Well my foil request from the New York State Police arrived with a copy of the incident report regarding my little visit to VWEEK back in August.
Now folks I have been called a lot of things, ignorant, pig headed, obnoxious and uncouth and that's just at Thanksgiving dinner but never have I been called suspicious.
But never let it be said I'm not helpful.So for illustration purposes only, I will give two examples of what is and isn't suspicious behavior. Even Raniere the hairy little dude should be able to figure it out.
Next Seems NXIVM told the State Police that I was acting suspicious {false} and possibly drunk {false}.
They went on to say that I was taking pictures {true} and refused to leave their property {false}.For the tenth time,it is a public road that dissects their property,it is not "your property"
When you asked me to leave "your property" I did.
I would like to thank the police for putting in the report that I was stone sober and that I called NXIVM a criminal organization. The funniest thing about the whole episode was the NXIVM SUV that came to surreptitiously film what they thought would be a confrontation with the police. Once the police stopped the film making goon squad, they only became more convinced of the validity of my accusations.
Only then, after they chased away the SUV and I was told I was "Free to go" did the officer share the truth of what NXIVM had said. Namely;“that I, with some help from the kitchen staff was on a mission to poison the drinking water of the Silver Bay Resort.” No wonder the original caller refused to sign a complaint.
I am slowly creating quite a paper trail with the authorities.
First; a police report with the Saratoga Sheriffs about a mysterious limo that tired to drive me off the road.
Second; NXIVM called the State Police at Crazy Nurse Nancy’s Birthday blowout, when they again stated I was drunk{False} and trespassing{False} and taking pictures{true}.
Then finally the attempted home invasion at 4AM where I told the Sheriffs in no uncertain terms that there was a cult, that in my opinion was trying to harm me and my family at worst and at best was trying to scare and intimidate me.
Now a few friendly tips to cults that are trying to frame people and make their critics look like criminals. Try accusing people of things that actually make a little sense. I don’t drink, haven’t in close to twenty years. Even when I did, my record was clean. Not a single DWI, reduced or even suspected. Inquiring about a hotel room is not suspicious, it’s a fucking hotel. Really you don’t even lie well.
And I am well aware of your DA shopping to try to get some kind of criminal charge filed against me.
NEWFLASH KEITH; someone has to break the law to be arrested. Something I have never done. But don’t let the truth get in the way of your little ego.

Again this is a parody mocking the frivolous litigation against Continental airlines. This lawsuit is worthy of nothing but scorn and ridicule which I am happy to provide. Nancy Salzman president of NXIVM Corporation, hires Bill Clinton insider and friend to file bogusLawsuit against Continental Airlines. Well just when I thought I’ve heard it all, now I discover that Nancy Salzman aka “Prefect” has retained the services of Mays and Byrd to represent her, in her laughable lawsuit against Continental Airlines. A lawsuit that seeks $792,500 for a laptop that she lost on a Newark to Albany flight.
So just who is Mays and Byrd you might ask? Well I’ll tell you. Ever since Raniere had his first scam "Consumers Buyline Inc" shut down with help from STATE OF ARKANSAS ATTORNEY GENERAL WINSTON BRYANT in 1992, he has had an unhealthy fixation with Arkansas politics, funneling thousands into the political campaigns of Hillary Clinton and recruiting Arkansas politicians into NXIVM.
One of his most successful recruits was Richard Mays. Mr. Mays was elected to the Arkansas General Assembly in 1972, becoming the first African American elected to that body in the 20th Century. Mr. Mays is a former Arkansas Supreme Court Justice appointed by Bill Clinton during his first term as Governor of Arkansas. In 1990 Mr. Mays was appointed to the Arkansas Ethics Commission by then Governor Clinton and served as its first chairman. In Clinton’s eight years in the White House Mr. Mays was an official FOB[Friend of Bill}.Even a cursory check of the names from an official list of overnight guests who stayed at the White House during President Clinton's time in office, show both Mr. Mays and his wife Jennifer Mays listed as invited to stay in the Lincoln bedroom. When Bill Clinton was out of office, Mr. Mays quickly befriended Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee.
Huckabee then went on to appoint Mr. Mays to the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and in 2003, appointed him to the Arkansas Banking Board. Mr. Mays was appointed in 2006 to the Arkansas Claims Commission and is currently serving as Co-Chair. This is one connected dude my friends.
But the one thing he doesn’t list on his prestigious list of credentials, is the fact he is a fully committed NXIVM devotee and a personal friend of Nancy Salzman and Keith Raniere . I’m not sure if he has been given one of the cute little cult names.
So let’s just say Crazy Nurse Nancy didn’t just pull his name out of a hat. And the case Mr.Mays will be arguing is almost laughable in its absurdity.
Some of the highlights or lowlights according to your prospective are. Continental airlines forcibly took her laptop against her will. That Continental is a foreign corporation. That Continental airlines is guilty of fraud. That the laptop contained material of such a confidential nature that it was not copied on any other device. That recreating the material took 317 hours That her time is valued, and I am not making this up at $2,500 an hour. That these events took place in 2003. That Continental Airlines owes her $792,500
Well now for my thoughts. First I’ve traveled all over the world and have surrendered my carry on bags many times when I board a puddle jumper. The trick is you little dumb ass twit is to pick them up as SOON as you get off the plane. Sounds like you fucking forgot and left. Regardless the Government by FAA regulation limits the liability of customers to

To people concerned about loved ones inside of NXIVM
The following is my opinion from my personal experience of my time within NXIVM. It may not be everyone’s experience. It is my hope, that this part of my story will help you better understand what your loved ones might be going through and why it is hard to get through to them to even get them to read or listen to the mountain of information out there that exposes NXIVM for what it is. In my opinion, a cult. To NXIVM members who read this. Unless you are one who questions your red flags than I know this post must only supports what you have been told about me. It is the proof you need to support that your belief is true that I am a suppressive. I admit I can be an arrogant asshole at times but must disagree with being close or have taken the fall. There is too much information from many sources all pointing to the fact that NXIVM is a cult. It is my belief that NXIVM was abusive to me, to others and most likely to you when you did not toe the line.
People who read / write on this blog have been invited by John to share their experience either Pro NXIVM or not. The more that do, the more we get the full story on this organization.
There are no trade secrets exposed in this post. Sorry Steve for the loss of money you could earn if breaching my contract. If you want to support NXIVM in a suit against me I have nothing to give as I lost all my investments with NXIVM and am hopefully through my bankruptcy.
I believe a big issue with people on the “inside” of NXIVM from hind sight of almost 10 years of being involved in NXIVM, is the conditioning that take place when one “joins the mission”. There is what I call the grooming of one’s thoughts, beliefs and ones behavior. This happened to me through the classes I took and the “feedback” from the leadership circle. Am I a victim to this, some would say so. I did choose to participate, but from my understanding of what humanitarian moral behavior. I don’t believe the teachings of Keith / Vanguard and my beliefs are on the same page in the dictionary. Along with many others, we were conned.
I found the “mind bending” of NXIVM to be subtle, a slow drip, which a little at a time over a long time is hard to object to, you don’t really know its happening. A frog will do what it can to jump out of a hot pot of water. A frog will slowly adapt to being put into comfortable water and then slowly heated up until it is too late to get out of the pot, it been cooked.
The leadership within NXVIM supports each other in their edification of each other. Along with others, when we questioned anything that did not fit into what was being expected there were people “sent” to deal with us. Keith said on the third day of the NXIVM 9 meetings with him that I was the most controversial member of NXIVM. You would have to ask him to know what he meant by that. I would like to think it was because I was high rank who ran the center in Tacoma to their disliking, and did not tow the NXIVM line.
There are promises made when you join the mission of being more successful in the world. I believe that the leadership of NXIVM is very skilled at finding of one’s Achilles heel. Mine was a desire to help people and to be more success in business.
There was either praise and reward or taking away of things and punishment. How they choose what works best to bring people into line is beyond me. Whatever they do, it works on me, to a point, for years.
I was asked if the leadership would have treated me better would I have stayed. This is so hard to answer. I was on the hot seat for so many years for not towing the thin line. Maybe more positive attention for what I was doing for the organization and open discussions about complaints that many of us had, I would have stayed in my fog bank and still be involved.
If treated better or “set up better”, I most likely would have not been willing to meet with what is known as the NXIVM 9. I would only have gotten one side (Keith’s) of his sexual behavior story and the money that was being lost in gambling in the commodes market. I might have bought it hook, line and sinker. I did for years.
I believe most people within NXIVM are not open to outside information. I believe its part of the conditioning that takes place. People are convinced that Keith is the world’s smartest man without really investigating “The Fruit On His Tree”. Why believe this? Well there is an entire group supporting that belief within NXIVM who giveth and taketh away based on your questions and reactions. You are sold this with the promise of getting what you are looking for. For those of us who “bought it” you either toe the line or deal with the repercussions.
Personally I believed what I was being told by Nancy Salzman and her other upper leadership about people. Here are some of the things I blindly believed.
Toni Natalie - I was told by Nancy Salzman that she had “loaned” Toni 80,000.00 that Toni did not repay her after she left Keith. I was told by many upper leaders (some who never met Toni) that Toni was a suppressive and a thief.
It wasn’t until after I left NIXVM and started to do research that I found a very different story. Most people do not know that NXIVM, Keith, Nancy and others kept Toni in bankruptcy hell for over 8 years. If one reads the court documents of Toni, Joe O’Hara and Barbara Bouchey you will see a pattern of what I believe is using the legal system to bully people. This pattern follows into other lawsuits such as the Rick Ross and Percision Development suits.
I was told by Nancy Salzman that Joe O’Hara was a criminal and had stolen money from a foundation of NXIVM. After leaving NXIVM in my research for the truth, I found out this was a lie. I didn’t know Joe so I believe it to be so when I was told without any other “data” about him. In hindsight, this is not critical thinking or is it’s being a sheep. HELLO SHEEP
I was told by Nancy Salzman that Barbara Bouchey was suppressive and “crazy”. I know what it's like to be one of the people sticking your neck out to talk about things that were not in the best interest of NXVIM. Barbara was very active at trying to changes things within NXIVM. I knew she wasn't suppressive nor did she need a mental institution for being "crazy".
There was a time when Keith was not talking to Barbara and the question that was “out in the community” was; “What do you think Barbara did that was so bad that even Keith would not talk to her”. What do you think this put into the minds of followers?
What I found out after getting the other side of the story was Barbara had broken off her relationship with Keith and he stopped talking to her. Due to the code of silence the inner circle had around Keith sexual behavior, Barbara was caught between a rock and a hard place in coming forward about why Keith had stopped talking to her. Most people wouldn't even ask her due to their conditioning. The leadership knew most likely Barbara would not break the code of silence nor would people ask her Keith was not talking to her and passes around this "questioned" most likely to discredit Barbara in early damage control in case she left NXIVM.
I was told by Nancy Salzman that she and Keith had “hypothesize” I was a full suppressive and most likely had taken “the fall”. (Psychopath is really what she was saying) This was followed by many other leaders coming to me to give me “feedback” about anything I said and did backing up the feedback about “you know you’re working on your issues of suppression, you want to get better don’t you”. If I did not stay within the fine line of acceptable behavior this is what happened. The leadership also planted seeds regarding me being "suppressive" and it grew like wild fire within the community. If I left it was because I was suppressive and why believe what I have to say about NXIVM. If I stayed and changed my ways, well it was the tech that "cured her". Hence more damage control for the ones who ask too many questions and make too may waves.
This went on for years and the longer it went on more and more people heard the “story” and more and more people believed it to be true. What do you think happened if I got angry, put my foot down, questioned someone authority? It just validated the Susan is suppressive “story”.
Most non-NXVIM members would tell someone who says such as thing to frack off if these things were happening to them. You have not been the frog with the temperature slowly turned up, but the frog in hot water when reading of such things. Until you’re in it, it’s hard to understand just like any form of abuse. People don’t understand why a woman will stay with an abusive husband. Some will not but many do to the slow drip of taking away her self-esteem she starts to believe she is a piece of crap.
Due to the conditioning and the trust put into Keith, Nancy and their leaders those of us exposed to this “wolf pack type of feedback” question ourselves. It’s a classic abuse / abusers conditioning you see on Lifetime movies. This is why so many of us went to training after training pay thousands of dollars to try to help ourselves. We believe the lies we were being told about ourselves.
I don’t know where the lies start. Is it with Keith who has conditioned his close woman followers since before and during CBI days? Did Keith get to Nancy and condition her and now she helps him or was she this way when she started to work with him? When one of the leaders falls from grace and is not towing the line, I have seen them getting “wolf pack feedback”.
Due to the “fog” we cannot see what non-NXIVM people can see. The training has ways of putting in “Double Binds” (Here) that than can be used by the leadership of NXIVM against someone to get them back into line. The ones that toe the line the most are the ones that stay the longest. If you question the contradictions the “wolf feedback pack” comes after you. It is my opinion that many have left due to the “wolf pack” but remain quite because they still fear the wolf pack or worse a law suit.
It isn’t until you can see through the fog (usually with a big date with reality) that one can see what is happening to them. My date was the meetings that took place with the NXIVM 9 and the three days of meeting with Keith to confront him with our concerns. The veil of fog was lifted and I could see that NXIMV was not what I thought it was. To stay regardless of what I liked about the training or my love for some of the members was not worth what I had to give up within myself to stay.
My hope is that this is helpful for some of the family / friends who still have loved ones inside of NXIVM. It might help one inside NXIVM who is questioning. It might bring me into the lawsuits that NXIVM is so famous for, the fruit on Keith’s tree.

Richard Croak Attorney for Bouchey filing a motion in objection to the 2004 Examination be held in the law office O’Connell and Aronowitz. Claiming among other things.
1. The Debtor filed for relief under Chapter 11 in significant part because of theharassment from followers of the Nxivm cult, the movant herein. 2. The current motion serves no meaningful purpose as the movant is not a creditor of the debtor at this time. Its allegation that a confidentiality agreement was breached is specious and made in bad faith: a. If something was disclosed by the Debtor, what specifically was disclosed and to whom. Without this information no complaint would ever provide a prima facie case. The movant’s papers fail to state a claim that meets the requirement of Rule 3001, 3002, and 3003 which are not very stringent, but require at a minimum the amount of the claim.1 The fatal flaw of the Nxivm claim is the lack of any proof of injury. How was it hurt if in fact it was hurt? When was it hurt? Was its confidence broken last month or ten years ago? b. The debtor’s only actual alleged disclosures2 took place subject to legal process in actions involving Nxivm and related parties. The movant’s proper remedy was to seek protection from the Courts involved not set up a collateral action in this Court. c. As its own moving papers point out the Debtor left Nxivm in 2008 since that time Nxivm has made no demand for money or documents from the Debtor. The first indication of a Nxivm claim is the motions herein. What better evidence of the bad faith of the movant could there be. 3. The motion is not meant for any legitimate purpose, but intended to harass the Debtor. 4. As stated in rule 4004 the Court may extend the time for objection to discharge “for cause.” 5. If I understand the motion correctly the credit has no idea of what if any claim it has and can not set forth any grounds for objecting to the debtor’s discharge. If this argument was enough then anyone walking in off the street could ask to have extensions over and over again because they had not as yet decided whether they might want to file an objection. This would creat an exception that rendered the rule useless. Wherefore the Debtor request that the motion be denied in all respects and that the Court grant such other and further relief as is just and proper. you can read it for yourself {here}

I for one applaud Bourchey and her attorney for fighting back and once againstating what everyone but Coffey knows! the fact that NXIVM is a CULT. Well done Mr. Croak. Well today was another blistering day in bankruptcy court for Barbara Bouchey as the Bronfman brats attorney, Damon Morrey filed a notice of objection to Bouchey’s motion to hire four professionals. I am not an attorney nor do I pretend to be one on this blog ,but the way I understand it, as a women in Capter11 bankruptcy, Bouchey needs permission to spend her limited funds from her Bankruptcy trustee who is overseen by a judge. In this case Judge Littlefield. Bouchey wants four things 1. Permission to sign a contract with Scott Varley to act as realtor to sell her house 2. Permission to retain the services of a public relations firm to protect and rebuilt her tarnished image 3. Permission to retain the law firm of Stark and Stark to defend her in upcoming legal battles to retain her licenses to continue her business. 4. Permission to hire a criminal defense lawyer Pamela Hayes to protect her first amendment rights and to defend her against the Bronfman brats plan to file criminal charges against her

To say the Bronfman object is an understatement. A objection filed by their attorney is venomous and to coin a favorite phrase of Steve Coffey, full of HATE, HATE, HATE and open scorn for the Bronfman’s one time friend and confident Ms Bouchey’
It just amazes me how these people can lie. They claim that that the first amendment council is not beneficial or necessary for the estate{GOD how Vanguard and the Bronfman’s just hate the constitution}
They also claim that the women, Attorney Pamela Nichols called Gailen’s mother, Kristen Keefe, a women whose closest acquaintances have described to me as “unfit to raise a cat” does not now nor did she ever work for Albany District Attorney David Soares. They also claim they have no relationship with him and have not contacted him. I would like to have Soares under oath to see what he might say to that. Soares himself is under fire as CBS6 recently reported that Court documents raise the possibility that Albany County District Attorney David Soares leaked details of a secretive grand jury proceeding and a sealed indictment then lied about it under oath. {here} Unfortunately at this point Bankrupcy trustee Tracy Hope Davis Court asked the court to issue an order denying the September 13, 2010 application of the debtor to employ Scott Varley, Pamela Hayes, Esq., Stark and Stark, Philip Armstrong and PCA & Company. A hearing has been scheduled at Federal Bankruptcy court. HEARING DATE: September 22, 2010 HEARING TIME: 10:30 a.m. HEARING PLACE: Albany, New York Now I will exercise my first Amendment rights. The Bronfmans want payback, that fucking simple. They want revenge for being made a laughing stock and a joke. They despise me because I am everything they hate, a simple blogger with no money or power, who laughs at them daily and doesn’t fear their power or their money, Basically they don’t act much different than a asshole who gets his ass kicked in a bar than runs out to grab 5 of his asshole friends to beat the crap out of the man that won a fair and just fight. Might be a simple analogy but it fits.
To the Federal Bankruptcy court I will show the proper decorum and respect they are do and argue for Bouchey and against the Bronfmans.

Now, the Law isn't supposed to wield a flesh-cutting knife--the sword in Lady Justice's hand is the power of the state, not a carving tool.We trust you will not let the Bronfman’s treat their suppliants like so many rump roasts. The prodigality of the Law, its material investment in its own outcomes, is what "a pound of flesh" has come to mean. The sense that punishments are not commensurate with crimes, that the pound of flesh is something in excess of justice. Let Bouchey hire these people to get on with her life. Remember the oath of our Supreme Court judges “I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich” And some unsolicited advice to the Bronfman brats
In the Merchant of Venice, Shylock is denied his literal pound of flesh and they extract a figurative one from him at the end of the play. They've taken his demand and metaphorized it—you claim that Bouchey has created a press frenzy and has caused you embarrassment and ridicule. I would say on to you. That your own pettiness, nastiness and need for revenge has caused you more disgrace in the eyes of the public than anything I, or Bouchey, or the New York Post ever could. Take a look in the mirror ladies it’s not a pretty picture.

The 2010 Irish Fest at the Ballston Spa fairgrounds set a new attendance mark as over 20,000 people passed through the gates for the two day festival. Irish culture and music and dance are alive and well in the Capital District. I must admit I feel most comfortable among the working class people of the world. You know the ones who struggle to work and pay basic bills all the time remaining “joyful” without the help of a single self help group or a personal Guru . Soon I will be next to these same people in St Peters Catholic Church where they will bend their knee to GOD and not to an alleged promiscuous Cult leader. The Irish bow to no man, or women, King or Queen or GURU but only to God. Don’t believe me ask the British. My father had a term for these working class people “The Salt of the Earth”
Anyway got to talk to John McDermott. John started as an opening act for The Chieftains.He went on to form The Irish Tenors and after performing a large concert in Dublin, Ireland in 1998, they spent some time touring the US, appearing on TV, and releasing a gold record. During that time I met John at a meet and greet in my Northern Aid days when the Irish Tenors preformed at the then Knickerbocker Area in front of a sold out crowd of 18,000 people. Steve Coffey SUPERCULT attorney was on the Paul Vandenburgh show on Talk 1300 and to say he was on a roll was an understatement .Coffey first spoke about a NXIVM hate blogger “up in Saratoga” who writes that “Steve Coffey should have his brains blown out” then he compared my blog to Hitler’s Mein Kampf. Coffey seems to have a fondness for calling his opponents NAZI’s. He once called nationally syndicated Jewish radio talk show host Mark Levin a Nazi on the Vandenburgh show.
After hearing this I called and he denied he was even talking about me. So I guess I am to believe there is another NXIVM blog in Saratoga that is advocating blowing Steve’s brains out I’m not aware off. They on the other hand 1. Follow me and my wife 2. Steve Coffey’s people came to my home on a Saturday night after sulking in my parking lot for hours and then pounded on my door and a women who refused to identify herself shoved a threatening letter in my wife’s face then ran to her car and sped away. I unlike Daniel P. Van of BETHLEHEM who tackled the boy who rang his doorbell never gave chase or called the police 3. He spends hour after hour on my website which has been subjected to numerous “Denial of Service Attacks” which so far I’ve successfully fended off. 4. He has again taken to the airwaves in which he has again stated the fact that I am a criminal engaged in hate crimes. 5. They might have used a Limo in the Ave of Pines to force me off the road 6. This whole thing started when Coffey was asked about the latest NXIVM debacle . Nancy Salzman the president of NXIVM is suing Continental Airlines for $792,500 for the loss of a laptop computer in 2003 that contained proprietary training materials. The story was broken by Kathy Bowen, Gazette Reporter. I will let you comment on the absurdity of this lawsuit. But I for one am hoping it’s not dropped. All I can say is bring on discovery, I will be at the trial everyday as crazy nurse Nancy will be forced to reveal why her laptop was so valuable and why did it take her 7 years to file the suit. By the way in any “Real Company” if a top executive make such a bone headed mistake they would have been fired 7 years ago.

Susan said... I left NXIVM in April of 2009. Yes I am one of the "NXIVM 9". My name is Susan Dones and I built and ran the PNW center for NXIVM.
I have been following NXIVM and the Bronfman legal battles. I also went back and researched as many legal documents that I can find and there seems to be a pattern to how NXIVM legal team does their cases.
I agree with John that Barbara should not meet at O'Connell and Aronowitz office. It seems this would be stressful enough to go through without being in the land of Coffey.

I saw the small print while reading the documents and it appears that the Bronfmans are in bed with NXIVM on there overall game plan to drag Barbara through her bankruptcy.
It took Toni Foley (Toni Natalie) over 8 years to get through her bankruptcy after leaving Keith.
Joe O'Hara is still in his bankruptcy with an appeal.
Rick Ross is going on 7 or 8 years with a legal battle with NXIVM.
I think it's more about, in my opinion, the "mind fuck" with the over the top expense, the document dumps and request that the NX legal team can cause when being in a legal battle with them.
I myself just went through bankruptcy and to date NXIVM or their followers did not show up or file a suit against me in court. If they do now, it will be because I spoke up publicly on this blog and it retribution and not any real claim.
It's a risk I am taking as I agree that people should come forward and share their stories. Even at the risk of being sued by NXIVM or their followers.
There is also the chance that I will be BBQ on this blog by folks who don't understand how good Keith and Nancy (mostly Nancy in my situation) were at sucking people like me into the onion as Becca calls it.
Unlike Becca I was deep into the core of the onion but never in the "inner circle". I never slept with Keith nor did I spend much time with him.

The bankruptcy of Barbara J. Bouchey is starting to resemble the theater of the absurd since the women asked the court to allow her to hire a criminal attorney to protect her from the piranha’s at everyone’s favorite law office O’Connell and Aronowitz, home of SUPERLAWYER STEPHEN R. COFFEY and his trusted partner and Jr.sidekick Ms. Nichols.All of this is supported by documents found at the end of this story and from the June 2, 2009 deposition in the Precision Development lawsuit. Ms Bouchey did not contact me or give me any information in this story directly or indirectly.
It is taken from public records that any blogger with a high speed modem and a chip on his shoulder can access. Seems the Bronfman brats are claiming that Bouchey by insisting that during a 6-8 month period that began sometime in 2001, Raniere lost $7 million in the commodities market that included her life savings of $1.65 million. That somehow by claiming this, she is guilty of extortion for having the audacity to even bring it up. They go on to claim that Bouchey publicly has humiliated them. Richard Croak, Bankruptcy attorney for Bouchey also claims that Albany DA David Soares is in the pocket of the Bronfman brats{see documents at the end} or full motion {here}
Bouchey has gone out and hired Pamela D. Hayes a competent and famous Manhattan attorney. The only problem is she doesn’t come cheap at over $450 dollars an hour. And it seems that this action couldn’t have come at a better time as shyster Steve Coffey filed his own motion today
Also on small point the last notation on the Coffey motion is Scr/Bronfman/afns.doc. I would guess the Bronfmans who are really NXIVM, are still paying little Stevie and Pam
Started – and served as President of The Ethical Humanitarian Foundation (She has testified elsewhere that she was merely the Bronfman sisters’ bookkeeper for this entity); and Raised “about $400,000” for The Ethical Humanitarian Foundation (Approximately $168,000 of these funds are unaccounted for.
During a 6-8 month period that began sometime in 2001,
Raniere lost $7 million in the commodities market (This is at least $3 million more than has ever been reported). This included her life savings of $1.65 million;
$1.4 million that was borrowed from Michael Sutton;
$700,000 that was borrowed from her cousin, Chrissey Carey; and
$200,000 that was borrowed from Noelle Nielsen (She said that Noelle Nielsen was “paid back with interest”).
Raniere offered the following excuses to explain his losses
in the commodities market:
The clearing firm was rigging the prices;
There was a conspiracy in the marketplace
against him – and the market was being rigged against him (Note: According
to Raniere, others in the market knew that it was him doing the trading); -
The “universal forces” were working
against him because he was a “spiritual being”; and -
The market was crashing because of
Barbara J. Bouchey s emotional reaction to the loss of her money.
Sometime after the Bronfman sisters became involved with
NXIVM, Raniere started doing commodities trading again. Over a short
period of time, he lost $65-$70 million, all of which was covered via loans
from the Bronfman sisters.
The original budget for the Precision Development project was $13 million. This eventually grew to $26 million.
• She stated that she found the following things objectionable
about NXIVM (It’s hard to believe that this was all she found objectionable):
-The leadership conducts itself in a
personal way at times;-
The leadership shows favoritism and not intragroup exchanges;
- The leadership has secrets and things
they don’t divulge to the community;

The leadership is not transparent;

The leadership has labeled her a“full suppressive”; and
-
The leadership uses manipulation of people.
• She has relied on a psychic named Robert Petro “for coaching
and psychic means” – and has paid him “thousands a year” for his
services. She also said that she had used other psychics over the past 5 years.
• She stated that she is aware that “…most of NXIVM is funded
by the Bronfmans” (The quoted language actually came from the Bronfman
sisters’ Robert D. Crockett).
So you can just imagine what else she knows
Coffey is dragging her in for a Rule 2004 examination in his office September 24 from 1 to 4 o’clock. Just to be a pain in the ass.
Note of legal point for Bouchey you do not have to acquiesce to the demand that this Rule 2004. Examination be held in the law office O’Connell and Aronowitz,.You can have it almost anywhere. I would also be happy to attend on your behalf just ask.

(a) Examination on motion.
On motion of any party in interest, the court may order the examination of any entity.
(b) Scope of examination.
The examination of an entity under this rule or of the debtor under § 343 of the Code may relate only to the acts, conduct, or property or to the liabilities and financial condition of the debtor, or to any matter which may affect the administration of the debtor's estate, or to the debtor's right to a discharge. The attendance of an entity for examination and for the production of documents, whether the examination is to be conducted within or without the district in which the case is pending, may be compelled as provided in Rule 9016 for the attendance of a witness at a hearing or trial. As an officer of the court, an attorney may issue and sign a subpoena on behalf of the court for the district in which the examination is to be held if the attorney is admitted to practice in that court or in the court in which the case is pending.
(d) Time and place of examination of debtor.
The court may for cause shown and on terms as it may impose order the debtor to be examined under this rule at any time or place it designates, whether within or without the district wherein the case is pending.
(e) Mileage.
An entity other than a debtor shall not be required to attend as a witness unless lawful mileage and witness fee for one day's attendance shall be first tendered. If the debtor resides more than 100 miles from the place of examination when required to appear for an examination under this rule, the mileage allowed by law to a witness shall be tendered for any distance more than 100 miles from the debtor's residence at the date of the filing of the first petition commencing a case under the Code or the residence at the time the debtor is required to appear for the examination, whichever is the lesser

People have asked me to comment on my feeling about 9/11. Well let me say that I cannot possibly fathom the terror that the victims of that black day felt. I understand the anger and rage of the survivor’s and the victims families. I often wonder how I would feel if someone I knew was a victim that day. The sacrifices of the first responders that day will long be remembered when the antics of Vanguard and Co. are but a footnote in the archives of the Times Union, and this blog has been consigned to the delete basket of internet history.
But my own experience is much different than the average New Yorker. I have spent a great deal of time in the last 10 years in the Middle East. An area that both I and my wife love. I have put my life in the hands of Bedu, Palestinians, Arabs and Turks. Ten days after 9/11, I was in Amman Jordan with my wife, traveling with a Federal Judge from Arkansas. The out pouring of sympathy and genuine remorse that was shown to us by everyday Jordanians was something I will remember for as long as I live.
I also understand that much has gone wrong in the relationship between the West and the Middle East since then. I believe there is enough blame on both sides to go around.
I am by faith a Roman Catholic, who is proud to call Protestants, Jews and Muslims as my friends. I also look at faith differently; I have read the Bible cover to cover as I have also done with the Qur'an and the Torah. I keep a copy of all three in an honored place in my home along with the teaching of the Buddha [I also have a great fondness for the gentle followers of the Buddha}. In closing I would just say that the homicidal murders who caused such pain and destruction were men. Individuals driven by hate, masquerading as self righteous religious beliefs. Tonight ladies and gentleman we are in for a special treat as I give the floor over to a brave woman Becca Friedman. In fairness I would like to publicly state that I offer in good faith the same courtesy to any other person, rebel or loyalist who wishes to speak their mind in this open forum. This includes, but is not limited to Clare and Sara Bronfman, Keith Raniere , Crazy Nurse Nancy, Kristin Kreuk, Steve”The Man” COFFEY the Poitier sisters, the guy who follows me around, Saddam Hussein’s grandchildren or Chinny Bird my third grade teacher.
And now let’s hear it for Becca Friedman unplugged.
In early Spring of 2006, I remember hearing that Nancy Salzman had extremely painful lymph nodes and she was recieving an EM a day from Raniere as a cure. Once in the cafe she said she was 'not such an angry bitch anymore' in reference to the EMs. I was taking her Parenting Intensive at the time, and she was looking very old and run down and kind of bloated. At V-Week August, 2006 she was trim and happy looking. She told us, at one of her forums, that she had been sick but that she had been seeing her doctor, the same doc as the Dalia Lama's and he gave her little pellets that tasted like dirt.
V-Week included a coffee talk with Nancy who told us a very detailed story of how she went from a sad, lonely, angry, single parent to working with Keith. Coffee talks to me always meant cozy couches and women talking as a group. Not this one. Salzman sat on a raised podium, complete with cameras, lighting and strategically placed tall flowers. The higher-ups were really uptight about making sure she looked amazing, and they kept fiddling with the plants, the tablecloth covering the table, etc. At one point a humming bird flew into the room through the opened door and Suzanne Kemp, later condemned for having breast cancer and basically scorned from the group, very gently and quietly led the little bird out by holding a plant in front of it. At this talk Nancy told us all about how she came to be where she was. I don't remember the story word for word but it was quite a story. And long. She loves attention. She was divorced with two young kids at the time that she met KR. I think she was an expert in NLP and had been working with another motivational speaker and traveling the world to give lectures. She remembered noticing that people would leave feeling euphoric and then come back a couple months later with the same problems. And she wanted to find permanent solutions for people. People in Albany kept telling her she needed to meet Raniere, 'the smartest man in the world.' So she finally agreed. He was working at a health food store, she said, and when she went in she saw this young guy in sweatpants restocking the shelves and later, when she found out it was him, she just couldn't believe it. She said they talked for hours non-stop, and I think he sold her some vitamins - not sure on that part. She went back the next day and they talked more. And then again. She just couldn't believe how smart he was. She told him how she really wanted to help human being make permanent change and he told her he knew how. That he had the answer and did she want to know it. And, of course, she said yes. I think he didn't show her at first. I think another day went by bc I remember her saying she kept saying she wanted to see it. So finally he showed her his notes on what was to become the first Ethos class in NXIVM - Communication/At Cause. She was pretty blown away. She started giving improvement lectures to big companies - there was one, maybe NASA, where she had to go through a security check and she told us they always checked the 13th person, (or some specific number), and she was ALWAYS that number. So then it gets a little weird, because I remember her saying that she would be giving her lecture to these companies and they would ask her a question and she would excuse herself and go to the bathroom and call Raniere bc she didn't know the answer. He would give her the answer and then she would go back to the room and tell the Suits the answer. And then! She talked about how sometimes she would go to the bathroom and cry and call Raniere and tell him something like 'I just can't do this anymore.' And he would tell her to come over for dinner. A bunch of people were at those meals, but the only one I know for sure of was Pam Cafritz. I would imagine Karen Unterreiner and Barbara Jeske were there, as well. And Nancy said she would eat and then curl up under the table and cry and say she just wanted to quit her life. That she just couldn't keep doing it, etc. Now! Before all you angry readers start passing judgement let me tell you this: She was crying because he was ripping her apart with his Jesus like smile on his face and she just didn't have a freaking clue. I can relate - to an extent. I mean her Self-Esteem was nil. She was unhappy. Unfulfilled. She said she wasn't a very good Mom at the time. So in her personal life she felt empty. Let me make something else clear: When she told this story it was riddled with NLP language, used in such a way that you didn't really question what she was saying. So she cried under the table - well that just means she was going through the growing pains that come with serious personal growth. She wrapped up the story by saying in the end she did quit her life and she and Raniere began working together to create what we were experiencing now: NXIVM. Then she got teary and said she felt like we were all so close and had grown and learned so much that she wasn't sure she fit in anymore. Then she invited all of us to 'quit out lives' and create the life we wanted. That part really resonated with me.
I think in that same forum, Salzman also introduced us to her brand new Origins class - Jness, an all womens' group. She invited all of us to try out the first class during V-Week and if we liked it we could sign up for the weekend seminar later on. I went and it was basically Nancy sitting in front of the room talking about the importance of being a woman. We were given a list of questions to discuss and instructed to break into groups. No one seemed to understand the questions, which Nancy and Sara Bronfman seemed to find amusing upon the group regathering. I found the entire class to be wicked boring and totally disengaging.
We had a Jness intro meeting at New World Cooking in Saugerties in April, I think, of 2007. Barbara Jeske was there and she told the entire story of adopting Gayelin at that gathering. She attributed her emotional strength of adopting a baby at her age to what she had learned about herself through Jness.
Esther Chiappone and Barbara Jeske both told me later that that Jness class at V-Week was a trial run and both strongly encouraged me to enroll in the weekend seminar. I can't remember how much it was or when, but it was a good chunk of change. The goal with Jness was to enroll as many as women as possible within and outside of NXIVM. To buy homes throughout the state, that were specifically used for Jness, where women could gather and talk and eat and sleep. Jeske wanted me to cover the Woodstock territory and help enroll Hudson Valley women. I signed up for the class and it was a real waste of time. The curriculum was boring and most of it didn't resonate with me. I remember feeling very upset about that, like I had failed. Like I had let Esther down, because she had guaranteed I would feel so different afterward. The group was reconvening after a break, and Salzman was already sitting in her armchair, at the front of the room - most of us were sitting on the floor in front of her. I guess people were taking too long to settle down, and she said in this super self-righteous, somewhat bored tone: I'm ready to start when you are. It was a total turn off. At one point I asked Salzman a question and when she gave me honest feedback in front of the class, I sheepishly took it because it was the truth and it hurt. Later she brought it back up and turned to her high-striped groupies, who were all sitting off to the side, saying something like, "I felt like when I gave her that feedback her response was self-righteous. Didn't you think that?" And then she did a kind of quick imitation of how I had responded with body language. It was awful and untrue and I could tell that most of her groupies really didn't know what she was talking about but agreed nonetheless. During this seminar Salzman also talked about how men become attracted to their daughters when they hit teenage-hood, because the kids look so much like their mothers. This was totally disgusting and really turned a lot of people off. Most of us could not understand what she was talking about, why and what it had to do with feeling empowered as a woman. At the end of the weekend I was leaving and Siobhan Hotaling, a higher-up, asked me what I thought and I told her that I felt like I had failed because I hadn't gotten anything out of it and didn't feel any different. And she brightly told me, "Well, maybe that's because you don't really like yourself," and then breezed into the bathroom. Higher-ups often gave devastating feedback in this manner. The next day, at home, I made a mistake in my job and just completely lost it. I was crying uncontrollably and, so of course, I talked to Esther. Who else but a NXIVM member would be able to help?
I took a Parenting origins class, as well. Esther Chiappone highly recommended it and, at that time, I really followed all of her recommendations bc she embodied, I believed, so many qualities I admired and strove for. I think I took Parenting for 6-7 months. The first four classes were good and down to earth. We learned about why our kids push our buttons, talked about control and how we feel like our kids reflect us so we have a real vested interest in what they say and do. Then the topics got harder to follow. I mentioned this to Esther and she said that the class was really geared for 'higher-ups,' and that I was allowed in bc Nancy saw my potential. At one point during break-off groups, Ed Kinum gave me an EM which resulted in me questioning if I was a good person, or mean and selfish. Instead of sleeping over in Albany, which I typically did, I left early and drove home, wanting to be close to Adam. I think in my last Parenting where the topic was: Does Santa Claus really exist, I was the ONLY one who insisted vocally, anyway, that he was just a made-up mythological character. And who would want to believe that some guy playing dress up could sneak into your house at night? Salzman's response basically implied that it was my own baggage getting in the way of seeing the truth, which was that if enough people believed something was true then it was.
Since writing this, I have learned that the story Nancy Salzman told us about meeting Raniere and quitting her life was pretty much a fabrication. A friend in the know told me that she had asked Nancy for help regarding Raniere because he was really causing this friend a lot of grief and upset. Nancy met with Raniere and told this friend he was a sociopath and that she would try to help. Instead she diappaeard into the co-op, I think, for four days where he kept her up and talking the entire time and when she emerged she was utterly brainwashed. That friend can speak to this if she wants and I know another person on this board knows way more than I do, as well.

Well my foil request from the New York State Police arrived with a copy of the incident report regarding my little visit to VWEEK back in August.
