Also at the same time complaints were lodged with You Tube over content and copyright violations resulting in the removal of my Kristin Kruek video of her being all blurry eyed after some face time with the Dalai Lama{ fuck here comes her fan club again}
So some of you like, “the real deal” believe that this outage was Google maintenance. I encourage readers to express their opinions and the real deal is welcomed to his. But I had to go through a security ordeal with Google texting code to my registered cell phone number to be manually entered at their security site. Pain in my ass.
So what did I learn?
I am now in contact with Anonymous, a leaderless movement that has worked tirelessly to oppose all forms of Internet censorship worldwide, from DMCA abuses to government mandated content filters. There initiatives include supporting dissenting groups in Iran, Zimbabwe and Tunisia, as well as waging the highly visible information battle against the Church of Scientology.Their Video against the Church of Scientology was an early pioneer in the use of the internet against cults as seen in this video.
I am also studying the work of Security consultant Andrzej Dereszowski. André holds a PhD for his studies on information security and cryptographic copyright protection at Horst Görtz Institute for IT Security, Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany and serves the board of the OWASP Luxembourg Chapter.

A Pro-Israeli Site is Recruiting a Voluntary Bot Militia To Attack Hamas Websites using the "Patriot" DDOS tool. They are distributing a denial-of-service (DDOS) tool to computer recruits to help hack pro-Hamas Websites in a cyberwarfare-style botnet. The secret for me is to learn the common methods of attracts so I am better prepared to defeat them.
NXIVM might to able to afford the best attackers but my friends; particularly the Russians and Ukrainians help me for free. They are appalled by NXIVM and the Bronfman brats, whose roots are Russian .They hold them in the same distain as the modern Russian oligarchs who siphoned huge amount of wealth out of Russia to well-developed countries, such as USA, UK, and Germany,after the fall of the Soviet Union , that fact being the main cause of the economic and financial crises of today. Just imagine if the Bronfman brats had used their wealth for charitable causes instead of NXIVM.

A case that really brought Scientology into light was that of Lisa McPherson. On December 5th 1995 she was pronounced dead on the scene at a hospital 45 minutes north of Clearwater, Florida. En route to New Port Richey Hospital where Scientologist Dr. David Minkoff was working, scientologist chose to pass three hospitals, clearly not putting the health of Lisa first and foremost. She suffered from psychotic episodes which the church claimed to have 'cleared' her of in September 1995. The leader of the church, David Miscavige even publicly stated that he would supervise Lisa's 'processing' in the Scientology community. In November of that year she began to suffer from psychotic episodes once again and a car accident on November 18th turned into a major episode where she ended up taking her clothes off in the street.
She was taken to a hospital and evaluated as being unharmed but they wanted her to be psychologically cared for. No sooner did scientologist members show up telling the hospital that she did not believe in psychiatry resulting in her checking out and leaving with the scientologist . She was then taken to Room 174 of the Ft. Harrison Hotel where she stayed from November 18th until her death December 5th.
She was put on Introspection Rundown, a program that Scientology uses to handle those who have had a psychotic break. Some of the logs are reported missing, and a high ranking ex-Scientologist has written an affidavit claiming that the church has destroyed documents that might put it in trouble. Marty Rathbun revealed that he was responsible for the missing records in an interview with the St. Petersburg Times (June 22 2009) "Rathbun concluded the notes had to go. 'I said, "Lose ’em" and walked out of the room,' he recalled, adding that the decision to destroy the records was his own."
When the founding fathers came up with the principle of freedom of speech, it was within the context of allowing people to speak out against tyranny. It didn't give people the authority to say whatever they want in lieu of human dignity. The founding fathers would be rolling in the grave if they understood how this principle is constantly being abused in today's times.
In fact, the latter is what leaders of NXIVM want to reinforce to their followers (even though they behave hypocritically with respect to it), by repetitively pointing out how people on the internet "objectify" others and don't treat them as humans. This simply works to their advantage, because sometimes this blog crosses that line, by John himself, and by people who comment. It's a shame, because it reduces the blog's credibility, and I want NXIVM and what its leader to be held accountable for what it has done.

NXIVM has abused the Internet as a harassment tool since, at least, 1998. This is substantiated by not only victim reports but their own computer records. (There's a lot more condemning info out there on NXIVM not yet released that doesn't need come from anyone who signed a confidentiality agreement or can, otherwise, be gagged. Server reports, chat records, IP's and PPOV's tell tales, too.)
The good news is that web security systems have well-surpassed Vanfraud's, or his minions', high I.Q. tech skills. They still try their damnest but can't quite seem to take anyone down for long or track down those user addresses they've been hunting for seamlessly enough for anyone to avoid their entrapment downloads. I had two download requests for a "user address" on Friday from one of NXIVM's IP addresses that was also sent to a dozen others on this network, several of whom took note of this event for future reference.
Point is, John may be a wacky dude who takes it a bit over-the-top but I, for one, believe he's right that there was sumthin' fishy up by Friday with the website. Maybe someone with a real I.Q. above 60 came in town for the NXIVM Winter Fester Fucktival.
And, btw, might wanna refrain from judgement on anyone's ire until you've been threatened, stalked, run off the road, harassed at church, etc. as John has, doubtless. What I know of NXIVM, and I ain't one to judge, surprised if they don't try to poison Bruno next. If they weren't all ball-less cowards against anything with teeth.

"Anonymous" has a secure chat room and message board system on their site. Along with some passionate members who would be happy to discuss NXIVM, cults and, perhaps, help out anonymously.
After NXIVM's Winterfest, I hear the participants are staying on to do another 8-day mind-fuck...cough, I mean, intensive session.
No wonder these people never get out of it. They're persistently brainwashed with these repetitive, useless, mind-altering sessions.

I know what it's like, because several decades ago, I was involved in a christian cult. I didn't stay for long, but I remember that in the first months, I wanted all my relatives to share this experience with me (as a good proselyte, I didn't just want to share it with them. I wanted to bring 'em on !)...
I lived in a paranoid forclosure for some month before I realized it was really a cult, and I know what them against us means. It was a long way (~10y) for me to recover and I just stayed for 2-3 years. I wasn't sentimentally involved, I haven't been used or abused, the only plans they had for me was to sell brochures, doing door to door prospection and give a part of my incomes.
Nice or mean, this blog doesn't have to travesty. It's a place where people can express all their feelings from bitter/anger to joy and laughings. NXIVM followers won't change their mind if it's hypocritely disguised in a carebears marmelade.
Perhaps it's a totally stupid statement, but I think that you have no relative loosed in such a cult nor experienced it as a former follower. You're not implicated emotionnaly in such issue, so you don't feel that anger.
Also, there is a big difference between random statements a-la "it's said that he f*cks chicken then sacrifice them to satan" and comments written in anger.
Like fear, anger is not a good councelor. But providing it's related to NXIVM, here is the good place to express it. And followers won't change their minds, trust me !

Do yourself a favor. Do not read this blog. Tearing down the house of NXIVM is not nice because Keith Raniere is a despicable con man.

Again that video of of Keith Raniere covering his deceptive manipulation under ethics, explaining to the women confronting him that he is above 'blame' while insulating himself from their just criticism by dictating to them over and over, 'what I am saying doesn't request a response', "I won't provide the contravening data', 'you won't get it from me' like some petty tyrant or worse a toxic parent.
On top of the despicable behavior of not acknowledging any mistake on his part, he defines himself as a god like sun. In response to the women's criticism he arrogantly says. "you know there is a Christian adage, "the brighter the light, the more the bugs".
There is no such Christian adage, the phrase is used by New Age types to describe bogus laws of attraction. Just after telling the women he's had people killed, which they agree with him about, (what in hell is up with that!?!!) the clip ends with Raniere saying that all the critics siginify that NXIVM 'is a very bright light'. He really does equate himself with Jesus!

There is still a young child being experimented on by this scoundrel. The proper authorities are doing absolutely nothing. The Bronfman money and influence is at fault. Actually the Founding Fathers were pretty viscious in their attacks against each other. Issues relating to Jefferson, Franklin and Hamilton's sexual indiscretions were regular fodder for the press. It was common for Jefferson to have reporters in his employ (secretly) to make attacks on those (even Washington himself) with whom he had political disagreements. Jefferson would act supportive and respectful as he paid his flunkies, Calendar for one, to plant stories which said Washington was senile, incompetent and even cowardly. It was not the practive to have any "objective" news reporting and the papers of the day were clearly and intentionally partison. Our founding fathers had very direct experience with political hatchet jobs and that is one of the things they were protecting in the 1st Amendment.
I don't disagree with the vitriolic language directed at Keith Raniere and the inner core members. This I have absolutely no problem with, because I know how it feels to be cheated or abused in some manner (although not in the same manner as those who used to be in the group) and the anger that can manifest itself as a result, and the abusers deserve it. Don't think I haven't been affected by this fraud in some way and have no anger towards him. The evidence is there, regardless of whether it is currently prosecutable under a court of law.
The problem I have is when others are brought into the picture who quite possibly have nothing whatsoever to do with the unethical behavior that Raniere and his followers (as opposed to members) may commit. For example, Miss Kreuk, who is no longer a member of this group.
According to Rick Ross' website, NXIVM does in fact use thought reform mechanisms, i.e. brainwashing. This means that not everyone who is a participant is/was culpable for these activities. My concern is the loss of focus from the ones who should be held accountable. When others who were never aware of these activities are denigrated, this only further serves to reinforce the agenda of NXIVM, and that shouldn't be done at all.
Remember, Raniere persistently uses the idea that ethical leaders of the past - like Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, Gandhi, etc. - have faced hostile opposition to their beliefs - they were castigated, rebuked, denigrated, lied against etc., but they eventually succeeded. Now, people who are outside of their hold can see Raniere could never possibly fall under this grouping. They aren't under the influence of the brainwashing mechanisms, and can critically assess and compare these things. However, the unfortunate - however they became associated with this group - are just as much as victims and don't deserve the same ire as the ones who insidiously recruited them.
John is definitely doing excellent work here for reducing any possible future recruitment purposes, at least in this country. Unfortunately, I don't know how effective this blog can be for those who already exist in it (because in some way, it's probably just being used by Raniere as proof of what I said above), or those in other countries like Mexico.

I think Kristin Kruek bear should bear witness and, record her involvement in the cult only then can she be forgiven by her fans for her crimes relating to human rights violations, reparation and rehabilitation.
Raniere is two faced liar, manipulative con-man jerk. I wouldn't be surprised if he simply targeted Miss Kreuk and other celebrities, minor or not - after all, they tend to be hotter than others - for his sexual desires, and now is simply using this blog to castigate his ire against her and others as he's done elsewhere. One other thing. I don't know why anyone with some modicum of common sense, let alone some amount of money, like Miss Kreuk, who was involved in some manner after signing a non-disclosure agreement, the dictates of which have been repeatedly abused within the court system, would want to come out and rebuke Raniere or NXIVM, and make themselves the target of another frivolous lawsuit which would drive them to bankruptcy. That's probably what someone like him who, if he has a grudge to hold, would want. Just ask Toni Natalie once again.
The best thing to do is simply thank them if you believe they've helped you in some manner, quietly leave, and move on with your life.
This Raniere person seems like a deeply disturbed and pathetic individual. Under the mask of the over-inflated ego is a man with terribly little self-esteem, despite a higher intelligence level, who's created an image and false sense of himself not only in the minds of his followers, but within himself too. Not only that, in order to elevate himself, he has to put others down.

There are laws here in the U.S. called "whistleblower" laws that void a confidentiality agreement when it comes to immoral, unethical, unlawful or conduct that is not in the public interest.
The problem with the system here for pro se litigants, especially, is following court procedures to present or defend a case. Many lawyers know not only the rules but the procedural loopholes or how to get away with violating procedures when that suits their interests.
The NXIVM, or Keith Raniere death threat or killer admission tape was left out of Dones' case probably not because that "horse already left the barn" (to quote Crock O' Shit) but because whistleblower laws would certainly have applied there. NXIVM did not permit the court to view the other tapes in question, except for a tiny piece that suggested those present agreed not to disclose the contents. Without proof that the other tapes also evidenced immoral, etc. conduct or a formal claim that they do the court couldn't apply the whistleblower law...so far.
Bottom line is if anyone even under a confidentiality agreement has any evidence of even suspected unethical conduct those horses are free to leave the barn!
No offense but the laws in this country when properly applied protect free speech and human rights far beyond any in the world.

I think that nxivm doesn't want the tapes viewed by the court because the minute that the judge sees that they are NOT discussing "trade secrets" their case for the confidentiality agreement goes out the window. I think Susan Dones has said she is open to having the court view it although she will find it embarassing.
Susan Dones may have SAID the court can view the tapes and the court may very much want to view the tapes, but the problem is that without legal representation licensed and versed re: the laws of WA State and the bankruptcy court her case is being heard in, she is apparently missing some procedural method to allow the court to view the tapes over NXIVM's refusal to give 'em up to the court. There are, unfortunately, by law matters that some courts cannot address or bring up by itself. The litigant and/or thru counsel must present those matters TO the court in proper form for the court to consider them. Remember, certain laws are, unfortunately, made by attorneys, for attorneys to profit and those laws quash anyone who dares or needs go into court without one.
The only answers are pro bono help, court of public opinion as in this blog, etc. and/or criminal investigation. Godspeed!
This is bullshit, important information that concerns this case being omitted due to legal technicalities. Doesn't the judge realize that Dones is desperate? This shit does not represent people, it just represents the scheisters that prey upon us. They can go suck it! OK, we must take care of ourselves. I mean I 'get' it, if you can't afford a car, you still have to figure out how to take the bus to work. But, really, this is not the same, this woman is fighting for her life, and many of us feel like she is fighting for our lives as well. She DESERVES equal representation under the law. Goddammit!!
