At this point, the criminal can use the money without getting caught. It's very difficult to catch a launderer during the integration stage if there is no documentation during the previous stages.

@9:54 a.m. -- Sad to say, re Vanfraud's sexploits: you're way too low on the quantity and way too high on age. Unless you're averaging quantity against quality and the ages on the high end against the low end. Actual age range is from 12 to 55. So, your numbers might come close there. But the quality/quantity range is still way off what with hundreds of O's - 2's vs. only a couple of 9 - 10's.
Still, your formula makes much more sense than Vanfraud's rational inquiry method. I think you should try to have it patented, then you, like Vanfraud can legally harass anyone who might potentially reveal your crimes or character under the guise of divulging a trade secret.
