If Susan legally can't release of the video, who cares? While it would certainly be bad news for VanFraud if the entire video was made public, there's still plenty of OTHER information that is coming to light and the video should be the LEAST of NXIVM's worries at this point.
And Susan has to return the NXIVM course materials. Again, who cares? She's been trying to return the materials for many months now, and NXIVM has been ENTIRELY uncooperative in the process. Susan doesn't want or need those materials anyway.
From what I can gather, this injunction/gag order ONLY applies to the video and the course materials.
It's temporary. I think the Judge wants to take some distance to think what to do from this case. He has so many clues, yet, that NXIVM is a vulgar scammish cult and Raniere is a manipulator that it's all clear to him, but the law is the law and he has a thin margin.

Re-watching the video of Keith Raniere's style of intimidation was sickening. You could see the control he has exerted over the women in their body language and tone of voice. They were so subservient in their manner.
