Well I guess I bring out the anger in some people. My wife says it’s my special gift. The last few days I’ve been hanging around the city’s public housing complexes. You know talking to residents {Sorry Ed they do have a right to speak or not to speak to me} most of who walk up to me. But I’ve also been taking pictures, not of people just things. Housing Authority unmarked vehicles, dumpsters and such. So today at around noon or so in broad daylight I take a picture of Spychalski’s Housing Authority truck. Paid for by you my friends and it’s a nice one. 
So who comes out of the building but Spychalski. I will give the conversation verbatim.
Spychalski; Who are you.
Me; John Tighe, just taking some pictures of publicly owned property.
Spychalski; You can’t do that, this is private property and I’m taking a video and picture of your car.
Me; Fine let me know when you’re done
Me after 5 minutes; You done yet?
Spychalski; Why you got somewhere to be?
Me; You know Ed the problem with you is you think you own these apartments, you don’t. You work for the tenants and the taxpayers, these aren’t your trucks their Housing Authority trucks.
Spychalski ;There have been break-ins and you might have been the perpetrator so I’m calling the cops.
Me; Ed do you really think I’d be here at noon in the open, breaking into the cars of the elderly and infirm? But while I have your attention I’m going to ask you a few things.
The last recorded salary for you was over $113,000 and that was in 08, why isn’t your salary public? You must be the highest paid city worker.
Spychalski; I don’t work for the city I work for the “FED”
Me; So Ed you don’t answer to the Mayor or City Council?
Spychalski: My salary is paid by HUD, I answer to them. You should see my contract
Me; I would love to. What about charges of nepotism, is your daughter working for you, excuse me HUD?
Spychalski; I decide who works for me .Now get out of here and never set foot on MY property again.
And yes folks he did call the City PD and reported me as a suspicious person and trespasser. The Police came out to my bunker in Milton but I wasn’t home. They later found me on Broadway and served me with a “Trespass Notice” I will be subject to arrest if I upset little Eddies world of Public Housing.
So I banned from property again, but I learned a lot about Spychalski. He like Wilkes and Raniere don’t like a little unimportant asshole like me upsetting their visions of grandeur. He is also hiding a lot. His budget, salary, contracts with vendors. Nepotism runs deep at the Authority. Both Ed’s daughter and son have positions under Ed. I’m not even going to get into the maintenance staff at this time or the taxpayer paid junkets to Vegas, but trust me ED although I won’t be on housing Authority property again I have my eye on you.
Let me take a moment to remind Ed of a comment he made at New Year’s 2010
One of my primary goals is to open the lines of communication with many of the outside agencies within the City. I believe that this will help me and my staff to continue to provide the best quality of affordable housing possible.
Lines of Communication Ed, those are your words. Let’s see those employment contracts with salary and benefits. How about last year’s budget for a start?
Something tells me the bedbug problem is only a symptom of a corrupt and malignant Public agency out of control. Run by a tinpot despot who terrorizes any and all who question his authority. Remember most of the people he bullies are the city’s most vulnerable the poor, elderly and infirm.
I think it’s time for Ed Spychalski and the rest of his family to go.
A full audit for the last five years of the Housing Authority would be a good start.

You cannot go to Jefferson terrace either, apparently. It's not like you were selling drugs or going door to door. What were you supposedly doing? This is really big gov't at work. Be careful. Sister Charla is a lovely woman who is a Sister of St. Joseph. I am sure she is appalled at the bed bug mess. She holds a high position at Catholic Charities, an organization always at the forefront of helping the down-trodden. I am sure, by channeling Sister Maureen Joyce, she will step up, ask the hard questions and address this issue.
Just another example of how those 6 figure beat cops are forced to "put their lives on the line everyday" ... Giving trespass notices guys trying to help people. Imagine the how much civic obligation the force will be able to suppress when Comissioner Smiles takes over and brings on 10 more!

I think it's time that you hired Steve (I-used-to-be-the-man-until-I-tangled-with-John-Tighe) Coffey. If he's not too busy with all of his firm's lawsuits against ex-NXIVM suppressives, he may have time to get you a decent plea bargain deal.
Good luck on any FOIL requests. The Housing Authority simply ignores them. The entire band of idiots needs to go. SS Public Housing would be well served with greater accountability. Talking with the several of the poor seniors who were still stuck there several years ago was an eye opener. There needs to be a full investigation as to how this facility went from SENIOR housing to taking anyone and everyone (including those with drug addition and mental health problems) who is willing to pay. The poor seniors are left all weekend long to fend for themselves with no one to oversee the tenants with mental health problems. Many have had to install security alarms. No wonder the police department is there all the time and has an office there. By now I would not be surprised if every senior has left that can.
GREAT job John - MAJOR changes need to take place, and soon.
BTW, how can dip shit Ed have a trespass warrant served on you when you did nothing wrong. Here is another example of the police department CONTINUALLY ignoring real problems (littering, public drinking, destroying public/private property by the drunks around town) and then chasing down JT as Spychalski's private yes men.

Isn't it funny how people mad dog you when you are just trying to hold them accountable to taxpayer money? You not only have a "gift" of triggering the madness of local goofs but you are a gift to all citizens who have to "live with" (i.e. pay taxes to support) these knuckleheads.
I agree-Ed Spychalski and his family nepotism have got to go. I'm sure you made him more than uncomfortable-with your open and honest inquiry. It shines a light on their darkness because he knows he isn't honestly and ethically able to justify his overpaid government position.
Thank you for actually upholding the humanity of civic responsibility instead of posturing on and on about it in a mulitple series of over-inflated educational(lol)intensives like all the infamous cult riffraff in our area.

Another "training" junkett????How much "training" do these people need? How much of the money spent on sending these Housing Authority people to Florida could be spent instead on maybe paying for the matress covers the low income residents of Stonequest are supposed to buy to protect themselves from the bedbugs the Authority sys it can't afford to get rid of. Try holding these "training" sessions in say, Beloxi, Mississippi and see who signs up to go.
I have had 2 people that I love given a trepass order for no apparent reason other then they both have long hair!!! ,and my public health nurse had the police called on her and ED told her he could not tell her from a Drug dealer-- since when do they carry county ID's I can't believe the way johnathan treated people and the way Ed backed him up. They didn't even follow the hippa law with my nurse and made me miss a visit with her.
I have had 2 people who I love that have been given a trespass order for no reason other then they have long hair and love me and care about me! I almost lost my public health nurse because she would not tell them the apartmant she was going to!!! Johnathan called the police on her and tryed to have her barred, Ed proceeded to call her names such as you could be a DRUG DEALER, he insisted she tell him who she was seeing and didn't care about the HIPA law. I feel I have no rights here and I am so afraid of Ed's Retalations.
Who will be barred next, my whole family and all of my friends! Where does it end?

I'm learning a City and Guilds level 3 currently, on my way up to the big leagues! It's actually truly enjoyable but I want to begin looking for people accepting apprentices
