Well folks it never ends, first we have NXIVM trying to get a toe hold in the city, then we Chris Mathiesen the Dems candidate for the office of Public Safety Commissioner advocating for a Socio-Economic cleansing of Saratoga Springs along with side kick Brent Wilkes the Dems candidate for Mayor in Saratoga Springs. Now we have a rally of the ultra-far right Twelve Visions Party in the peaceful SPA State Park led by Satatoga Springs resident Kjelene Magnell Bertrand who says she will be running for Mayor of Saratoga Springs in about 4 years HERE. Now that would be interesting .

The Saratoga Springs Democrats have already begun their campaign of personal attacks on me in the SARATOGIAN comments. Well some people just don’t like being exposed.
You know folks we are living in scary economic times. People are afraid. People like Chris Mathiesen prey on those fears to advance their agenda of economic discrimination. Hey can’t afford to pay for a police department that Chris would turn into a private militia, move the fuck out of town.Scare people with talk of a crime wave and unsafe streets. Scare the hell out of them and next thing there demand Immigration{ICE} to be checking everyones ID"s except of course theirs.
People who otherwise never had a prejudiced bone in the body will quickly turn on the disadvantaged if they feel threatened. Who knows maybe Mathiesen is afraid that a vast homeless horde will descend on the city, but I think he just wants to be sure his neighbors are the “right kind of people”
And now we have this new Cult preying on the same fears Chris Mathiesen is. Economic uncertainty, scapegoating and above all fear. Many people I spoke to tell me they know Kjelene Magnell Bertrand and say she is a nice women. I don’t care this is just a scam to take my neighbors money and Mathiesen is just a lobbyist for the PBA and in the end if you believe what their selling all you’ll do is lose money
