The NXIVM files: RELEASED

Breaking Breaking news: today Feb1 2011 Steve Coffey came out in a blizzard to trash me, The Times Union, Jim Odato, the Hearst Corporation, and the New York Post on talk 1300. So what was he so upset about? NXIVM of course his biggest client. Tomorrow I will be releasing his desperate rant so stay tuned.

Barbara Bouchey was deposed in the NXIVM v. Ross Et Al case by the attorneys who represent three co-defendants: i.e., Stephanie Franco, Morris Sutton and Rochelle Sutton.It was a very interesting little chat.
Also present with the boatload of Attorneys were Clare Bronfman and the Crazy nurse.
Her deposition took place on October 29, 2009 at the offices of Rick Ross's attorney in Albany, NY. The Depositions did not go into the official court docket . Bouchey’s testimony from that earlier deposition was unknown to anyone who did not attend the depo. On December 17 2010 John Falzone a senior associate in the Litigation Department of Latham & Watkins' New Jersey office attached the transcript of the deposition to a motion in NY there by making it public. The reason he did this are known only to god and his bartender. I spend hour upon hour surfing through Pacer for NXIVM filing and downloaded it .Realizing what I had and understanding that Bouchey was testifying under oath about crimes that people had committed for NXIVM I immediately turned over copies to numerous government agencies. That done I then sent copies to numerous Media outlets both foreign and domestic .Of course I have no way of knowing if any of these organizations were already aware of the filing.

So what is in it that is so daming?
First Bouchey lays out in minute detail that NXIVM is one large Pyramid scheme. Now Remember as this settlement shows Raniere, along with Pam Cafritz and Karen Unterreiner are banned by consent order from ever being involved in a muti-level marking scheme in the State of New York

Next; under oath Bouchey testified that the inner circle conspired to break numerous laws against god, nature and the United States in what could be classified as a conspiracy.
Kisten Keefe in particular was described as so unstable that a Doctor friend of mine who read the depo today stated she has all the signs of Bipolar disorder or manic-depressive disorder, which is also referred to as bipolar affective disorder or manic depression. Now remember Keefe is the person on record according to a letter sent to me by Pam Nichols of the law firm of O'Connell and Aronowitz as the mother of the golden child Gailen. Someone needs to save this kid before something really, really bad happens.I believe this chick is DANGEROUS. Final thoughts
Many have asked if I believe this is the end for NXIVM?
Well honestly No, but it might be the beginning of the end.Many people ask me who I write this blog for?
Many diverse groups.

For those who have never joined NXIVM; I hope I convince them don’t even think about it.

For those that have left NXIVM, that they may be empowered to come out of the shadows and not live in fear. To tell their stories so that others may know the truth.

For those hard core NXIVM faithful; They will know that there are consequences for their actions and that we are a country that in which no one is above the law.

For Coffey and Crockett, to let them know there is a price to pay in their communities for representing these scumbags. That although they are rich in purse everyday they diminish their souls.

But mainly I write this blog for the fallen. Those whose lives have been cut short for one reason or another after having the misfortune to have crossed paths with the most “ethical man in the world”
For Kristin Marie Snyder and others who I am aware of and who will remain nameless at this time.
For I believe in every fiber of my soul that in the eyes of God we are equal in his love. That the life of a starving infant in Haiti has as much value as Sara Bronfman’s or mine for that matter.

That the world is not one giant game of survival of the richest. That the powerful and rich by birthright have a responsibility to help the most vulnerable of society, not by governmental mandate or tax degree, but by an aching in their souls, that from wealth comes responsibility. A responsibility to help mankind or at worst, do no harm to the human endeavor.

Computers are a funny thing.
Hosni Mubarak is finding that out right now.Prehaps he and Keith could spilt a nice two bedroom in Turkmenistan.
This is a new chapter in communication, for now the powerless have a voice and as Raniere and his lawyers have found out, a voice that money can’t control.

The NXIVM files: Pre-release leaks part 3

One last update.
Don’t worry it’s not another 6 foot phallus. People have asked me what colleagues of Coffey and Crockett think of them. So I will do the best I can.Well I personally know some of Coffey’s fellow attorneys in the Albany Bar Association and most speaking off the record will tell you he is a pompous windbag who lacks professional collegiality. And those are his friends. You should hear what his enemies think.

All I know about Crockett is that he is a hired gun and loves nothing more than verbally terrorizing Susan Dones who is acting as her own attorney. He is an attorney who browbeats the weak with a certain relish that I find disturbing. I bet if paid enough money he would have that argued Jeffrey Dahmer had an eating disorder.

Bouchey, Ex- Attorney Richard Croak, left holding a big bag of shit

I must start out by saying I have never spoke to, or met or even exchanged a simple how the fuck are you in e-mails, phone conversations or secret messages stuffed up a duck's ass in Congress Park with Croak,but I know of him. Everything I’ve ever heard about him from former clients and lawyers who have had any dealing with him tell me he is an honest, talented and above all a compassionate attorney who has done a fair amount of real Pro-Bono work.
He is also the attorney on record for Joe O’Hara and other NXIVM related cases. In O’Hara’s case he asked for and received orders of protection for three innocent souls when the crazed NXIVM hit-man Steven "Rambo" Rombom sought to harass, threaten and stalk people, O’Hara didn’t even know in his case. He was then able to exclude them from forced depositions by NXIVM’s legal henchman.

All in all I think it’s safe to say that Croak is one of the good guys.
While lawyers for the evil empire rack up millions upon millions from the degenerate, destructive and perverted empire of NXIVM, who then wash their hands at the courthouse door, and go home and kiss their wives and tuck their children into bed and in the case of Coffey, plan his next summer escape to Italy, honest lawyers like Croak not only don’t make a dime but end up owing thousands in loans made to clients like Bouchey.
Bouchey had originally hired Croak to represent her in her bankruptcy. He then caused a media sensation by publicly calling NXIVM a cult and that was one of the nicer things he said. He then for whatever reason “loaned” Bouchey 20 grand for {I’m not making this up} media coaching {the company is here} and to hire a public relations firm {the company is here}.
So what did she do? Fire him for starters here
Now Croak with proof of the loans in the form of canceled checks has appealed to the bankruptcy court to be paid back.Here

Now I’m not a Lawyer or particularly well educated but if I were you Barb I would ask for my money back from these two firms. Really 20 grand for PR, what fucking PR, and what media coaching? What for 10 grand you get a 5 minute spot on a Sunday morning puff piece that five people watch and 10 grand more to be dragged through the press with a gag order in your month?
You want good PR? Work in a soup kitchen, go to nursing school, work overnight in a women’s homeless shelter. I’ll write about it for free

ALSO VERY IMPORTANTMany of you know that I have come into possession of perhaps the most damming sworn testimony ever released on NXIVM. Believe me unlike the last episode of LOST this really does answer a lot of the questions about illegal conspiracies, money laundering, sex parties etc ,etc. I have decided to withhold the release till Sunday night at 8PM. Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs: NXIVM hotspot?

I am writing this story for two reasons, and yes I know it will piss off a lot of people and some of them will be justified in their anger, but I feel it needs to be said. The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is a private, non-profit school based on the teachings of Rudolph Steiner and this is its story.

First; A women contacted me about her experience in The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs. She said that she felt so pressed to take NXIVM classes, both from other parents and from school administrators that she pulled her daughter out and enrolled her in my old alma mater Catholic Central{Old St.Peter’s in my day}. She then asked if I knew anything about it, which I must say I didn’t.

Second; Coincidentally someone who is close to me and that I care deeply about asked me what I thought about the school because her granddaughter was thinking of going to their preschool.

Well I wasted no time digging around and what I found shocked me. A simple check of the WSSS Board of Directors: Heather Ward, Board President; Matt Beekman, Secretary; Rich Frank, Treasurer; Martin Cohen, Allen DiAlberto, Jeff DeWeese, Richard Fron, David Karp, Ed Mitzen, Ardie Pierce, Katherine Scharff and Jan Zemba, finds two very active and one ex member of NXIVM.
Jeff De Weese along with his wife Jenn are very active members and recruiters for NXIVM. Matt Beekman,Presidentof the board are even more involved and higher ranking. Then we have Ed Mitzen, former member dragged into it by his wife,who found out exactly what NXIVM was really like when he tried to leave. Set up and blackmailed, his story will be told another day. Yes folks these really are vile people. That brings us to his Ex-wife Deedee. Deedee was star struck by NXIVM, perhaps feeling overwhelmed by her husband, she rose through the NXIVM hierarchy, becoming a trainer and confidant of Crazy Nurse Nancy. She was actually with the crazy nurse when she forgot her million dollar laptop at Albany Airport.

In the November 9, 2003 edition of The Sunday Gazette she is quoted with these prophetic words.
Dee Dee Mitzen found the program{NXIVM} so vital that she became a trainer. She and her husband, Ed, who owns Palio Communications in Saratoga Springs, found the courses life-changing, she said. She discounts any talk that labels ESP as a cult, or something that separates people from their families.
"I am the example of none of that being true. My husband and I are happily married, we have three kids and we're both successful in our jobs," said Mitzen, who taught seventh and eighth grade, then was a stay-at-home mom.

She touts ESP as a "school of ethics and critical thinking," and says the program has helped her get the most out of her life. Most importantly, she said, she has stopped giving her children patronizing answers, and started asking questions that help them explore things for themselves.
"Say I'm at the playground with my son and he tells me Joey hit him. Instead of telling him, 'Joey didn't mean it,' Ill ask him, 'Why do you think Joey hit you,'" Mitzen said.


Before NXIVM was done with her, she had lost her husband, who was forced to defend himself against ridiculous NXIVM Black Ops allegations, her piece of mind and the respect of the community. So why am I bringing this up? DeeDee at least on the Waldorf School website is still listed as a high school teacher, although she is the only staff member not to have biographical information available. As far as I’m concerned, I want no child I care about near this woman. She may regret her involvement now, but she showed an incredible lack of judgment that almost cost her husband everything. So we have NXIVM tainted staff, along with ESPIAN’s in the administration, so what do I do? Go to the open house at the school of course.
Saturday was an open house at the school, so after notifying the local authorities of my intentions and with their tacit blessing, I went over in the last half hour to avoid a scene. So what did a find?
Two intelligent staff members that I found committed and dedicated and I really felt sorry for them in a strange way. Then after the 10 cent tour, I asked the magic question. How much NXIVM influence is in the school? Perhaps they were a naïve, due to their age or perhaps they thought I could shine a light on the predicament, but they answered me, at least I believe truthfully.
Yes they admitted there was a NXIVM problem at the school. They told me there were about eight hard-core NXIVM families that had been repeatedly told they cannot recruit at the school. I asked about the administration and they confirmed there were problems and complaints of favoritism, particularly in the allocating of limited scholarship money. Seems my blog has been hurting enrollment in NXIVM classes. Seems what the Crazy Nurse calls a numbers game just ain’t adding up like it used to.
Even Eshter Chiaponne; a member of the inner circle had to go hat in hand for scholarship money. What happened Esther, crazy nurse cut off your line of credit?
So in all good faith I cannot recommend the program for anyone. Not until at least the school is purged of the vipers that have so soiled its reputation. Dance with the devil and you will always pay.Don't say you weren't warned.
