Well needless to say Toni Foley’s statement{Here} including her allegations of both forced rape and statutory rape on the part of NXIVM founder and Guru to the billionaire Bronfman brats Keith Raniere in front of Judge Larimer in the Federal Western Court State of New York didn’t go unnoticed by NXIVM henchwoman Lipo Pam Nichols. At this point I would like to say as much as I detest Steve Coffey I will grant the devil his due and admit he is an imposing presence in a court room. Loud, tall and commanding, his presence in court can be intimidating, not so with lipo Pam. Looking like a middle aged trollop slightly past her prime, she acts more like a candidate for a reality TV show like “The real housewives of Albany County” than a senior attorney in a major Law Firm.
Always wearing a slightly wrinkled to tight and to short skirt that only serves to accentuate her ample derriere she is embarrassing to watch. This day in court Foley obviously got the better of her as her statement was not only read into the record but copies were distributed to the court. All while LipoPam sat in her chair dreaming of her next appointment at Tropical Tan.
Copies of her statement soon popped up in the New York court pacer system but also in the Washington court pacer system.
Pam must of realized the magnitude of her mistake but then perhaps she went on to made a bigger mistake{more on that in the Next post} by entering this statement with the court.
Then for reasons that perplex me the entire NXIVM legal team and I mean all of them went into a frenzy in the Susan Done's Washington case to have Foley’s statement sealed and removed and stricken from the record. But then filed nothing in the Western New York case where the filing remains public to this day.

Everyone in the Albany legal community knows that Pam has been working under Steve for years. She and Marcia White both worked their way up the system the old fashined way...on their backs with legs spread.
