Collection of a debt is considered a civil matter. Therefore, a warrant for your arrest cannot be issued.
Remember this is a “CIVIL MATTER” If NXIVM wins a lawsuit against an individual, a judgment is recorded that legally acknowledges that the person owes the debt and is obligated to repay. As a result, NXIVM can garnish your wages and bank accounts and put a lien on your property. NXIVM won't be able to repossess or foreclose on your home or car. Unless you pay off the debt, the lien cannot be removed and unless the lien is removed, you will have difficulties selling your home. However, you cannot be taken to jail for not paying your debt.

I know Coffey’s reputation in the Capitol and many say he would make a great Ebenezer Scrooge, as no acting would be required.
Really I hear his idea of a Christmas bonus is to give directions to a Soup Kitchen.
So what does Coffey get out of this? The one thing he loves most, money. “Hula for my Mula” right Steve.
He has an intern or paralegal watch my website all day and charges the Brats a rate of $225 an hour while he pays his staff $11.50 an hour with health benefits at the free clinic.At least that is my guess.
And Crockett the “Mad Mormon” What is his goal in this legal abortion? No one knows, but I will give my opinion? Well what is the ultimate goal for Mormons? Nothing less than Godhood, not salvation. Crockett wants to get a head start on his Godhood by throwing his weight around on earth and torment and bully a few Women {the fact one is a lesbian is a plus} and to make a few hundred an hour well doing it is a sadists dream. Also, as an officer of the court, a lawyer has a duty to be honest and to not file frivolous cases or raise frivolous defenses.

One of the baffling things about NXIVM and the Bronfman brats is their legal suits make no sense. Most legitimate organizations and honest lawyers only resort to lawsuits as a last resort. Then only when there is a chance to recover damages. I have some experience in legal matters and the damage that drunk or simply careless driving can cause. 99% of the time the victim receives the policy. That is whatever the guilty driver is insured for, to go after the driver even if you win a substantial judgment, the odds of ever collecting is a loosing bet. Unless they are wealthy of course. Joe blow is generally protected by laws that allow the victim to collect no more than 10% of his wages and the cost to collect even that meager amount can destroy whatever amount you collect. Like it or not that is the system we have.
But NXIVM and Coffey is a different breed of company. It is my opinion and mine alone that they sue for a sort of vindictive pleasure, even when their own costs can never be recovered. To simply punish their victim for some perverse pleasure. I don’t know if Coffey buys into this crap or if he and his firm are just milking the Bronfman sisters like a cash cow. In the end he will have to answer for his own sins and no amount of Pro Bono work will restore his already tarnished image as a “THE CULT ATTORNEY”

It's not easy being me. Well I have been doing my legal research and I feel I have a very good case for Cause Stalking, so what is that you ask? Cause stalking involves the use of multiple individuals to stalk, harass and taunt a victim, as well as to vandalize personal property. Techniques of psychological warfare are used against the target in a methodical and well orchestrated attack that often leaves the target a victim of ridicule among his friends and family because this occurrence is so hard to believe. Many people ask, "Why would anyone engage in this kind of activity?" In order to answer that question, it's important to realize that the person who has decided to target an individual is not the person (or persons in this case) doing the stalking. This is known as "stalking by proxy". Those who have called "the hit" (so-to-speak) may be doing it for, or a desire to keep someone silent or to shut them up. It may be that physically harming a person is considered too extreme or too risky by the perpetrators. Clearly they like the feeling of being "in control".

For example, the perpetrators (who appear to frequently have access to their targets' homes) may sometimes come into the house while the target is out and move things around a little bit, or spread some dirt on the floor or on furniture, or move an item from the house to the car. But usually they won't cause enough damage to involve the Police. This shows that this activity is a psychological game of cat and mouse, and has little to do with any overt kind of damage that may be caused, such as burning someone's house down or stealing valuables. In some cases, the target doesn't know s/he is being targeted.

Since then he has become the city Democrats golden boy and is widely considered to be a candidate in the next election perhaps for Mayor. First for those of you wondering what was going on in the NXIVM clubhouse in Halfmoon last night. Attendees tell me it was a kind of fall festival with Halloween undertones. As you all know I’m not a lawyer and don’t pretend to be, so I will simply give a summary and post the legally obtained public records for you my readers to sort through, take these summaries with a grain of salt.
NXIVM main complaints they use over and over is about their “Technology”. And again I will comment there is no Technology. You can read their precious technology {Here}. This is available for public review in a parent application made in 2000. I am considering filing my own lawsuit claiming damages for wasting 3 perfectly good hours of my life reading this crap. I found nothing in it but secret handshakes and Psychobabble (a portmanteau of "psychology" or "psychoanalysis" and "babble") is a form of prose using jargon, buzzwords and highly esoteric language to give an impression of plausibility through mystification, misdirection, and obfuscation. The term implies that the speaker of psychobabble lacks the experience and understanding necessary for proper use of a given psychological term. Frequent usage can associate a clinical word with less meaningful buzzword definitions. Some psychological buzzwords have come into widespread use in business management training, motivational seminars, self-help, folk psychology, and popular psychology. Laypersons may overuse such words in describing life problems as clinical maladies when such nomenclature is not valuable, meaningful or appropriate. Theodore Dalrymple defines the term as "the means by which people talk about themselves without revealing anything"
Nothing but a load of shit. But NXIVM insists others such as Susan Dones and Barbara Bouchey have stolen their useless sack of shit that they call “technology” and they along with the other NXIVM 9 have all had the misfortune to sign the dreaded confidentially agreements,
So Bouchey is being dragged in what I believe to be nothing but a series of endless motions and depositions were she is appearing at alone without adequate legal representation to be verbalized abused by shysters such as Steve Coffey. In the meantime the sadistic Bronfman brats are accusing her of a series of nefarious acts including dragging her to a FINRA hearing were they will no doubt ask that her brokers license be revoked. FINRA is the largest independent regulator for all securities firms doing business in the United States. Their chief role is to protect investors by maintaining the fairness of the U.S. capital markets.

Once again local Democrats went down in flames last night as two well funded, charismatic and qualified candidates lost. As everyone knows in the 20th Congressional District, Scott Murphy was sent packing by new comer Chris Gibson and Roy McDonald, also threw Saratoga Springs Supervisor Joanne Yepsen in the dust pin in the race for the State Senate 43rd District.
So who is at fault here? While ultimately the candidates themselves. Murphy’s backpedalling on his heath care vote after having his offices picketed by the local goon squad moveon.org and the fact that Roy McDonald eliminated the town of Wilton’s property taxes while Saratoga Springs have skyrocketed was just to much to overcome.
And that is the key to local races, taxes and property taxes in particular. While the citizenry burns with anger, local Dems still plan new police stations and advocate the bonding of money to pay for the day to day operating expenses of the city. Anyone who questions this platform is targeted for removal from the Saratoga Springs Democratic Committee. Saratoga Springs Democratic Party chair Thilo Ullmann, seems unconcerned with the fracturing of the local Democratic committee to the point that they are unable to even conduct business for lack of a quorum. Blaming “outside forces” on the Dems loses. Meanwhile on the county level Larry Bulman, chairman of the Saratoga County Democratic Party is worse. This back door dealing, self serving, boy king of the local Dems epitomizes everything that is wrong with the Democratic Party today. Bulman, the business manager for Local 773 of the Plumbers and Steamfitters union is more concerned with lining his own pockets and securing lucrative contracts for his union then serving the taxpayers. Bulman who was a friend of convicted ex-Senate majority leader Joe Bruno was also called to testify in Bruno’s corruption trial. Many people believed that Burno was instrumental in securing construction contacts for Bulman’s Union while Bulman made sure Bruno faced no serious competition for his Senate seat. Bruno is also noted for being a friend to NXIVM and often hitched rides in the Bronfman’s Brats Jet and some have alleged he received free EM’s from NXIVM President Crazy Nurse Nancy. Bullman has recently drawn fire for not raising money for the committee and continuing to give no or token opposition to well connected Republicans whose influence might be helpful for the procurement of government contracts for his Union. The lack of opponents for Saratoga County Clerk Kathleen A. Marchione, and Samuel J. Pitcheralle, County Treasure both Republicans are being sited as just the two most recent examples of this practice.
So basically until these two man are removed Ullmann and Bulman there will be no significant democratic opposition in this county for the foreseeable future. Who knows if Scott Johnson for whatever reason chooses not to run, Jasper Nolan Saratoga County Republican Committee chair just might pick former city dog catcher Commissioner of Public Works Skip Scirocco for Saratoga’s next Mayor. Think it can’t happen, think again. Maybe you could say that Saratoga went from the horses to the Dogs
