NXIVM is so predictable it’s like I can read their minds {trust me there isn’t much there}.
NXIVM is a cult on steroids as they still haven’t come down from their Pyrrhic victory in California. Steve Coffey has been replaced by Crockett as the Bronfman’s go to shyster as his crusade against poor Susan Done in Washington now has his full attention along with Tiffany H. Scott, Seattle Attorney {BioHere} who specializes in areas of patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. Note to Mr Scott your wife fits Keith Ranieres model of beauty thin, long straight hair, lots of money, let me give you some friendly advice.Your wife, girlfriend, whatever starts flying off to beautiful Halfmoon NY for something called intensives you just might want to check her breath for the smell of berries and nuts and look for rug burns from cheap townhouse wall to wall. Don’t ever say you weren't warned.Anyway Ms. Tiffany under the tutelage of Crock O’Shit has been locked in a nasty and brutal battle of motions as seen

And is now trying to lay the groundwork for the grand conspiracy by dragging into this abortion these poor souls some of who I’ve never heard of.

So somehow even though, except for Bouchey I’ve never met, spoke to or even heard of these people I’m conspiring with them . Funny shit, maybe they’ve been contacting me through a Ouija Board
{I must be conspiring with spirits, hey can you subpoena my Ouija Board?}
Anyway they have gone as far as to disparage the integrity of NXIVM nemeses Ross attorney Peter L. Skolnik as seenhere
Causing this severe rebuke from Mr.Skolnik

Too bad they outlawed dueling for these two would have been doing the Burr–Hamilton waltz in Weehawken, New Jersey instead of trading insults in a Jersey Federal court.
And I’m sorry to report there has been another billionaire divorce in the Bronfman family as Charlie Bronfman and his wife, Bonnie are splitsville
Here.
No word who will get Clair’s wedding gift to her Uncle Charlie, a fine statue titled "Keith gives my horse an intensive”

Till next time remember NXIVM I can read your thoughts, so keep that tin foil tight and don’t let the Tighe bite

This is an on going battle, there will always be powers that hang over our heads and have the upper hand sometimes once we are cornered it's going to come to a time where we will have to take a stance with risking our lives and when the time comes it comes. Hell I have lost so much this year does not even matter to me anymore I am ready for the ending of days.
All of these repetitive, long drawn out lawsuits are a manifestation of Raniere's sociopathic assumptive world, one in which he plays the outward charmer, but is internally full of rage and contempt. This world is built from defenses that protect him from an unpleasant reality by distorting it to make it seem more like he wants or how he think things should be. He also seems to suffer from addictive, narcissistic, antisocial, and controlling assumptive worlds. For example, he's built up this illusion of himself that he's more intelligent and ethical than anyone else (narcissism) - whether it is simply a con or not, I cannot be certain, although it does seem to be ingrained into his character - so his failed investments, reckless gambling, sexual misconduct, etc. has to be blamed on someone other than himself, e.g. the father of the Bronfman sisters who initiated a conspiracy in the commodities markets to make him look like a fool, or the "Roses" who initiated one to bring him and NXIVM down. To him, it can't be because of his own behavior. His internal, and obviously distorted defenses, ironically have become more of a hindrance, as the unintended consequence hurts much more than the defense helps. He's using these defenses to lie to himself, and therefore, is really deceiving no one, except himself, and, unfortunately, those who can't see past the charade.
Yes these are indeed heady days at New Karner Rd but remember Keith
Proverbs 16:18
“Pride goes before the end and arrogance before the fall”
It's interesting that in their latest proposed subpoenas, NXIVM's own attorneys explicitly talk about "high ranking members" and "the inner circle." Looks like they've decided to drop the "NXIVM is not a cult" defense.
Lol i don't know NXIVM from a pile of shit but you are a funny guy
@hebie gebe chili beanie - NXIVM is a pile of shit. That's why you can't tell them apart from each other. But yeah - John is a funny guy. I love a crusader with a sense of humor. Now I'm going back to my home business manufacture of tin foil hats. Figure I might make a small profit off the Espians.
Persecutory delusions (also known as querulant delusions) are a delusional condition in which the affected person or organization believes - wrongly – they are being persecuted. Specifically, they have been defined as containing two central elements
The individual or organization thinks that harm is occurring, or is going to occur.
The individual or organization thinks that the persecutor has the intention to cause harm.
According to the DSM-IV-TR, persecutory delusions are the most common form of delusions in schizophrenia and cults, where the person or cult believes "he or she or the group is being tormented, followed, tricked, spied on, or ridiculed by individuals, groups or the goverment." In the DSM-IV-TR, persecutory delusions are the main feature of the persecutory type of delusional disorder. When the focus is to remedy some injustice by legal action, they are sometimes called "querulous paranoia".
Perpetrators of stalking or groups engaged in cause staking behavior may have persecutory delusion. In cases where reporters of stalking behavior have been judged to be making false reports, a majority of them were judged (by the same people) to be delusional.
If the delusion results in imprisonment of the cult leaders, the members of the cult may feel justified in their belief.
A querulant such as Keith(from the Latin querulus - "complaining") is a person who obsessively feels wronged, particularly about minor causes of action. In particular the term is used for those who repeatedly petition authorities or pursue legal actions based on manifestly unfounded grounds. These applications include in particular complaints about petty offenses.
Querulant behavior is to be distinguished from either the obsessive pursuit of justice regarding major injustices, or the proportionate, reasonable, pursuit of justice regarding minor grievances. According to Mullen and Lester, the life of the querulant individual or group if in a cult becomes consumed by their personal pursuit of justice in relation to minor grievances.
In psychiatry, the terms querulous paranoia (Kraepelin, 1904 and litigious paranoia have been used to describe a paranoid condition which manifested itself in querulant behavior. The terms had until recently largely disappeared from the psychiatric literature, largely because they fell out of fashion after being misused to stigmatise the behavior of people seeking the restitution of valid grievances. In the DSM-IV-TR, "querulous paranoia" is a subtype of the persecutory type of delusional disorder. It also appears in ICD-10 using its Latin name under "Other persistent delusional disorders ".
Nevertheless, according to Lester et. al. querulous behavior remains common especially among cults, as shown in petitions to the courts and complaints organizations. They state that "persistent complainants’ pursuit of vindication and retribution fits badly with complaints systems established to deliver reparation and compensation [and that] these complainants damaged the financial and social fabric of their own lives and frightened those dealing with their claims.
Vexatious litigation is legal action which is brought, regardless of its merits, solely to harass or subdue an adversary. It may take the form of a primary frivolous lawsuit or may be the repetitive, burdensome, and unwarranted filing of meritless motions in a matter which is otherwise a meritorious cause of action. Filing vexatious litigation is considered an abuse of the judicial process and may result in sanctions against the offender.
A single action, even a frivolous one, is not enough to raise a litigant to the level of being declared vexatious, though repeated and severe instances by a single lawyer or firm can result in eventual disbarment.
Some jurisdictions have a list of vexatious litigants: people who have repeatedly abused the legal system. Because lawyers could be disbarred for participating in the abuse, vexatious litigants are often unable to retain legal counsel, and therefore represent themselves in court. Those on the list are usually either forbidden from any further legal action or required to obtain prior permission from a senior judge before taking any legal action. The process by which a person is added to the list varies among jurisdictions.
Notable vexatious litigants
The Church of Scientology. "Plaintiffs (Scientologists) have abused the federal court system by using it, inter alia, to destroy their opponents, rather than to resolve an actual dispute over trademark law or any other legal matter. This constitutes 'extraordinary, malicious, wanton and oppressive conduct.' As such, this case qualifies as an 'exceptional case' and fees should be awarded pursuant to the Lanham Act... It is abundantly clear that plaintiffs sought to harass the individual defendants and destroy the church defendants through massive over-litigation and other highly questionable litigation tactics. The Special Master has never seen a more glaring example of bad faith litigation than this." (RTC v. Robin Scott, U. S. District Court, Central District of California, No. 85-711-JMI (Bx) 85-7197-JMI (Bx), January 20, 1993, Memorandum of Decision).[32]
"A single action, even a frivolous one, is not enough to raise a litigant to the level of being declared vexatious, though repeated and severe instances by a single lawyer or firm can result in eventual disbarment."
What's going on with the James Arthur Ray manslaughter trial? I heard there may be a mistrial. This is the guy on trial for manslaughter after the deaths of his followers in the sweat lodge. Raniere only wishes he could be half as successful as Ray who was on Oprah, the Today Show and Larry King. Self help gurus are a $10.5 billion/year industry in this country. Ray's little (patent pending) philosophy was "Harmonic Wealth." In 2009 he made $10 million. Raniere can only dream of those numbers. Like Raniere Rays background was sales. The largest self help group in this country is Landmark Forum. Their revenues top $75 million per year. They've patented such phrases as "always listening" and "viscious circle." Their learning style is "transformational." The scaries aspect of this group for Ranier is the proximity of this group's NYC headquarters in NYC. Ranier is a con-man and a not very successful or original one at that. He is not special. He is not particularly good at what he does.
The Virtue of Selfishness
Unearned wealth has been, for as long as history records, a great corruptor. It enables the holders to do things that nature would normally constrain; to take what they want without the trouble of labor, or even theft. It enables them, specifically, to forego the development of the moral restraints of people who must earn their livings, or husband what they've inherited. Then when they find their lives empty or meaningless and they are extremely unhappy they follow the first cult guru who validates the morality of their wreath. These are the slavish people who feed cult after cult
"The worst dregs of society gather around the tyrant - they are people of weak character who trade servility for unearned wealth."
~Etienne de la Boétie, in France, circa 1550
This presents an interesting legal challenge.
Assume that John, as an investgative blogging journalist, is recognized as having the standard 'freedom of the press' priviledges. That would give him ground to refuse to divulge any corespondence he had with the two defendants, if he were ever faced with such a subpoena.
BUT: does Ms Dones not also emjoy some degree of protection as well, in her whistle-blower role of informing the press (i.e., John) of nxivm corruption?
??
Raniere is, in actuality, nothing but a two bit cult leader. He can only dream of building the empires these other cult leaders and self help gurus have done. His second class ideas would easily be relegated to the landfill of history were it not for him stumbling on two wacked out, ignorant rich sisters. Without their money he'd be living under a bridge over the Northway and foraging in the woods for his nuts and berries.
no protection for whistleblowing to press. must be to authorities
i think
Anonymous @ 4:14-you are absolutely correct. This genious can't even succeed as a guru. He wouldn't be invited to the little guru convention. There are so many of these self help programs out there and even more stupid people to pour $$ into them. What a complete waste. Maybe all these (mostly) female second rate intellects could take their disposible income and try to actually do some good with it. Raniere could go back to his roots-selling Amway.

"I've had people killed for my beliefs or for their beliefs..."
- NXIVM Founder, Keith Raniere (above quote is at 7:00)
A gentle reminder for newbies, especially, that this is a huge part what the cult's current litigious vindictiveness is about.
Who told on Keith's videotaped killer confession? (Oops, that's a biggie!) Was it Susan, Kim, Sheila, John, Dan, Barbara or Peter...AND, wait 'til we see the rest of the Raniere tapes they are trying to suppress! Oh yeah, we will!
...After the Bronfman girls have spent a few more mil protecting their guru and, albeit, humiliating and abusing the American Justice system but, hey, a certain percentage is going back into the public till.
Plus, Raniere et. al. are going down like his hero, Al Capone.
My money's on Skolnik!
Raniere's only heros are L Ron Hubbard, Ayn Rand and David Koresh.
Plus a guy named Ponzi.
Raniere's only hero is himself. He truly doesn't even realize he's stolen every bad idea he's every had from others such as Hubbard and Ponzi. The man is a psychopath through and through. He is beyond rehabilitation. Hopefully, when he finally goes to jail it is for a very long time because he can not be rehabilitated.
inside his head raniere is forever chained to an image he thinks is real. while on the ground causing so many so much pain. this is sickness, mental illness.
oh right the abuse will cure you of your hang ups. except when it doesn't it's all your fault.
assuming some inside are reading covertly
get yourselfs some support and leave
who in their right mind buries themselves inside someone else's head
accepting all their ideas
this is the behavior of vampires
who suck the life out of others
they are in fact real and raniere and salzman are such.
leave the loser
join the others leaving
The story about the young child who was found dead in Maine made me think about poor Gaelen and his sorry lot in life.
You can read the Maine story here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/05/16/boy-found-dead-on-maine-road_n_862745.html?icid=main%7Chtmlws-main-n%7Cdl2%7Csec1_lnk3%7C213462
Another gem from one of the Bronfman sisters:
@DalaiLama "...there must be moral ethics not based on religion."
There is nothing more enlightening than a girl born with a silver spoon in her mouth who's never had to work for anything in her life, let alone been the driving force responsible for funding the frivolous desires of a sociopath, who obviously hasn't got a clue about the fundamental reality of morality, giving advice to someone like the Dalai Lama on the question of moral ethics!
@ 8:17 Clare and Sara say:
"Bu, but, Keith, er, Vanguard, told us that we BOUGHT the Dolly Lama and his stupid religion too. We spent at least a million dollars and lost the jet we went with, on top of it. That gives us the right to tell that bastard what to do. Right? So, if he won't play along and declare NXIVM, even though it's not a religion, has moral ethics too, what should we do? Sue? "Yeah, that's the moral thing to do!"
Watch out, Dolly, they're comin' after you! ...On horseback.
@ 6:00 p.m. been researching this and "think" (appreciate your humility) you're right. Not that it's not o.k. to go to the media, too, but going to the authorities appears to be a must-do these days to be counted as an authentic "whistle-blower" and obtain all the rights thereto.
Makes sense, don't know why someone wouldn't go to the authorities if they had nothing to hide. Or, even if they did, say, have something to hide, the authorities could offer them a some protection, a deal, where statements made to the media alone could only make them potentially more liable, beholden to their statements made on public record.
I guess that's where narcissism is a really dangerous game but isn't everyone entitled to 15 minutes of fame?
Someone's clock must be ticking. Personally, I'd take it after the arrests are made, larger audience Barb, Matt, et. al! Think about it. No story without an ending.
