Well NXIVM pulled out all the stops yesterday by bringing noted Mormon Attorney Robert D. Crockett into a simple Chapter 7 no asset Bankruptcy case. Let me tell you Crockett is no run of the mill shyster like Coffey. He is so popular he has an entire website dedicated to him {HERE} for his defense of the Mormon Church. Seems super attorney Crockett couldn't get that one yanked down either. God these high-rollers must hate the internet. I have a great deal of respect for the Mormon Church and wonder if the elders approve of brother Crockett enabling a alleged cult even if they get their 10% cut in tithing money.

Crockett's rates begin at 825 per hour with the sky the limit. All to harass a desperate, broken woman with no assets. I must say I can almost smell the money the Bronfman brats are pissing away.

I wonder how Coffey feels about being pushed aside by a big time shyster and loyal follower of Brigham Young.

One of the baffling things about NXIVM and the Bronfman brats is their legal suits make no sense. Most legitimate organizations and honest lawyers only resort to lawsuits as a last resort. Then only when there is a chance to recover damages. I have some experience in legal matters and the damage that drunk or simply careless driving can cause. 99% of the time the victim receives the policy. That is whatever the guilty driver is insured for, to go after the driver even if you win a substantial judgment, the odds of ever collecting is a loosing bet. Unless they are wealthy of course. Joe blow is generally protected by laws that allow the victim to collect no more than 10% of his wages and the cost to collect even that meager amount can destroy whatever amount you collect. Like it or not that is the system we have.

But NXIVM and Coffey is a different breed of company. It is my opinion and mine alone that they sue for a sort of vindictive pleasure, even when their own costs can never be recovered. To simply punish their victim for some perverse pleasure. I don’t know if Coffey buys into this crap or if he and his firm are just milking the Bronfman sisters like a cash cow. In the end he will have to answer for his own sins and no amount of Pro Bono work will restore his already tarnished image as a “THE CULT ATTORNEY”

On one hand this tape from Paul Vandenburgh's show on talk1300 shows that he isn’t just the Bronfman’s attorney but there friend and "proud"to know them, on a later show he claims when discussing hate blogs that he was not talking about me when I called to ask if he was talking about me.

But then again Steve Coffey is the man that in December 2008 on the same Paul Vandenburgh WGDJ's 1300talk radio show called nationally syndicated radio talk show host Mark Levin a Nazi. One little problem folks, not only does calling people Nazi’s belittle the horrors of the Holocaust but Mr. Levin is Jewish, talk about hate radio. I wonder what Coffey's partners and colleagues at O'Connell and Aronowitz think about him blathering "Nazi" at a respected Jewish American who is heard on hundreds of radio stations nationwide. Levin has over 5 million weekly listeners. Stevie, Stevie I know you are a very busy man, but I as a public service would like to point a few things out to you. No Charge Steve, boy that must be an alien concept to you.

The Model Code of Professional Responsibility is broken up into several sections. A lawyer should represent his client zealously within the bounds of the law:
• However, in cases where a client?s conduct could arguably be legal, a lawyer may refuse aid or participate in conduct he believes is illegal.

• Furthermore, a lawyer may not assert a position, file a suit, delay trial, or take actions on behalf of his client when he knows that such actions are undertaken merely to harass or maliciously injure another individual. Furthermore, a public prosecutor or other governmental lawyer may not bring charges without probable cause.

• A lawyer cannot knowingly use perjured testimony or false evidence.

• A lawyer cannot knowingly assert false statements of law or fact.

• A lawyer cannot preserve or create evidence which he knows is false.

• A lawyer cannot assist his client in conduct he knows to be illegal or fraudulent.

• Furthermore, if a lawyer receives information that his client has conducted a fraud on a person or tribunal he/she must ask the client to rectify the fraud.
If the client is unable and unwilling, the lawyer must reveal the fraud to the individual or tribunal. A lawyer is prevented from doing this if the information is protected as a privileged communication.

SUSAN DONES has no money Steve, your clients made sure of that. They can never collect damages and in my opinion NXIVM owes her damages. Your client’s actions and yours are vindictive and immoral. Those are my personal opinions’ Stevie. I also believe in my opinion that your clients may be engaged in “CAUSE STALKING”.A recognized hate crime.
