Well the legal scumbags of NXIVM have of course been busy submitting literally thousands of billable hours to the Bronfman brats for harassing NXIVM’s enemies both real and imagined. Not to mention I have been the biggest rainmaker Steve Coffey has ever had. Just pay some overworked pare-legal or some slave labor intern to stare at my blog all day and the Bronfman brats are out a hundred thousand dollars. Then that cheap, bald, bastard doesn’t have the decency to buy me a cup of coffee. I really wouldn’t expect Crockett to spring for coffee being a Mormon and all and forbidden to partake in the evil drug caffeine. Anyway that guy creeps me out. But you Steve we’re like old friends, slip me a couple grand down at Uncommon grounds and I’ll keep the gravy train going till the Bronfman brats are bled dry. So what do say Stevie partners?
I was going to write about Susan Dones but there are some late breaking developments in her case that I will put up as soon as they are on pacer.
So I will switch to Barbara Bouchey’s new attorney David Cohen. I have never met, spoke to, exchanged e-mails with or any contact, directly or indirectly with him but I must say I like his style. One of the most egregious examples of judicial madness I have ever witnessed is Judge ROBERT E. LITTLEFIELD granting the Bronfman brats a Temporary Restraining Order providing an advance preview of any document to be filed relating to the Bronfmans to be given to Counsel for the Bronfmans as a preview for their determination and consent to any disclosure.
I have many lawyer friends and none of them have ever heard of such a thing. This order has been noticed in the legal circles of Albany and many are questioning the wisdom of the Judge. I know Littlefield has had a sterling reputation among the thousands of downtrodden who have found themselves in front of his Honor.
Frankly it boggles the mind. The Bronfman brats say “they are private people and have suffered embarrassment and shame over court documents released in the case” You think. Gee what did you think would happen when you spread your legs for a Guru. Not to mention the 100 million etc, etc, etc. But besides that, being in court is always embarrassing. Do really think a Dr. likes to testify in a malpractice case? Do you think an innocent witness in a criminal case who might have been out at 4 in the morning likes to talk about it in open court? You want to sue people, then get used to being laughed at with your antics. Comes with the role you have picked for yourself as the cult sluts.
Anyway David Cohen is having none of this nonsense and is aggressively fighting back.

If you really wnat to understand Littlefield's rulings in the Bouchey case (or the Ohara case or the Natalie case), all you need to do is undertsand his connections to Jack Casey. Yeah, Bobby, we know about those too!
I don't understand judge littlefield. After the history that he had with NXIVM over the last decade you would figure that he would get a clue that these people are abusing the legal system and the judge is being used as a pawn in their little sick game. If I was the judge I would throw nxivm on their ass and award bouchey sanctions.

And this is the insidious part of this whole affair. So many people are so easily corrupted by Bronfman money and influence. Today the Bronfman daughters consider themselves respectable and outstanding "philanthropists" and above reproach. They are so highly offended that anyone dare accuse their beloved Keith Raniere of any wrongdoing that they will spend any amount of money to take revenge on his accusers.
As has been reported multiple times in this blog by John and others, not to mention all the books published, this was not always the public profile of the Bronfman family.
They are truly The Untouchables.

As for Littlefield...Sure it's easy to stand up for the little guy, makes a person look good. Everyone no matter how rotten does have a heart. Steve Coffey brags about doing pro bono work all the time. Makes for heart warming cover for what he really spends his time doing.
Following is a little story...
At the height of a political corruption trial, the prosecuting attorney attacked a witness.
"Isn't it true," he bellowed, "that you accepted five thousand dollars to compromise this case?"
The witness stared out the window, as though he hadn't hear the question.

The swinging bronfman brats think they are some type of business people. They go around all day getting enima's and massages and have multiple assistance and in the end they are just two spoiled brainless twats that one day will wake up from the fog and will realize how stupid they have been to support this asshole for all these years. Ultimatly the joke will be on them when he goes thru all their money.
They will be the one's that have to live with what they build. It is them that is supporting vanfat in his activities. The bronfmans are in fact the fire behind the nxivm gang.

This is highly unlikely. Clare and Sara Bronfman have spent too much, have publicly supported Keith Raniere for too long to quit now. Plus their circle of friends think like they do. And they are getting older with fewer options. They have very little formal education or skils or talents. By their own account, NXIVM is the most meaningful thing they have ever experienced or participated in.
You could be really sad for them, except they are absolutely consummate bitches and display unquestionably evil behavior, in that they continue with these multiple lawsuits with the sole object of destroying their critics. And they pretend to be follower of a lama who preaches peace. Even his pr department had to yield to the power of the Bronfman name.
Clare and Sara Bronfman are total hypocrites They just want to be thought of as 'cool' and their money buys them sycophants who will pretend that they are.
The Bronfman family continues to give the impression that they are good people, better people than others no matter what they do. Luckily it looks like some are beginning to succeed in obtaining justice. Their brother Edgar Jr was convicted in January of insider trading.

However you cannot find much about this headline news in the American press. In the New York Times the long arm of the Bronfmans has it pitched like Warner Music stock is thriving and the conviction is treated like a traffic ticket.
Aren't ya glad your parents weren't rich? You don't have these problems.
Anonymous 2:06 PM makes a lot of valid points -especially with respect to the fact that the Bronfman brats will probably never be able to admit to themselves (yet alone their hoity toity friends) just how badly VanFraud has duped them. That may not be important if the two of them are held accountable for all of the cult's illegal activities - which they damn well should be.
If you slept with VanFraud and just got a shirt, count yourself lucky! Ususally, he took the woman's money - and left her with a strange STD.
Vanfat will be exposed sooner than later, the question remains what will it do for society.
What will the bronfman family do after raniere is exposed for the sick man that he is.

What gets me is they go out of their way to sue people and then want everything sealed. Sounds like the little fat guy is a control freak. He wants everything on his terms.
Unfortunatly, that only works in his little made up world. In the real world people have to pay the price. Which in his case the bronfman brats are doing without question.
