Brent Wilkes is full of shit

So slippery Brent filed his final Financial Disclosure(27-Day Post-General) that was due today, Monday, December 5th.

And dancing man Brent dutifully filed it today. I find the entire document insulting to the election process and New York State Board of Elections.

Brent would have you believe that the entire TV campaign with commercials on Chanel 9,8,13,10,and 6 cost nothing.

He lists Contributions $9,708.75 HERE

Total Expenses $29,294.91 HERE

The only payment for Television was made to “CREATING WHY” for $4,998.00 listed as TVADS along with FACEBOOK ADS on OCT-27-11 and $800 for GALILEO MEDIA ARTS for TVADS from his 11 DAY PRE GENERAL REPORT.

In his 27-Day Post-General Financial Disclosure he lists nothing, nada, zip for television commercials.

This despite the fact they were blasting on every local station for a week before the election. I see this as deceptive and illegal and I will be inquiring at each TV station about payments for these ads and what they cost.

The statement about the cost for the Saratogian is just as dubious Brent lists just $650.00 + $175.00 + $2941.20for a total of $3766 for all of the print and internet ads he took out.

Perhaps the only moderately truthful statement is the $3,268.85 to WORD COMMUNICATION for what Brent lists as LITER{no I didn’t make that up}

This just doesn’t add up and anyone who believes this is a truthful document is a fool.

Brent's Filing

Though not a Lawyer I believe Wilkes broke New York Election - Article 14 Campaign Receipts and Expenditures - § 14-126

New York Election - Article 14 - § 14-104 Statements of Campaign Receipts, Contributions, Transfers and Expenditures by and to Candidates

Maybe New York Election - Article 14 - § 14-114 Contribution and Receipt Limitations

But you can look them up yourself HERE

So it begins, e-mails and calls will be made to the local TV stations asking about Brent’s ads and the costs and who paid for them. Somehow I think I’ll find PERMA is somehow involved.

In a separate shady donation THOMAS NEWKIRK chairman and CEO of Saratoga National Golf Course gave Brent $1000 with the day listed as Nov28 but I believe that to be the filing date and not the date received. All Slippery Wilkes contributors give a date of NOV-28-11 so it seems Brent may have violated the 24-Hour Notice rule in effect in the last 10 days to stop any sandbagging by the candidates: October 25, 2011 thru November 07, 2011. During these time periods, any contribution or loan which exceeds $1,000 must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via fax or the NYSBOE website or the contribution, was just below the threshold. Yes I checked and no notification was given.Either way it stinks

Thomas Newkirk also gave Saratoga Citizen the Charter Change group fronted by Wilkes $10,000.00 on JUL-15-11 HERE

The man has deep pockets. Just Friday Newkirk, outbid several others in the lobby of Saratoga County Court to purchase the brick, 22,252-square-foot building at 385 Broadway for $2 million. The building is presently home to Saratoga Shoe Depot. Yes the man is a player in this town all right.

Now if some of you think maybe the Democratic committee came up with the cash I checked that to

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again the man is shady and dishonest. My search for the truth and what and who paid for the TV ads has just begun.

Till next time I’ll just keep digging

Newkirk is just buttering up the dems because they're the only thing standing in the way of a massive expansion of Saratoga National to include a hotel and condominiums. He's already got Saratoga PLAN in his pocket and protectIng open space really isn't in the Republicans wheelhouse.

Yawn. 95% of politicians are corrupt and that percentage increases the higher the position.

Let's get back to the cult of ME ME ME ME ME: NXIVM.

At least it was interesting reading about the little man with the big ego.

Learn to live with the fact than Wilkes can stay on pace with Johnson. Wilkes has Newkirk and Johnson has his Riggi's. Wilkes can put in 20,600.00 in his campaign, Johnson put in 20,000.00 in his campaign.

Newkirk is the darling of the Dems. His plans for Saratoga National include Condo’s a hotel and maybe even a second Casino for the city. Lake Lonely which Nancy Goldberg has exclusive rights too will become an even more private pond. The children of these $150 a round golf playing white folks will be well scrubbed with expensive braces and there won’t be a affordable property mucking up the neighborhood for 10 miles.
Nancy Goldberg will be proud

Madigan didn't even file

Go for it, John! Wilkes, the man who would be mayor, has a history of reluctant financial reporting. Let's not forget that he didn't think it necessary to figure out how much his charter change would cost taxpayers before insisting they vote on it

Brent still has election signs on route 29. Let's get with it.

I care about the Law.Brent has proven himself to be disingenuous at best and dishonest at worst.
It also discredits Saratoga Citizen
