Plaintiff: Nancy Salzman vs Defendant: Continental Airlines part deux

Well many of have been asking me whatever happened to Crazy Nurse Nancy and her comical lawsuit against Continental Airlines so I am happy to give you this update. As you recall Nancy Salzman aka “Prefect” is seeking $792,500 for a laptop that she lost on a Newark to Albany flight back in 2003.

Some of the highlights or lowlights according to your prospective are.
Continental airlines forcibly took her laptop against her will.
That Continental is a foreign corporation.
That Continental airline is guilty of fraud.
That the laptop contained material of such a confidential nature that it was not copied on any other device.
That recreating the material took 317 hours
That her time is valued, and I am not making this up at $2,500 an hour.

She originally filed this suit in State Supreme Court in Ballston Spa and as soon as the attorneys for Continental Airlines stopped laughing they had it bounced to Federal New York Northern District Court, which I am sure will be the its last stop before being thrown out. In a bit of an Ironic twist it is now Crazy Nurse Nancy who is acting as her own attorney against the Sharks in $1000 dollar suits from Continental. Next up, my second most frequent asked question is “Who the hell is Kristin Kreuk"
I will give my opinion. Kreuk is a B grade actress known for her portrayal of Lana Lang in the American television series Smallville on the C grade CW Television Network. Smallville, once the lead series of the network has been eclipsed by America's Next Top Model, Gossip Girl, 90210, Supernatural, One Tree Hill and the big hit The Vampire Diaries. New younger actors and actresses have replaced the 28 year old Kreuk, who has never had a break through hit and seems destined to be a whatever happened to question in the future. In an effort to stay relevant, Kreuk established "Girls By Design," a project to empower teenage girls through creative and educational endeavors, that has now been linked to NXIVM.
She does seem to command a small but rabid fan base, some of who read this blog and seem to abhor her connection to NXIVM.I am also sure they will condemn me for writing this. I will grant you she is a hot chick but as I am surrounded by Eastern European women I am not so easily impressed.

In a Halfmoon planning board meeting in January 2010; Mr. Kevin Mickels cult attorney stated that “Apropos” as the cult is calling it these days “It would be just a place where people could access the Internet and have coffee, sandwiches and such on a 24-hour basis.

Mr. Mickels also stated the following: “We have all permits, we are approved, we have occupancy from the Town and we also have operating Health Department permits for an open and operating restaurant.”Now the way I understand it a club is where the applicant wishes to restrict admission to certain classes or groups of people. A "club" refers to an organization of persons incorporated under the "Not-for-Profit Corporation" law or the "Benevolent Orders" law, and which is the owner, lessee or occupant of the building used EXCLUSIVELY for club purposes this would need a Social Club Charter by New York State.

A restaurant on the other hand is whole different kettle of fish. A business operating as a restaurant must be open to the public. You have a right to have a dress code and such, but generally must serve any paying member of the public who acts in a civilized manner. To deny service to anyone based on race, color, religion, sex or sexual orientation is discrimination.
Now I see that Fred the Butcher is open next to you and I must say that old Fred has some nice meat. I wonder with the lights on and cars out front how many would be diners are knocking on “Apropos” door?

A reliable source told me that Fred Dicker of Talk 1300 radio would be asking Steve Coffey about Roger Stone, Wikileaks and hate blogs on his radio show Thursday morning. Unfortunately while they did talk about the despicable Roger Stone the other subjects weren’t broached. By now readers of this blog should be aware that Roger Stone in the service of Kristen Davis, the Anti-Prohibition Party candidate for Governor, put out this flyer against Libertarian Party gubernatorial candidate Warren Redlich.Now the truth is neither one of these two candidates had a chance to do anything in the election that is any more than drawing a few percentage points of the vote total. But that didn’t stop slime ball Stone calling Redlich a dangerous baby fucker. Why, because Stone enjoys destroying people. Roger Stone made peace with his inner scumbag a long time ago, which makes him a useful weapon for people like politicians and yes NXIVM. See while Stone knows he’s a piece of shit, seems people like Coffey who likes to hide behind a cloak of respectability hasn’t come to terms with the fact that he and Stone are two turds in the same toilet.
Look Steve both your rainmaking sugar daddy {NXIVM} and your pal Bruno have hired Stone to do their dirty work. Roger Stone the former state GOP functionary threatened Eliot Spitzer's family on behalf of Bruno and was procuring money for Bruno and pals from his other employer, NXIVM. Stone, while being paid by NXIVM, funneled at least $20,000 to the state GOP and Bruno in particular.

So before you go on Fred Dicker’s show and shake your head and exclaim “I’m shocked, shocked that people like Stone would ever do such a thing”. Your clients and your friend’s hired this human piece of shit, and then your clients told the State Police that I was going to “poison the drinking water at Silver Bay and commit a terrorist act.”

Well one of the things that I find so amusing about NXIVM and the cult of Keith is their sheer lack of technological sophistication. Case in point their very clumsy denial-of-service attacks (DoS attack). For the uninitiated a DoS attack is an attempt to make a computer website or blog unavailable to its intended users. Although the means to carry out a DoS attack may vary, it generally consists of the concerted efforts of a person or people to prevent an Internet site or blog from functioning efficiently or at all, temporarily or indefinitely. From time to time this site has suffered from amateurish and juvenile DoS attacks that would embarrass a Ukrainian grade-schooler. Never was I shut down for more than a half hour. Considering NXIVM’s propensity for hiring overpaid incompetent {Steve Coffey} consultants, I can only imagine how much of the Bronfman brat’s money was wasted on these futile attacks;

I believe he is a Mormon fundamentalist and that he has a pathological dislike for gays and should not be allowed near Susan Dune,who is openly gay. Now you are going to say what makes him a Mormon fundamentalist? My response is his overwhelming defense of Joseph Smith, Jr. (1829–1844) and Brigham Young (1847–1877). Both men are awash in blood and Crockett is the front man in the Mormon fundamentalist defense of the Mountain Meadows Massacre ,which is one of the most tragic and disturbing events in Mormon history, which took place on 11 September 1857, when approximately 120 men, women and children, traveling through Utah to California were massacred by a force consisting of Mormon militia members and Southern Paiute Indians. Breaking news “Mad Mormon” Robert Crockett cries foul. Unable to coerce the Judge to seal the records he has now asked the Judge to dismiss every exhibit as irrelevant and hearsay. That is his Modus operandi, seems Robert Crockett, the “Mad Mormon” and faithful defender of Brigham Young used the same logic to dismiss Brigham Young‘s involvement in the Mountain Meadows Massacre, which was the mass slaughter of an emigrant wagon train. I guess when you kill every victim and no one’s alive to tell the story the mutilated corpses are just hearsay?
