference to having someone killed is little more than a veiled threat to the women to keep their months shut.

Here is my opinion : The ones they are still in NXIVM are affraid to leave or they are still mezmerized by Raniere.
When Raniere will be driven to jail, there still will be followers waiting for him and to continue his business (spread their master/owner's learnings in the whole world). It will take many years to the most conditionned ones to understand that they have been fooled and manipulated.
Perhaps the Bronfman sisters will be among them. Wait and see.
What I can say is that when a mind is driven to sickness by coercitive methods (aka brainwashing), it's a long way to recover : You can't go back to your life, you've got to learn to live again.

Keith Raniere has imprisoned a dozen of us, we have been here for months. I do not know what street we are on. There are no lights and no contact with the oustside world.
At night he tortures us with his Executive Success Program seminars. If he feels one of us has absorbed his teachings, he turns that person loose on the world with instructions to bring in ten new members each week.
If he feels one of us still has a mind after trying to brainwash us, he gives up and that person disappaears forever. There have been at least six to go like that.

People have been given deals before for cooperating with authorities. Would you rather keep looking over your shoulder the rest of your life? because that is what you will have to do if Keith remains a free man. If he is in prison, you will be safer. I know as a criminal defense attorney, it is an occupational hazard that you represent a lot of guilty people. I hope someone on your staff copied Rat's comment for your records. And in light of that and the video, don't you just cringe when you think about Raniere. Your law firm is well respected and covers much more than criminal law, such as real estate. My real estate agent recommended your firm but I could not possibly use it because I am related to someone in nxivm. At some point, the nxivm account will no longer be an asset to your entire firm. Of course, there are plenty of other attorneys ready to take their money and they don't seem to be putting all their legal eggs in one firm's basket.
Why doesn't papa Bronfman tie Raniere and Salzman up in the same kind of law suits Raniere ties up others in? He could run is girls out of their available cash and in order to get any more, they would have to leave the cult.
I'm sure papa Bronfman could keep Raniere and Salzman in a legal battle that would trump all of Raniere's suits and destroy Raniere and Salzman.
If his girls have no cash they lose their value to Raniere and they will than see that he is only after their money.

To the Rat...Raniere has alot of friends in mexico. My advice would be to go a state where there are not alot of NXIVM goons and stay there for a while. You should identify yourself so if something happens to you the people reading this post can direct authorities to the proper perpetrators.
Please help others like yourself to see the light and finally make the decision to leave this strange, dangerous man who could potentially be a killer.
People still sucked in are no doubt really suffering with all that is coming out. Those people need help.
I noticed......
at 2 minutes and 20 seconds Raniere coughs, clears his throat after saying " I care what's right with respect to conduct ". Was it a hair ball or did was he coughing up a lie?
Raniere is a follower of Ayn Rand, so he cares for nothing except his own self-interest. Think about it for a little while because that's all it really needs. This guy has run a business that has been in trouble with the law before. So, instead of rectifying himself and reforming any previous business practices which have gotten him into trouble, he forms another company where he shields himself from an "legal" association or culpability by not binding himself to it as an officer or employee, taking no money or income which he has to report to the government, but maintains a set of underhanded, under the table associations with those who do.
Not even considering any of the unethical manipulation, deviant sexual activities, verbal and physical threats, repetitive lawsuit filings, or the like, what type of person would believe this guy is an example of ethics, or ever intends to change himself to be such? Only a delusional, rationalizing one.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

He can't even take heed of his own question. It doesn't resonate with him, because although he knows other people might find it as "enlightening", or "perceptive", or "deep" - although it isn't - it serves one purpose, and that is satisfying his own narcissistic ego of people fawning over him. He has no real intention of ever practically applying it.
The guy fits the profile of a sociopath. He's never going to think anything he does is wrong. To him, wrong is a concept that gets other people upset with him, not a concrete moral concept that guides human behavior. "Wrong" is whatever is in opposition to his own self-interest.
The guy is totally "disintegrated" and "destructive" using his own, or more like semantically ripped off from Scientology, language. The blazing irony.
And the question now is : Is NXIVM a spin off of Scientology ? Or just an "ersatz" ?
I've heard this guy speak at VanGod week a few years back. He's a boring bag of wind.
Most people looked really bored to me. Only his inner "followers" who themselves are bizarre to say the least would ask such stupid questions for him to answer.
The one's that do ask a half intelligent question (there first time to VanGod week themselves) are either blown off by the big guy or given a stupid answer back.
Seeking advice, learning from others who know something you don't or looking for help is a big industry through out the world.
It makes sense that some would come his way based on the average of numbers. Because he has nothing really there, most of the numbers do not stay.

At one of his forums at V-week, someone asked him if a suppressive could change and he asked "why would they want to? they have more options than anyone else because they don't have a conscience. and they are more motivated to do destructive acts." wow- at the time i would never have guessed he was talking from a personal perspective because he seemed genuine but i guess that is the cunningness of a psychopathic mind. now i better understand the numerous lawsuits- it's not "to uphold a principle" -it's just to distract & bully people so they will stop questioning his motives.
he was also heard to say that the problem isn't with the ethical or unethical people in the world. the real problem are the masses of non-ethical people. they are the ones who out of fear, look away and allow the unethical people to do their destructive acts.
and so it continues-many people within the fold don't see what he is doing and continue to support him in those acts.
maybe he was right?
What a nightmare !
Raniere can make the shit he wants from those people, pretty disgusting...
