Local blogger salutes Moi

Well when I started this I never really understood what I was getting into. Inspired by the great Saratoga blogs, I-Saratoga and Disutopia of Saratoga Springs who had disappeared I thought I would throw in my two cents to offer a counterweight to the ridiculously biased reporting of the now fired Saratogian reporter Andrew Bernstein.
Well what a long strange trip it’s been. I really never intended to become a NXIVM themed blog but with no clear plan then or now I just went were my gut took me. The rest is history.

I always knew I would make enemies and frankly never being the diplomatic type I really didn’t give a flying fuck. But what has been a pleasant surprise is all the friends I’ve made. From strangers in the streets who ask “are you him” to whispered words of encouragement from prominent politicians I have always been surprised by both the number and diversity of people who read this little blog.
Today another prominent local blogger Nanoburgh has saluted this blog. I would like to take a moment to thank these folks and wish them well. It is appreciated and now expect to be sued by Steve Coffey and NXIVM within the week.
You can read Nanoburgh HERE

Great salute! You are a journalist who has uncovered this story single handedly. Luckily (and to their credit) other journalists from the "mainstream" media have picked up on it. You are changing lives, fighting evil, and revolutionizing the way news is reported. Our hero-John Tighe!!!!!

Off topic, but I've just noticed that in the last few days almost all the NXIVM people have increased security of their Facebook pages to remove public access to their friends list. Looks like Vanguard has issued an executive order to pull in the reigns and of course we all know when he speaks, the zombies listen.

John Tighe would be a hero to Will Shakespeare who could be all kinds of vulgarould be downright vulgar too said...

The Merchant of Clifton Park

For a gal suing the pants off people in order to supposedly protect her privacy, Sara Bronfman keeps the public mighty well informed about her marvelous life through tweets on Twitter. From attending the Julie Taymor stinker “Spiderman, Turn Off The Dark” a month ago (preview tickets $300) http://tinyurl.com/6kaqbxr, to attending the closing night performance last week of the acclaimed ‘Merchant of Venice’ starring Al Pacino, http://tinyurl.com/5r23bwk Sara Bronfman truly has an enviable life, fit for the American princess that she is.

Sara Bronfman lets all the world know that she found "The Merchant of Venice" AMAZING! The irony of her response is just too glaring to pass up, she hoists herself on her own petard as Shakespeare would say, makes herself a subject to be talked about, but not in the way she imagines.

The story of the play cuts close to the NXIVM drama, yet Sara is willfully ignorant of the realities about her life as it really is. She is still brainwashed and unable to see that what she is doing to others is positively hateful.

The tale of Clare and Sara Bronfman’s involvement with Keith Raniere and NXIVM is packed full of the themes in Shakespeare’s play. Not as a one to one equation of each character but overall the features in the play can also be seen in NXIVM drama.

The play is above all about unconditional love. The kind of love that is not easy for human beings to attain but it’s the kind that every moral code out there aspires to; forgiving those who harm us, having compassion for those that are weak and frail. This is the opposite of what NXIVM teaches. Only the elite receive this kind of love in NXIVM. Only the chosen are part of the sacred NXIVM circle. NXIVM is definitely not for everyman. Just those deemed worthy by Keith Raniere. Everyone else is a parasite, suppressive, etc.

The play describes a society focused on the struggle for money. Doing things for love is nowhere to be found. Same with NXIVM. Your rank is completely related to your sales figures. The love you receive in NXIVM is directly related to how much tribute you bring to Keith Raniere. This is the opposite of Shakespeare. Morality for him is not tied to your merit.
It's about caring for others whether they can serve your greed or not. It's a message NXIVM's lawyers don't get either.

The Merchant of Clifton Park Part 2

In the Venice described by Shakespeare, money defines and pollutes every relationship. The same can be said for the world of the Bronfmans. Everywhere you look their money controls others. But the Bronfman money cannot bring Edgar’s daughters back to him. As in the play, the money man’s daughter runs off taking his ducats of gold with her.

The play may give insight to the motivation of Clare and Sara’s endless lawsuits. The father, Shylock, Al Pacino’s character, is humiliated by his daughter’s desertion and theft. Until then, his daughter had lived a cloistered life all the while pining for love. When she finds it, (think Keith Raniere) there is nothing she won’t do for in service to this love. Throw away $100 million even. This loss is too much to bear. It’s an impossible wound to her father. How can she repair the damage? She can sue anyone and everyone in sight.

The Bronfman sisters can’t face up to their responsibility in losing their father’s money. So they are going to make Barbara Bouchey pay, symbolically at least, since Barbara is now impoverished by these lawsuits, as are so many other ex- NXIVMS. If the Bronfman sisters get their way in court, Bouchey’s chances of making a living again will be zero. Clare and Sara think nothing of taking away the means by which others live. And yet these girls continue to think of themselves as ethical humanitarians.

Behind all of this is the man, Keith Raniere, who will never see a day in court, that he has made certain. He is allowing trusting women to take the fall for him, an utter coward. A man with an oh so meek and mild demeanor, while he is busy driving people into bankruptcy, driving some to suicide or mental breakdowns.

It is like a day of sunshine in this dark story to find that finally someone has come to the aid of Barbara Bouchey. David Cohen has clearly laid out the legal landscape. If the judge fails to see the truth in front of him, there can be no conclusion other than that he has been unduly influenced. David Cohen has produced order out of the deliberate chaos created by NXIVM’s attorneys

Sara and Clare are so far deaf to all requests to behave in a reasonable manner. Their arrogance and the malice they carry for others has turned sympathetic people against them. How can they expect their privacy to be respected when they have shown no mercy to anyone? They won’t have it. Clare and Sara Bronfman are determined to have their pound of pound of flesh.

In the course of justice, none of us would see salvation:
Therefore we do pray for mercy;
And that same prayer doth teach us all to render
The deeds of mercy.

Wm Shakespeare, Merchant of Venice

Trust fund brats who have known nothing but privilege aggravate me. I'm frustrated when they conflate their inherited fortune with personal achievement. For those in privileged positions, have compassion for yourselves. It doesn't make you a bad person to be born into a position of power, to be ignorant to another culture or way of life. Embrace humility. While it is true that you do not have to lift a finger to ensure your survival as your daddy's astronomical bank account has all but guaranteed that, but try not to make an ass out of yourself every day. Slutty, blind and stupid is no way to go through life dear.
