On a warm summer afternoon while sitting on the patio of Uncommon Grounds an attractive women waking by stopped, looked at me and said, “are you him?” I am always cautious when I hear anything like that so I meekly said “what do you mean him?” She warmly replied “the guy who writes about NXIVM, I’m Toni, Keith’s old girlfriend.” We sat down and had a short talk and that was the first and only time I have ever met Toni Natalie. For those of you, who wonder what kind of women falls for a guru, let me say I found her attractive, intelligent and very angry. She realizes that not only had she wasted some of the best years of her life but that she had been the concubine of something truly rare, evil.

John, I want to thank-you for everything you have done to expose NXIVM. You have given people a place to go to feel safe and know they are no longer alone, a place to confirm their suspicions about those little nagging little things inside their heads that just don’t feel right (always trust your instinct, it’s what will save you in the end).… I just want to clear a few things up…
I call them the “missing years”….
A lot of people want to go from CBI to ESP and skip the “missing years”, and I think Keith,
NXIVM talks about the “Aha moment”, which is the moment when something becomes clear to you. My first such moment was in the first ESP class, and it happened when I realized what they could do with all of the personal information they get through what they now call “
My second “Aha moment” occurred when I found that for the most part, they keep him hidden, and he paints himself out to be a Buddha, that very few people ever find about what they were doing to me, and that I was still being used in videos and when people would ask about who was the brunette with the green scarf, they would whisper and say “Oh her, she was a suppressive”
They use the legal system as their weapon of choice. Look at that document John has linked above, and that’s not everything. They came after my mother, my father, and my brother. And they left my son with a mother so broken I was afraid, and at times unable, to care for him. Every time I looked up, another motion was being filed, another claim was being made, another attack was being launched. How much of NXIVM’s and Bronfman’s money was spent on that, how many taxpayers dollars wasted, how many lawyers made rich.
Over the years, I have learned a lot about the man behind Vanguard. In recent years, I have met others who also know things about him.
He has learned to layer himself with credible people to propagate his bullshit and kept himself at a distance. And, of course, his name is never on anything…watch out Nancy you’re the one in front of him, the one who will really take the fall.
After CBI, it was National Heath Network. Keith called it the Consumers Reports of health and nutrition. National Heath Network was a company, or I should say one of the companies that Keith controlled but was in my name. It started in
Keith’s businesses generally attract good people, people looking to do things better in their lives, and he has a great calling card…”I have a 240 IQ and I want to change the world”. It works, people stop and listen, not to him anymore, they hid him now, (and I can see why) people get to see him now only at the volleyball court, or at Vanguard week, or after some big event like a 16 day intensive training, or
People who know the lies present him as a Buddha, an honest, ethical man, and a celibate. But they know the truth and only present the lies to keep the ball rolling.
Lots of people on the tit, with a lot to lose, starting with their army of lawyers. I don’t have a lawyer, nor can I afford one. If I get dragged into court again, I will represent myself, or hope for a lawyer who cares about what the legal system is suppose to represent and my right to free speech and to come forward, my own Gloria Allred.
It’s easier for some to pretend they don’t see anything than to stand up and ask questions, or step in and stop someone from being taken advantage of. In those Ems, beware of something you may say while trying to reach your “Aha moment”, it may come back to bite you in the ass, private things that you share in that moment of trust, that comes back at you in ways you never thought they would, … EM Keith and Nancy style.
My mission statement…. I am no longer afraid, I am no longer victim, and I will not stop until the entire truth comes out about what they do to people who speak out against them. I will not allow them to do this to another person. I will see them held accountable in the same place they have tortured people, in a court of law. I will help anyone who needs my help, to get out. It is not OK for them to raise a child. It is not OK for them to use people. It is not OK for them to abuse the legal system. It is not OK for them to take good people looking to do good in the world and use that to harm them. It is not OK for them to destroy families.

And now my own thoughts a thank you and some unsolicited advice for the Bronfman brats.
Many of you have donated since I put up the button on the top and I thank you. After careful consideration I have decided to give all the funds to my desperately struggling friends in Eastern Europe and to their children in this country, who until recently had been the fiscal lifeline for their folks back home.
Unemployment in the Ukraine is reaching 40% and the price of natural gas {the main heating source} supplied by Russia has doubled. This added to the problem that basic food and basic MEDICINES ARE BECOMIMG MORE AND MORE EXPENSIVE AND COST MORE THE THAN THEY DO HERE IN WALMART, even though the average salary when there is work is less than 10k a year and that is causing real hardship.
Many of these people sent their sons and daughters overseas much like my own great-grandparents in Ireland did, to find work and a future in the US. The recession has hit the new immigrants, some of who are my friends hard. Many are now out of work themselves and are unable to help their parents and younger siblings back home. The evil ones circle like vultures in the Ukraine as pornographers and human traffickers lay in wait to prey on the young ones with promises of jobs in the west. Evil people abound and trouble makes them flourish.Desperation is there weapon of choice.

Abuse of process is a common law intentional tort. It is to be distinguished from malicious prosecution, another type of tort that involves misuse of the public right of access to the courts.
The elements of a valid cause of action for abuse of process in most common law jurisdictions are as follows: (1) the existence of an ulterior purpose or motive underlying the use of process, and (2) some act in the use of the legal process not proper in the regular prosecution of the proceedings.

Vexatious litigation is legal action which is brought, regardless of its merits, solely to harass or subdue an adversary. It may take the form of a primary frivolous lawsuit or may be the repetitive, burdensome, and unwarranted filing of meritless motions in a matter which is otherwise a meritorious cause of action. Filing vexatious litigation is considered an abuse of the judicial process and may result in sanctions against the offender.

Vexatious litigation - Some jurisdictions have a list of vexatious litigants: people who have repeatedly abused the legal system.
Because lawyers could be disbarred for participating in the abuse, vexatious litigants are often unable to retain legal counsel, and therefore represent themselves in court.
Those on the list are usually either forbidden from any further legal action or required to obtain prior permission from a senior judge before taking any legal action.
The process by which a person is added to the list varies among jurisdictions.
1. In the immediately preceding seven-year period has commenced, prosecuted, or maintained in propria persona at least five litigations other than in a small claims court that have been (i) finally determined adversely to the person or (ii) unjustifiably permitted to remain pending at least two years without having been brought to trial or hearing.
2. After a litigation has been finally determined against the person, repeatedly relitigates or attempts to relitigate, in propria persona, either (i) the validity of the determination against the same defendant or defendants as to whom the litigation was finally determined or (ii) the cause of action, claim, controversy, or any of the issues of fact or law, determined or concluded by the final determination against the same defendant or defendants as to whom the litigation was finally determined.

Notable vexatious litigants
The Church of Scientology. "Plaintiffs (Scientologists) have abused the federal court system by using it, inter alia, to destroy their opponents, rather than to resolve an actual dispute over trademark law or any other legal matter.
This constitutes 'extraordinary, malicious, wanton and oppressive conduct.' As such, this case qualifies as an 'exceptional case' and fees should be awarded pursuant to the Lanham Act... It is abundantly clear that plaintiffs sought to harass the individual defendants and destroy the church defendants through massive over-litigation and other highly questionable litigation tactics.
A strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) is a lawsuit that is intended to censor, intimidate and silence critics by burdening them with the cost of a legal defense until they abandon their criticism or opposition.[1]
The typical SLAPP plaintiff does not normally expect to win the lawsuit. The plaintiff's goals are accomplished if the defendant succumbs to fear, intimidation, mounting legal costs or simple exhaustion and abandons the criticism. A SLAPP may also intimidate others from participating in the debate.
A SLAPP is often preceded by a legal threat. The difficulty, of course, is that plaintiffs do not present themselves to the Court admitting that their intent is to censor, intimidate or silence their critics.
Hence, the difficulty in drafting SLAPP legislation, and in applying it, is to craft an approach which affords an early termination to invalid abusive suits, without denying a legitimate day in court to valid good faith claims.

Forgiving oneself for making bad choices is never easy, and I know there are authors and posters on LF who are true experts in the area of self-forgiveness. But let me come at this from an angle slightly different than my usual Lovefraud fare.
It’s often just plain hard to bust a flat-out liar and deceiver. And it’s often suprisingly easy to effectively flat-out lie and deceive. Let me say this again: it’s pretty easy to live a life of deception, making it no big accomplishment to deceive the brightest, most astute, most sensitive people.
Lying and deceiving, and doing them well, even over long, extended periods of time, duping anyone and everyone in the process—again, my point is that it’s not nearly as hard to do as we might tend to think, and so it’s really nothing for the exploiter, however slick or not he may be, to feel especially proud to be so good at. Because fraud, and deception, just aren’t that hard to perpetrate.
And the converse is more important—it’s often really easy to be victimized by liars and deceivers, again highlighting how relatively undifficult it is to lie and deceive effectively, and NOT how dumb one is to fall for the lies and deception.
The truth is that few, if any, of us were raised to enter relationships vigilant for exploiters and imposters; not one of us, I suspect, ever took a formal course in how to identify exploiters and other sundry disguised frauds in the context of “intimate” relationships.
This just isn’t something any of us goes to school for; it’s not something any of us expects to experience; and so, reasonably, we think we have much better things to do with our limited time than to strive to become experts at imposter-busting.
Seriously, how many of us really want to spend our precious little time in this short life in the paranoid, depressing undertaking to become, if it’s even theoretically possible, skilled at unmasking exploiters?
Sure, there are professions one can enter if this is one’s bag—to bust imposters. But marriage and intimate relationships are not “professions.” We assume, with statistical support behind us, that it’s unlikely that the individual we’ll become (or have become) involved with is likely to be a pathological lia and deceiver. Of course we know anything’s possible, but it’s still, statistically, a low enough risk not to compel our constant vigilance, anymore than the risk of contracting relatively rare forms of malignant cancers should necessarily compel our vigilance and dread.
Now some pathological liars may be excellent at their exploitation skills, but more often than not they are just good enough exploiters to perpetrate fraud successfully for the reasons I’ve suggested.
Does this abdicate us of our duty to heed signs that may, sometimes, be discernable? Of course not. As I’ve written in prior Lovefraud articles, we want to give ourselves the best chance possible, against odds already stacked against us, to bust deceivers and imposters. And as I’ve written elsewhere, sometimes those signs are present, because many exploiters are really not so good at disguising signs of their venality, and some of them are, in fact, really pretty bad; and sometimes, for many possible reasons, we do a poor, ineffectual job at recognizing and heeding those signs.
But it’s also true (and it’s the emphasis of this article) that often these signs are not present, or not obviously present enough to overcome the basic (and I would argue, healthy) state of trust with which we enter intimate relationships. Because again I note: for understandable reasons, we simply don’t enter these relationships naturally suspicious of, or vigilant for, corruption in our partners.
We simply aren’t on the lookout to be exploited, and for this reason, as I’ve suggested repeatedly, this gives the exploiter an enormous edge for, by definition, he is preying on the least suspicious of his potential victims—those who love him.
Consequently this makes him ultimately cowardly, incredibly cowardly, not his victims foolish or gullible. Let me say this again—this makes the exploiter incredibly cowardly because, among other things, he is preying not on gullible fools (as he may perceive, contemptuously, his victims to be), but rather on those who have entered into a relationship with him on a natural, healthy pretext of trust (thereby making them the least challenging, the easiest, victims to defraud).
This reminds me of the bonding exercise in which one partner, demonstrating trust in the other, agrees to fall backwards in the faith that the receiving partner will catch and protect her. This isn’t gullibility at work but rather natural trust and faith she is risking that her partner will catch her, and not let her fall and injure herself. The exploiter in this analogy as if goads his partner into falling backwards and then, instead of catching her, as she should reasonably expect he will, he lets her drop and so injures her badly. And she, the victim of his deception, is left to feel shocked, betrayed and wounded.
Staying with this analogy, she, the victim, may not discover how treacherously her partner has let her fall this until much later, as the horror of his history of lies and deception begin, shockingly, to emerge.
And so I suggest to all who have been betrayed and exploited by perpetrators of fraud, especially (but not exclusively) in the context of an intimate commitment, I say to you, cut yourselves some slack, some serious slack. You are not naïve. You are not gullible.
We live in a world which makes it relatively easy for exploitive personalities to injure others. If we were all paranoid, living in a paranoid mindset, this might limit our risk of exploitation; but most of us, thankfully, are not paranoid. We are not living in a mindset of vigilance to be screwed-over by others, especially those we rightfully deem least likely to hurt us.
This confers the advantage to (and all shame on) the exploiter—and should leave his victims comfortable in their ultimate dignity and innocence. Steve Becker, LCSW
Last evening made a post I regret, blasting Sara Bronfman, that left me nauseated.
Asking my conscience, "Hey do you have a dog in this fight or something?' Sorta kinda. I knew of Keith many many years ago. He was going to be a player, a salesman for the New Age magical thinking scene for sure. Luckily I avoided a first degree connection. I had also met Edgar many years ago. So this story resonates.
But what makes me leave comments is that I am a cult survivor, still interested in how I got programmed when I was young 20's. Sara is programmed like that. She is also drunk with power that Keith has projected onto her.
This connects to Saratoga politics and all politics. Politicians con us in the same way. The Wikileaks, like John's site, put the truth out there and so threaten power. Those in power do not like the truth because it destroys power.
Power is a losing game. Walk along humbly trying to do a good job. No grandiose schemes to save humanity. Sara can you hear this?

Let me give you an example of an ethical man that I adore.
This person was born a long time ago, in a land of deserts. His father died before he was born, and he was taken under the care of his mother. When he was of weaning age, he was sent into the desert with nomads to be weaned as was the custom at the time. When he was only five years old, he lost his mother. Soon after that, he was taken under the guardianship of his grandfather. Three years later, his grandfather died, and he was once again an orphan. Within a span of eight years, he had lost three of his parents. This man eventually grew up, under the guardianship of his uncle and tribe, to become a well-known, but somewhat impoverished young business man of a noble tribe. He worked for a wealthy woman fifteen years his senior who hired him as a proxy, because despite her well known status, it was extremely difficult for women to run a business at the time in what was a fiercely patriarchal society. Even before what was soon to transpire, due to his strong ethical character, he was known among his people as the "trustworthy" and the "truthful". His behavior and business acumen so impressed his boss, she soon proposed marriage to him. Despite the significant age difference, they married, and eventually had six children as a result. Well known among his people, he probably would have grew into old age, well-liked and well-known only amongst his people as a noble man of the tribe. But much of his society was corrupt - especially the elite - in the economic, political, and social spheres, where abuse of the poor and women in general was rampant. At forty years of age, he began his calling to transform his society. This man preached for thirteen years calling his people to change his ways, but he was rebuked, boycotted, unjustly mocked, ridiculed, along with those few who followed him, by some of the same people who knew had known him before as the "truthful" and "trustworthy". His beautiful wife, God bless her soul, spent all of her wealth in his cause until her death at 68 years old, when her husband was 53. It became so bad, that he and his small group of followers lived in the desert for three years, with little food, sometimes eating the leaves off of trees. But they had remarkable patience and trust in God. A man, who despite being a "king", lived with minimal material goods, never having more than the lowliest and poorest of his followers. When his two year old grandchild took a single fig from the plate of the poor due, he took it gently from him, and said that the poor due was forbidden on him and his family, and put it back in the plate. No one would have cared, but that is how meticulous he was with respect to what was right. This is just a short biography I have written in the span of twenty minutes of the man from memory. There are many more admirable things that I have forgot to mention.
That is the true, ethical man.
Maybe NXIVM people should realize that what's wrong with the world can be fixed by bringing to light what has been forgotten in the past. By understanding the history of those bright shining ethical leaders of the past who encapsulated "what it takes to be noble". Then these charlatans wouldn't have a chance.

This is just some of the thing that Barbara Bouchey, Susan Dones, Joe O'Hara and anyone else that tries to get away from Keith have to look

If you really want to do something about the situation, invent some unidentifiable logon name and log on to Wikipedia. KR's article needs a section on Consumer's buyline, for example. Do not argue with them or the reputation company employees that work for them. Remember, it's not a forum or a blog, it's a place to transfer information to articles. That is all. That was very important for you to know. Just do your best Mr. Spock imitation, act like machines and get it done. Don't let on who you are or talk about anything but article improvement; i.e.: how to best transfer info from sources to the article. Once you get started, you'll start to feel really good about it. This is going to be the first thing anyone interested in him or it will find on the internet about him and it.
