Well I never thought I would be writing about the lost laptop again after the bullshit case was thrown out, but Nancy Salzman, in her case

Has now hired, drum roll please….O’Connell and Aronowitz, more specifically Andrew Safranko,to represent her in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Yes ladies and gentleman your tax dollars at work.
Now for those of you who don’t know Nancy Salzman aka “Prefect” NXIVM President and smartest women in the world, is seeking $792,500 for a laptop that she lost on a Newark to Albany flight back in 2003.
Claiming Continental airlines forcibly took her laptop against her will.
That Continental is a foreign corporation.
That Continental airline is guilty of fraud.
That the laptop contained material of such a confidential nature that it was not copied on any other device.
That recreating the material took 317 hours
That her time is valued, and I am not making this up at $2,500 an hour.
She originally filed this suit in State Supreme Court in Ballston Spa and as soon as the attorneys for Continental Airlines stopped laughing they had it bounced to Federal New York Northern District Court.

when was the last time someone flew and anything was forcibly taken from you from an airline attendant...such BS
when you fly puddle jumpers you cannot bring carry on bags onto the plane they don't fit
you either turn your over sized bags over or not.... the attendants don't rip things out of your hands at gun point
if you refuse to "check your bag" with the ramp agent" you might have to figure out how to get home or take your laptop out and carry it on the plane - which you can do.... but the nurse is too busy "saving the world" barf.... to think of such a simple thing as that

The idiot forgot to claim her lap top at the bottom of the stairs. The statute of limitations ran a long time ago. Give it up. And you're right. This is a total waste of court resources. O&A and Salzman should be sanctioned.
Statutes of Limitations only apply to CRIMINAL matters. This is all a CIVIL action. Regardless the crazy nurse's case has no Standing. I would be amazed if the Court even agreed to hear an appeal.

What pisses me off the most is that none of the judges who have been overseeing NXIVM's cases have ever just moved, sua sponte (i.e., on their own) to find NXIVM guilty of filing frivolous legal actions. Our legal system sucks!

becoming a coach was pretty easy, you just took some classes and sign up some people and boom your sash color changed and you got some stripes

the inner circle has kept a tight lid on what goes on with the smelly one and when people find things out, well they leave

did they make some bad choices about joining, taking classes and coaching, yes but it should not be held against them...
once they found some things out, they left and stopped supporting the smelly one and the ex-wifey ms nasty nurse
The good doctor never took loads of courses because he spent too much time being a doctor. He took some courses to be near his girls...the only way he could because they were too wrapped up by nurse nancy. but had no desire to be anything but a doctor-probably why they divorced 30 years ago.
oh yeah. sandy padilla was never a high level coach because she wouldn't do what they asked her too. They marked her as being "difficult" because she didn't want to devote time to the group. she was never inner circle. they said she was a problem because she was too busy working for another company. There was an inside group and an outside group. the inner group is the only ones that new the real stuff behind the seens. like many others she probably saw the writing on the wall and left many years ago. consider her one of the lucky ones.
