Keith Raniere and the 12 commandments

First before I mock these, let me explain these are his own words from NXIVM official documents, I have not changed so much as a comma from his 12 point mission statement from Copyright 1998, Executive Success Programs, Inc.
I highlighted some of the more absurd assumptions in red

12 Commandments

1. Success is an internal state of clear, honest knowledge of what I am, my value in the world and my responsibility for the way I react to all things.

2. There are no ultimate victims, therefore, I will not choose to be a victim.

3. I am committed to be successful. I understand that each of us must raise ourselves – and thereby raise all others – as all others raise us. This is interdependence.

4. Success in my own right is my earned success. True success cannot be stolen, copied or received by happenstance. I will not masquerade as successful by these methods or any other. I will earn my success.

5. Tribute is a form of payment and honor. It is giving credit where credit is due. I will use tribute to uphold others beyond my petty likes and dislikes. As a result I will define my self and my true contribution to humankind.

6. Successful people do not steal and they have no desire or need to steal. I will not steal anything. I will always earn what I need and desire. Copying without permission, or tribute, is not the highest form of flattery, it is theft. Theft is also taking or receiving something without fully earning it, it is always at the expense, no matter how small, of others.

7. Inner honesty and integrity are the highest human values and the foundation of the human psychology. All other values arise from them. I will never trade my integrity or inner honesty for any other value. It is never worth it.

8. The methods and information I learn in ESP are for my use only. I will not speak of them, or in any way give others knowledge of them, outside ESP. Part of the condition of being accepted into ESP is to keep all its information confidential. If I violate this, I am breaking a promise and breaching my contract, but more importantly I am compromising my inner honesty and integrity.

9. True success is never at the expense of others. As a successful individual, I will never envy another’s success. I will rejoice because I realize the success of others raises me up just a little bit more because I am also part of the human team. The actualization of human potential by anyone is a tribute to all team humankind. If others are successful, I will protect their success against those that envy them. I pledge to purge myself of all parasite and envy-based habits and replace them with the habits of effort and interdependence.

10. I will unreservedly accept the success I have earned. I will accept no more and no less. This is accepting with integrity. I will give unreservedly to those who have earned it. This is giving with integrity. I will accept with integrity as easily as I give with integrity. To not accept what I am worth, or what I have earned, is to devalue myself and thereby all others.

11. People control the money, wealth and resources of the world. It is essential for the survival of humankind for these things to be controlled by successful, ethical people. I pledge to ethically control as much of the money, wealth and resources of the world as possible within my success plan. I will always support the ethical control of these things.

12. A world of successful people will be a better world indeed, a world devoid of hunger, theft, dishonesty, envy and insecurity. People will no longer try to destroy each other, steal from each other, down each other or rejoice at another’s demise. Success, ethics and integrity are co-inspirational. I pledge to share and enroll people in ESP and its mission for myself and to help make the world a better place to live.


Ok where to begin. First you have to understand the sick little mind and massive ego of Keith Raniere "Vanguard". The first and golden rule of Keith is “no one does anything for free".

So Keith demands “Tribute” A tribute (from Latin tributum, contribution) is wealth one party gives to another as a sign of capitulation or, as was often the case in historical contexts, of submission or allegiance.

"Render therefore unto Vanguard the things which are Vanguard’s; and unto God the things that are Gods"
And remember folks to do it with a smile for it is an “honor” to pay "Tribute" to Vanguard.
And please remember never commit the ultimate faux pas and ask for a receipt.


8. “The methods and information I learn in ESP are for my use only.” Remember folks never tell the heathen masses the great secrets of the all knowing and powerful wizard. They might laugh their ass’s off.


“I pledge to ethically control as much of the money, wealth and resources of the world as possible” Grab all you can boys and girls and don’t forget my cut; see "Tribute" above.

“I pledge to share and enroll people in ESP and its mission for myself and to help make the world a better place to live.”

Remember above all else, this is a very elaborate pyramid scheme. We must have new blood to feed the monster and it must be fed often.

Finding the courage to talk about NXIVM

One of the most frustrating aspects of this investigation is getting exspians {yes they have a name} to open up about VanFraud, Crazy Nurse Nancy and the swinging Bronfman brats. One of the reasons for this is the almost pathological atmosphere of fear and intimidation this cult has nurtured for itself over the years. Of course this aura of invincibility that NXIVM has carefully crafted for itself is an illusion. I humbly believe that the mere continued existence of this blog is proof of the vulnerabilities of this cult.

Today on Talk 1300 Steve Coffey backed out of his appearance on Paul Vandenburgh’s morning show. I would like to think that I had something to due with that and of course I will never know the truth, but I was hoping for a little call in Mano-a-mano with the “MAN” as he likes to call himself.

For the benefit of the general population who are casual observers of this group and are unfamiliar with the culture of fear and secrecy VanFraud cloaks himself in, I am presenting today a few pages of the extended confidentiality agreement all espians are required to sign in blood

Al Roney a stand up guy.

You know I meet a lot of phonies, creeps, bullshit artists and conmen, but every now and then I meet a man of principles and integrity. Al Roney is one of the latter. Today Al dedicated part of his show to NXIVM. For those of you not familiar with Al, he was the talk show host who built a following on WGY-810 AM but was released in favor of Glenn Beck's national radio show. Al who was a favorite among local Tea Party activists, found a new gig at WGDJ-1300 AM as the host of the afternoon drive-time show. Al’s new boss is WGDJ President and General Manager Paul Vandenburgh.

Now this is were it gets interesting folks. Vandenburgh and Steve Coffey are pretty tight. In fact on last Thursdays Vandenburgh’s morning show {which Steve Coffey is a regular commentator} Coffey used his time to trash me and my blog. Saying I {unnamed} was guilty of hate crimes and went on to call me {unnamed} a despicable, vile person. Roney never less put me on his show and let me talk for the better part of a half hour. During which I trashed Steve Coffey . A major advertiser on WGDJ-1300 AM and a personal friend of Al’s boss Vandenburgh.

Now that’s what I call a true champion of freedom of speech so here’s to you Al. We may not always agree, but you will always have my repect.

Really Al did a courageous thing today folks, and I truly wish him the best and success with his career.

Newspaper wars; Behind the scenes

Well to say this as been an interesting ride would be the understatement of the year. My life has become a world of frightened angry people, cryptic e-mail’s, shady characters and mysterious dark SUV’s that seem to appear out of nowhere and follow me for hours.

But what I’ve found fascinating is the world of mainstream media. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and talking to some wonderful people in both newspaper publishing and magazine publishing.

I’ve found them to be sincere and caring with a burning desire to get the truth out. In the last week it has been my privilege to work with two reporters JEANE MacINTOSH of the New York Post and JAMES M. ODATO at the Capitol Bureau of the Times Union.

Both struggled to get the story out about the golden child first. Both found themselves competing with other reporters for print space. In the end Odato got his story out first beating MacINTOSH by one day. But in the end the only real loser in this noble struggle of exclusive bragging rights was Keith Raniere and his collapsing empire.

MacINTOSH also had her print story cut do to space limitations in the Post.

ALBANY CULT TAKES ORPHAN

A motherless, 3-year-old boy is living in near-isolation at an upstate "cult" compound — as the heir of the group’s shady Svengali, who feeds off the Seagram’s booze fortune, sources told The Post.

The fair-haired tyke’s true identity is shrouded in secrecy.

He was brought to Keith Raniere — the controversial leader of the Albany-based "behavior modification" group NXIVM that counts two Seagram heiresses among its devotees — by a longtime member who claimed that she was given guardianship when the child’s mother died, sources said.

The child is being raised as the "son" of Raniere, sources said. An alleged con man, Raniere has been accused by mental-health experts of using "brainwashing" and other mind-bending tactics on his followers.

The little boy has become the real-life "prototype" for what Raniere has publicly touted as a "revolutionary educational protocol" for children, the sources said.

On Raniere’s orders, the child is kept away from other kids — and much of the outside world — so he doesn’t pick up the bad habits of "parasites" and "subversives," according to the sources.

NXIVM is bankrolled largely by Seagram’s liquor heiresses Clare and Sarah Bronfman, who have poured more than $100 million into its coffers, financial records show.

In 1998, Raniere started the group, which touts "intensive workshops" centering around his "Executive Success Program, or ESP.

Before NXIVM, Raniere was investigated for fraud in 23 states and heavily fined for operating an alleged pyramid scheme.

Now, he has an international network of devotees called "Espians," who bow in his presence and call him "Vanguard." He and his closest associates live in several condos they own in a non-descript complex outside of the capital. They also own several other homes in the area.

NXIVM has been derided as "a cult" both by Edgar Bronfman, Sr., the Seagram’s sisters’ dad, and in court documents filed on behalf of Barbara Bouchey, their longtime financial adviser who defected from the group last year.

The Bouchey court filing alleged that Raniere’s dream was "to have our own country, our own currency and market, our own way of doings things."

He was also hell-bent on producing an heir, according to another former follower.

Toni Natalie, who bolted from NXIVM a decade ago, has said Raniere had designated her "the chosen one" to have his baby. "I was supposed to bear the child who would change the world," Natalie has said. She never did have Raniere’s child.

The 3-year-old boy is referred to as "the youngest Espian" and has been living with NXIVM nearly since birth, according to those who’ve met the child.

He was brought into the fold by longtime Raniere acolytes Barbara Jeske and Kristin Keeffe, who drove "about 10 hours to the Detroit or Ann Arbor area to get him," sources said.

Jeske later told NXIVM members that the baby’s mother had died. One member said she was told the mom died in a car accident. Two other sources said they were told she died in childbirth.

"The story was that his grandparents couldn't keep him, and asked Barbara to raise him," said a source who was at a meeting where Jeske announced the boy’s arrival.

Jeske’s, mother, Ruth, confirmed that a "close friend" of Barbara’s — whose name she said she didn’t know — gave her daughter the boy.

"Barb got him," Ruth said. "But now the woman, Kristin, is raising him as the son of Keith Raniere."

In a court deposition involving a lawsuit against the group but unrelated to the child, Barbara Jeske said the boy was "adopted" and that she got him "from a friend of mine from the distant past." She said she "wasn’t sure" who in the group actually adopted the child.

The child spends several hours a day being tutored in different languages — including English, Spanish, Russian and Hindi — by a team of multilingual nannies, said insiders.

It’s the same curriculum for Raniere’s soon-to-open school, the Rainbow Cultural Garden, described on the Bronfman sisters’ charity Web site as "a revolutionary child development program promoting children’s cultural, linguistic, emotional, physical and problem-solving potential."

Saratoga Springs resident John Tighe — who regularly blogs about NXIVM at saratogaindecline.blogspot.com — recently posted a letter he claimed is from Bronfman lawyer Pamela Nichols, who warned him to stop writing about "Kristin Keeffe’s son."

The boy, Nichols wrote, has "a very normal life free from any unwarranted outside interference."

Nichols, Keeffe and Barbara Jeske didn’t return calls. Raniere couldn’t be reached.

Well I have to thank JAMES M. ODATO at the Capitol Bureau of the Times Union. His story published today Secret mission: A child basically confirmed and validated everything I have written about Gaelen. Whose name can now be spoken and I am now free to release the damming transcript of Barbara Jeske's in her deposition in the Rick Ross case. As it shows (a) Pam Nichols made a material misrepresentation in her June 26th letter to me or (b) Barbara Jeske perjured herself in the Ross case.

Although in retrospect it now appears that a few items and details were incorrect the vast majority was correct. I was also the first to publicly write about Gailen and the first to break the story on the Dali Lama and the seedy way he was convinced to visit Albany.

The Keith Raniere's NXIVM Golden Child Gailen ; The Untold Story

Well I must say Keith Raniere Vanguard" founder of NXIVM has come along way from the two bit indicted con man who ran Consumers Buyline, a multilevel marketing scam. When the New York attorney general filed a civil suit alleging Consumers Buyline was a pyramid scheme. Raniere settled the case for $40,000, of which he has paid only $9,000. Back then in 1993 he claimed he was dead broke as were his investors who lost millions. What a deference 17 years makes.You just can t keep a mega maniac conman down. Far from being the slightest bit deterred he found some new fish to fry and started capitalizing on "White guilt" syndrome. Quickly he hit the big time when the Bronfman sisters fell under his spell in 2002. A master manipulator he was able to play on the obsessed quilt ridden sisters who had never worked a day in their lives and convince them that the only way to purge their conscience of all the negative energy of their inherited wealth was to give him carte blanche over a couple of hundred mil. It was off to the races, as he pissed away millions, racked up lawsuits, destroyed people lives and tired to cause as much global mayhem as one little tin pot con man with a couple of sugar momma s can. But he had one little con, he had thus far been unable to run. Testing some of his theories on children. Raniere himself has been said to be suffer from sterility and is unable to father a child of his own and most of his inner cycle wasn't to keen to rent their wombs for some child experimentation. Raniere himself believed it would be better if the child formed a bound with multiple women all of whom would have no biological attachment to the child. This might be able to mitigate some of the more strong protective instincts of the women if his training became harsh.

In 2006 Raniere founded the Rainbow Cultural Gardens which he promoted as a revolutionary child development program promoting children's cultural, linguistic, emotional, physical and problem-solving potential. Now he needed someone to test his theories on. Raniere had boatloads of money, a team of lawyers that would crush any opposition and he soon found a suitable child. It is alleged a poor women in the Midwest was convinced by Raniere s associates, that he could give this child everything this poor mother could not. I want to make this clear this women did not sell her baby which I believe that in the shit storm that is coming that will be the claim of Raniere. Who in the end has actual custody is still a matter of doubt. They always speak in the plural. We adopted the baby, we are raising the baby. A nursery was prepared in at xxxxxxx townhouse in Clifton Park whose principle occupant was Vanguard loyalist Barbara Jeske who among other hats has been a P.R. Representative for NXIVM. The baby was named Gailen a name of Greek origin that means calm. Raniere picked it out himself. The baby was diapered in gDiapers which are described as earth friendly diapers and a great alternative to disposable diapers. This was to be the world s first eco-friendly, completely organically raised child.

But Raniere was absolutely convinced that for the child to become multilingual and a proper marketing tool, he most not have a strong attachment to any one women. Now I m not a psychologists, in fact people have told be that I suffer from Irish syndrome in which Sigmund Freud wrote "This is one race of people for whom psychoanalysis is of no use whatsoever. BUT this seems to be a recurring theme here. Raniere and the Bronfman sisters all seemed to not to have had much attachment to their mothers and since they believe they are the worlds most perfectly adjusted people, children really don t need a close bond with mothers. The baby was given 5 nannies each of a different cultural background. Each on a strict schedule and ordered to only speak to the child in their native language.

In order to keep the baby on his toes he has been moved to the home of Kristen Keeffe. Keeffe is a another loyalist who became an important mole for Raniere in Albany County DA David Soares office where she was able to place damming info the DA s case files on Joseph O Hara, a former adviser turned arch enemy of Raniere which led Albany County prosecutors to file charges he bilked thousands of dollars from a foundation affiliated with the Raniere . When her role in this was discovered she was fired and the charges quietly dropped against O Hara. Not much of a role model to teach the kid about ethics.

Gailen is also kept in almost total isolation from anyone outside the group and has no contact with other children. All of this brings us back to the ultimate goal of this experiment . The Rainbow Cultural Garden project. Raniere plans to roll this child out on its fifth birthday {he is three and a half now} like a new car model to be a marketing tool for a new method of pre school education. Raniere plans to charge tuition of up to a 100 grand a year to enroll the children of the worlds elites in his new educational program, promising similar results to Gailen . A hopefully multilingual educated 5 year old, devoid of any childlike attributes or characteristics and wise beyond his years. Unburdened by any close personal attachments or empathy for other children that might burden his capacity to problem solve or make ethical judgments.

Raniere calls himself a scientist, mathematician, philosopher, entrepreneur, educator, inventor and author. I call him something else EVIL.

Steve as a proud high school graduate I will be happy to explain to you the definition of a hate crime from the FBI “here”

In answer to the women who asked."Are you sure he was talking about you?"

Yes Coffey is talking about me. His letter to me starts out with “your actions could result in charges that include but are not limited to Committing a hate Crime etc etc”

For the record let me state I don’t hate these people. I find the leaders to be reprehensible and I find them contemptible, but there is no hatred in my heart. To the blind followers of these people I feel only pity.

I have never in any way broken any law or advocated violence against anyone in this group.

Nancy Salzman’s aka ( "Prefect") follies night

First let me apologize for my lack of posts. Sorry, there are a lot of events taking place behind the scenes and sometimes it’s frustrating because things are not happening fast enough for me. But its important to get things right, and all will be revealed eventually and none of it is good news for NXIVM.

Anyway as we all know by now the birthday bash for Vanguards gun moll Nancy Salzman’s aka (“Prefect") is a three day event. Day two of this blessed event took place Saturday at the same abandoned pasta palace Romano's on route 9 in Halfmoon. I did not get an invitation but a number of my moles were there. All were too afraid to share their pictures because of the fear of being identified. But they did give me a blow by blow description of the event and the condition of the building.

Although the outside is an eyesore the interior has had extensive renovations. There is a stage, a main hall from the banquet days and several offices and conference rooms. I have no idea if any of this is legal, but I suspect none of it is. All the windows were covered much like a casino, so attendees will not be distracted during the brain washing sessions and no prying eyes could see in. There were about 100 people present. All the big names were there. The Bronfman brats, the board as they call them now, and yes, Moses came down from the mountain, the man himself, the Hawaiian shirt wearing Keith Raniere.
As you might have guessed my presence the night before was an active topic of conversation. The funny thing is Raniere and the rest of them are just obsessed with money. They have a very myopic vision of the world. The Bronfman brats, Salzman and the rest are convinced that no one will do so much as piss on a burning man for free. Since they obviously wouldn’t, they assume nobody else would either. They want to know who’s paying me, and how much? I’ll be happy to tell you. Nada, Zip, Zero, Zilch, Nix, Rien = Nothing. Got it? You fucking slime balls there’s millions of people everyday doing shit for free. The word is volunteer. Some are rich, some are poor, but they are the backbone of our society. The soup kitchen volunteer, the volunteer fireman ,EMS, the fucking list could fill a bible you stupid twat. I have lunch, talk with, hang out with the unemployed, the homeless and yes politicians, lawyers, doctors, etc, etc. If I’m lucky they pick up the check. There called friends. I don’t buy them, they don’t buy me, got it?
You can’t buy me, you can’t intimidate me, push me and I push back.

Look around you Keith, see that smiling face, he might be the one who e-mails me every night? You think money buys loyalty, you poor pathetic man, friendship, respect, trust, Keith that’s where loyalty comes from. Not from fear or contracts or threats.

Anyway I’m getting off tract here, back to follies night. The tables were each set with truly beautiful flowers. A squirrel food buffet was set up with tofu, berries, nuts and such. Enema kits were available to take home for late night purges to clean out the old system of all that negative energy.

A large sophisticated sound system was set up by the Monterrey Mexico branch of rich Mexicano de ascendencia Español or Criollos and not a mestizo in sight. That is unless they let them come in later to eat the scraps and clean up. Tracy Christopher. Then the play started and the cast did include Kristin Kreuk and Allison Mack. When it was described to me it sounded like someone had taken the church scene ending of Lost {that helps explain my friend Smiley’s comment}and rewrote it, which is typical of an organization that is devoid of original ideas.

Crashing Nancy Salzman’s aka ( "Prefect" ) birthday bash

Well folks the lengths I go to inform, educate and amuse you my faithful readers. Friday night I received a top secret phone call informing me of a NXIVM celebration in an old abandoned banquet hall in Halfmoon NY. Seems the old guard had put out a call for a gathering of the faithful to show “support” for Nancy Salzman’s aka ( "Prefect") in what they are now calling these “troubled times”

With a scheduled start time of 8pm I showed up at quarter till 7, parked in plain sight in an adjacent parking lot, put the top down in my fast and nimble red Mitsubishi Spyder and proceeded to photograph and record the festive proceeding.

Well let me tell you, I am one jaded bastard, but even I was surprised by the level of security. A paramilitary style camouflaged truck with two security guards were the first to arrive to secure the perimeter. I can only assume they were armed. Then with the area swept clean the happy guest began to arrive. Happy that is until they saw me.
My first confrontation was with a large young man that went something like this. I will call him Smiley in honor of his sunny disposition.Smiley; approaching my car “what are you doing”
Me; recording for prosperity the blessed event
Smiley;Who are you?
Me: I write for Saratogaindecline.
Smiley; So you’re that guy
Me; Yes I am, you should read it.
Smiley;Your nothing but a coward.
Me; How am I a coward? I’m out in plain sight, unarmed while you huddle in an abandoned banquet house, protected by UZI packing paramilitaries and I’m the fucking coward?
Smiley;I want you to leave.
Me; Well Smiley I want to win the lottery tonight but I think we’re both going to be disappointed.
At this point Smiley is growing visibly more and more angry.
Smiley; Do you ever watch the TV show LOST
Me; Yes handsome I love that show.
Smiley; People disappear in real life
Me; And a Merry Christmas to you too
Well at least I got rid of him.

Now my “rules of engagement”
Believe it or not I do follow my own moral compass. How ever fucked up it is.

1. I try not to photograph children
2. I am not after the little minnows, I want the big fish
3. Security guards will always be photographed
4. Anyone who confronts me is photographed
5.Any one who takes my picture will be photographed

Next the food started to arrive and let me tell you it looked like it sucked.
Five boxes of pizza ,Wal-Mart bags of Soda. And I’m not making this up. A bunch of food brought to the party in a organic pest control company truck.YUM!!
More and more guests arrived dressed in a wide variety of clothing styles. Some were pretty hot. All were mightily pissed when they saw me.

Then as the magic hour of 8 arrived and I waited with baited breath to get a photo of Keith Raniere, it happened.
Not one, but two State trooper cars surrounded me.
Now let me say that once I explained to the officers what I was doing they couldn’t have been nicer. They were very interested in what was going on inside. One had gone to the door of the decrepit banquet house, but they wouldn’t let the Trooper into the building past the front door. They then asked me what they were doing inside, I explained everything, one promised to read my blog. I pointed out the paramilitary vehicles and told them they were trying to get me out of the area so my presence wouldn’t upset ‘Vanguards” arrival.

Now this discussion had taken over a half an hour and the police explained that although I was doing nothing illegal, my presence was upsetting the people in side. At that point knowing the level of paranoia, the fact they were probably heavily armed I agreed, voluntarily to leave.

I know some of you out there are still afraid of these bozos. Some of you are on the fence about giving me information. Don’t be, they are all bluff, if this 53 year old man living in a rented apartment, still running windows xp on an old computer with a $60 Kodak camera can cause all this trouble. Well then you got nothing to worry about

Well now for the legal part. Before you read this remember this could just be the ranting of a delusional Buddhist hating old man, with bad breath or an explosive expose of power, corruption and seduction in one of the most revered organization in the world today. So now without further adieu

Pity the poor Bronfman sisters Sara and Clare, all their privileged lives, all they wanted was respect and to be taken seriously, but the one thing they never learned is respect can only be earned not bought. Sara in particular likes to think of herself as a successful business women as her bio states; “I had always been an entrepreneur at heart. I started an amateur business career very early in life, owning and operating various small companies in my late teens and early twenties”
not to mention her grandiose view of herself as a world class peacemaker, again as her bio states “ In September 2002, in search of finding ways to bring peace to the world in a way that made sense to me”

So how was she going to bring peace to the world you ask? Work in an African orphanage? Maybe an aids clinic in Soweto? No she hooked up with Keith Raniere and the rest is history.
Sara now joined with ex third rate equestrian rider, sister Clare and together they found that their money and sexuality could get them what they wanted at least in the short term. Little did she know that a lucky break was about to put them directly into the path of one of the most revered respected man on the planet the Dalai Lama.


Sara was in Sun Valley Idaho at a birthday party for her billionaire father Edgar{the source of all the girls money} in 2007 when she met the simple little monk Lama Tenzin Dhonden. Kind of a baby Lama with an impressive title "Personal Emissary for Peace to His Holiness the Dalai Lama" and he was the boss Dalai’s right hand man in the USA. But baby Lama Tenzin who was trained in the monastic tradition of Namgyal Monastery in India had grown to like the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Right away the manipulative Sara saw the baby Lama’s vulnerabilities and hatched a scheme to get Dalai Lama to do a gig for NXIVM. By V-week 2008 he was seen following Sara around like a puppy dog in love. Their's was a world of global jet setting and with the baby Lama at her side; she finally found some of the respect she so desperately craved.But getting the baby Lama to talk his boss into coming to Albany was proving to be a tough sell. But Sara, very, very, bad Sara was up to the challenge. Sara is known to do anything to get what she wants and for this mission she would pull out all the stops, even if it meant leaving a few stains on a Saffron robe .Sometimes she was a little indiscreet.


A rumor was that Dhonden and Sara were staying at a "friends" house in L.A. on a money finding mission. The friends were out of town so Sara and Dhonden had the house to themselves. The neighbor who Sara had set up a meeting with came the back way (from her back yard to the house were Sara was staying back yard) unannounced and found Sara and Dhonden in the hot tube, no clothing and having some private time with each other. Events like this just wouldn’t do so Sara came up with plan B.

91 Button Rd a home in Waterford NY. Sara had bought it for Jness, another NXIVM front organization and some of the Nannies lived there first,and then the neighbors didn't like all the cars - people in and out for Jness all day and night. Sara then thought this would make a nice private getaway for her and the baby Lama. She than did a remodel for Venerable Lama Tenzin Dhonden (his official name) and they were seen alone going into the building sometimes overnight many times. Now at this point let me say there is no proof, no sex tape and for all I know she might just have been shaving his head.

Now the time has come for the baby Lama to keep his end of the bargain and the
Bronfman brats loaded up the plane and went to see His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The Dalai Lama agreed to come to Albany and an umbrella front was set up to sponsor the event "The World Ethical Foundations Consortium."

The Girls were just giddy. God only know what happened between Sara and the baby Lama, but I don’t think holy would be the correct term to describe it.
The Dalai Lama was scheduled to speak at the Times Union Center on April 19, 2009. But there had been problems, despite demand for speaking appearances by the Dalai Lama at U.S. universities, Skidmore College and RPI declined the offer to host the Dalai Lama. And on April 6 The Dalai Lama canceled his scheduled April 19 appearances in Albany, apparently because of negative publicity connected to the sponsoring organization.

The sisters were frantic, time to fire up the jet and with Keith, Nancy, Sara, Clair and the baby Lama in tow they all flew to India for a meeting with the Dalia to get him to do something, anything in Albany. Did I mention the boatload of cash? Now again there is no smoking gun or tape BUT a

The Palace Theatre in Albany held the much scaled down event on May 6 2009. Sara was just giddy as she wrote on her blog.
“And finally I wept; tears of joy, love, resolution, and relief. As we stood in the rain to say goodbye to His Holiness the Dalai Lama, he touched each of our cheeks and held our faces next to his with the words “thank you” and “see you again.” Tears started running uncontrollably down my cheeks.” I bet she still gets wet, thinking of it till this day.

The sisters finally had what they had always wanted, respect. Even Daddy was proud. All praise went to Keith Raniere of course. The sisters felt vindicated, the baby Lama felt limp and Keith buoyed by their success doubled his efforts to create a Golden child. To be continued……

VANGUARD BELIEVES THAT HIS CONCEPTS FOR RAISING A CHILD WILL STIMULATE BRAIN DEVELOPMENT AND HELP THE CHILD TO BE MORE WELL ROUNDED, BALANCED, INTELLIGENT, CARING, COMPASSIONATE HUMAN BEING BY DEVELOPING SUCH AREAS AS:

- Music: By listening to certain types of classical music in various notes and tempos at certain times of the day as well as at certain ages, Vanguard believes that this will foster an opening up of the child's brain waves and encourage learning, understanding, mathematical, intelligence and abstract thinking. To accomplish this objective, Vanguard created a list of musical pieces to be listened at specific times of the day at certain ages.

- Languages: By learning certain types of languages (Vanguard’s choices: English, Spanish, Russian, Indian, Chinese, and Egyptian) from infancy onward, Vanguard believes that the child will develop a multi-lingual appreciation - and have a greater depth of understanding and intelligence of other people and cultures. This, is turn, will help the child become more humane, increase the child's intelligence and foster abstract thinking, and allow the child to see how more things relate or connect given their understanding of various people and cultures. To accomplish this objective, Vanguard created a list of languages to be taught at specific times of the day at certain ages. In order to do this, he hired individuals to become Nannies, and then taught the Nannies his methodology. The overall objective is to expose a child to different cultures for certain intervals during the day. This is accomplished by maintaining a schedule for the Nannies to come in and babysit. While being with the child, each Nanny must only speak her native tongue and use toys, books, or items from her culture.

- Physical: By teaching a child to put forth “effort” and to “strive” a little bit for things, Vanguard believes this will encourage the child to create better “efforts strategies” and a sense of self. He also believes that this will encourage more entrepreneurial characteristics and a sense of independence versus dependence in the child. (For example: If an infant wants its bottle, it is best to put the bottle an inch from the child's hands so he or she will have to reach a little for it instead of just picking it up). Vanguard also believes that it is not appropriate to give a child what they want because they throw a tantrum or cry, but rather encourage them to ask for things when they are not doing this type of behavior. (For example: If an infant wants a cookie and starts to cry thinking you will give in, then it is best to not give them the cookie until they calm down or maybe not until later). Certain exercises taught from infancy can create a better body coordination and strength. Vanguard created a series of exercises for the child to do on certain days at certain times.

- Socialization: By creating certain social environments, Vanguard believes that caregivers can encourage an infant to develop an understanding of other people and to socialize. Vanguard believes that a child should not be exposed to other children unless those other children have gone through his child rearing methodology or their caretakers have been taught that methodology. This is because of his concern that a child raised via his methodology might quickly learn bad habits or “parasite strategies” from these other children because they so easily can identify or project onto them. Therefore, some children may only be raised around adults.

VANGUARD AND NXIVM MEMBERS ARE TRYING TO START A SMALL PRIVATE SCHOOL WITHIN RAINBOW CULTURAL GARDENS, INC.

- It is rumored that a former daycare center was bought in Clifton Park, NY with this in mind. There are a number of individuals from the USA, Mexico and Canada who want to support Vanguard’s concepts and child rearing methodology. There is also an interest in raising funds so that certain children can receive this education free-of-charge. This would help benefit the children as well as “test” and “develop” Vanguard's educational curriculum in order to ready it for commercial marketing.

- Nannies: The amount of money they are paid an hour by NXIVM is not much, nor is the work full-time. As a result, several of the Nannies are living in NXIVM-owned properties with other Nannies - and are dependent on NXIVM for other basic necessities like transportation (NXIVM even hired someone at $10 an hour to drive the Nannies around - but access to this service is limited). Because of their limited ability to travel on their own, the Nannies' social structure is generally limited to NXIVM - and they have become increasingly dependent onr NXIVM for everything.

- VISA’s: Many of the Nannies are foreigners or from out of the country so there are constant problems with immigration or they need to be replaced if they cannot stay in the country.

- Children: There are not enough NXIVM members locally who have children to start a private school yet or really test Vanguard's theories on child rearing. The NXIVM members who do have children are typically broke or cannot afford the high costs of Vanguard’s curriculum or hiring Nannies. Hence, the possible need to raise money in a non-profit foundation to further Vanguard’s concepts.

- Raising Money - The IRS has very strict rules on the granting of scholarships or other awards for what it calls "travel, study or similar matters" from non-profit and operating charities. In order for a non-profit to grant scholarships (or similar financial aid), the non-profit must essentially run a "competition" and make the awards available to a broad charitable class of individuals (typically based upon economic need and/or academic achievement) to which the availability of the scholarships must be publicized. In no event can awards be made to people who are related to anyone affiliated with the non-profit, and it's typically a bad (risky) idea to give scholarships to people that the donors know on a personal basis. Therefore, it may not be feasible to direct scholarships to certain people (i.e., NXIVM children) and to get an income tax deduction for it. If the individual wants the tax deduction, the monies cannot be directed as to who gets the education (even through a public charity). Most individuals interested in Vanguard’s curriculum are from within the NXIVM community and, therefore, raising money within a non-profit may not be possible or illegal.

THE NXIVM BOTTOM LINE:
ALTHOUGH SOME/ALL OF THE UNDERLYING CONCEPTS CONCERNING RAINBOW CULTURAL GARDENS MAY BE SOUND, IT IS CLEAR THAT MANY OF THEM HAVE BEEN "BORROWED" FROM OTHER CHILD DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTS. MORE IMPORTANTLY, THERE IS NO ONE WITHIN NXIVM - INCLUDING VANGUARD - WHO IS QUALIFIED TO IMPLEMENT SUCH A PROGRAM AND TO EVALUATE ITS ONGOING EFFECTS ON A CHILD.

IN GENERAL, REAL SCIENTISTS USE A PROVEN, STANDARD METHOLOGY FOR CONDUCTING EXPERIMENTS ON HUMANS. ALTHOUGH VANGUARD'S RAINBOW CULTURAL GARDENS EXPERIMENT HAS CERTAIN ATTRIBUTES, IS THERE A BOUNDARY THAT IS BEING CROSSED? SHOULD IT BE OVERSEEN BY SPECIALISTS?
