Judge temporarily gags Susan Dones
Well in a move that was not surprising Bankruptcy Judge Brain Lynch granted Crock O’Shit’s request for a Temporary Restraining Order or TOA to block Done’s from releasing any more of the 3 day video of Mega mind Keith Raniere babble on about how brilliant he is.
Susan did manage to get in some licks claiming among other things that she fears for her life. Here
Crock O’Shit’s brief is here
Now this is one nice old ladies way to deal with Crock O’Shit, but I don't recommend it
And the Judge’s ruling is here
Well we still have this little snippet from a Russian website that has been seen over 6000 times. So let’s see if we can get that up over 7000 times.
Tell me Keith what are you so afraid of anyway. Why don’t you want the great uneducated masses to see you and all your brilliance? I’ve heard that staring at the sun can make you blind and we all know the Bronfman brats have publicly stated that “a world without Keith would be like a world without the sun.” Trust us we can take it, I’ll wear sun glasses. Let us see the tape.
Now since I don’t communicate with Ms.Dones let me give you some unsolicited advice. You as your own Pro Se attorney have subpoena power. So use it. Let’s see some business records. NXIVM claims you have cost them money. The burden of proof lies with them. Business records generally are not privileged information in a civil case unless they contain trade secrets or proprietary information.
So let’s find out a few things about their business practices. The pre-trial process of "discovery" requires both plaintiffs and defendants to reveal documents and communications which may have been made or created with the expectation that they were private, it cuts both ways so let’s have at it.
By chance if any attorney wants to help Done’s e-mail here
and I will pass it along to one of her friends. I also heard that the O'Connell and Aronowitz law firm is being renamed the O'Connell , Aronowitz and Bronfman law firm. I wonder whose pulling whose strings now
