Well once again I find myself an exhibit in a Federal case. In answer to Barbara Bouchey’s new attorney David Cohen,request to dump a ridiculous Temporary Restraining Order providing an advance preview of any document to be filed relating to the Bronfmans to be given to Counsel for the Bronfmans as a preview for their determination and consent to any disclosure. Which by any measure is absurd.
In this objection to the Bouchey motion the Bronfman attorney Buffalo shyster William Savion claims.

"Indeed, the internet blogs have already seized on the Debtor’s motion with lengthy commentary about the Bronfmans, this Court and the Restraining Order including broad misstatements. In addition to mischaracterizing the Orders, a blogger accuses this Court of“judicial madness”, merely because the Court has entered orders on consent. As the Court can see from the attached blog article, in addition to attacking the Bronfmans personally, the blog attempts to influence this Court and attack it.

The Debtor creates an unfair expectation that,because of the Bronfmans’ upbringing, they are not entitled to any protection from this Court,even after the Court had carefully considered the matter and weighed the evidence
The Debtor’s filings have become the channel for blogs and the press to comment on the Bronfmans and this case (despite a legitimate understanding of the challenging issuesconfronting the Court and counsel)."

Well let me tell a thing or two. I don’t care; really I could give a rats ass that you two are embarrassed. Frankly you should both be ashamed of yourself. The fact that by accident of birth you’ve been blessed with a life of pampered indulgence should make you even more embarrassed. Don’t conflate your inherited fortune with personal achievement. New York State Attorney General investigating NXIVM?

In a remarkable and long story in the TIMES UNION today By JAMES M. ODATO.

An assertion is made in court that NXIVM is trying to keep confidential handwritten notes that a cult watchdog group's lawyer says reveals how three of its associates, including Keith Raniere, one of NXIVM's founders, are breaking an agreement made with the New York state attorney general's office to never operate a "chain distributor scheme" in New York.
The paper has been working tirelessly to expose NXIVM and has put some serious heat on the AG to do something about iNXIVM. In the story the AG spokesperson refuses to comment on ongoing investigations but leaves the distinct impression that they are in the middle of a full blown investigation.

"Skolnik’s unusual assertions in a hearing in federal court triggered an unusual public statement from Jennifer Givner, spokeswoman for New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman: “While we cannot comment on potential cases or ongoing investigations, the Attorney General has said he is committed to rooting out fraud and corruption at all levels of government and this includes protecting charitable assets under our jurisdiction.”

Local blogger salutes Moi

Well when I started this I never really understood what I was getting into. Inspired by the great Saratoga blogs, I-Saratoga and Disutopia of Saratoga Springs who had disappeared I thought I would throw in my two cents to offer a counterweight to the ridiculously biased reporting of the now fired Saratogian reporter Andrew Bernstein.
Well what a long strange trip it’s been. I really never intended to become a NXIVM themed blog but with no clear plan then or now I just went were my gut took me. The rest is history.

I always knew I would make enemies and frankly never being the diplomatic type I really didn’t give a flying fuck. But what has been a pleasant surprise is all the friends I’ve made. From strangers in the streets who ask “are you him” to whispered words of encouragement from prominent politicians I have always been surprised by both the number and diversity of people who read this little blog.
Today another prominent local blogger Nanoburgh has saluted this blog. I would like to take a moment to thank these folks and wish them well. It is appreciated and now expect to be sued by Steve Coffey and NXIVM within the week.

More NXIVM court action

Well the legal scumbags of NXIVM have of course been busy submitting literally thousands of billable hours to the Bronfman brats for harassing NXIVM’s enemies both real and imagined. Not to mention I have been the biggest rainmaker Steve Coffey has ever had. Just pay some overworked pare-legal or some slave labor intern to stare at my blog all day and the Bronfman brats are out a hundred thousand dollars. Then that cheap, bald, bastard doesn’t have the decency to buy me a cup of coffee. I really wouldn’t expect Crockett to spring for coffee being a Mormon and all and forbidden to partake in the evil drug caffeine. Anyway that guy creeps me out. But you Steve we’re like old friends, slip me a couple grand down at Uncommon grounds and I’ll keep the gravy train going till the Bronfman brats are bled dry. So what do say Stevie partners?

I was going to write about Susan Dones but there are some late breaking developments in her case that I will put up as soon as they are on pacer.
So I will switch to Barbara Bouchey’s new attorney David Cohen. I have never met, spoke to, exchanged e-mails with or any contact, directly or indirectly with him but I must say I like his style. One of the most egregious examples of judicial madness I have ever witnessed is Judge ROBERT E. LITTLEFIELD granting the Bronfman brats a Temporary Restraining Order providing an advance preview of any document to be filed relating to the Bronfmans to be given to Counsel for the Bronfmans as a preview for their determination and consent to any disclosure.
I have many lawyer friends and none of them have ever heard of such a thing. This order has been noticed in the legal circles of Albany and many are questioning the wisdom of the Judge. I know Littlefield has had a sterling reputation among the thousands of downtrodden who have found themselves in front of his Honor.
Frankly it boggles the mind. The Bronfman brats say “they are private people and have suffered embarrassment and shame over court documents released in the case” You think. Gee what did you think would happen when you spread your legs for a Guru. Not to mention the 100 million etc, etc, etc. But besides that, being in court is always embarrassing. Do really think a Dr. likes to testify in a malpractice case? Do you think an innocent witness in a criminal case who might have been out at 4 in the morning likes to talk about it in open court? You want to sue people, then get used to being laughed at with your antics. Comes with the role you have picked for yourself as the cult sluts.
Anyway David Cohen is having none of this nonsense and is aggressively fighting back.

NXIVM leader Muammar Raniere vows to fight on

Sorry folks I couldn’t resist. After watching Muammar Gaddafi on Al Jazeera today with his delusional ranting about being the world’s greatest dictator and the greatest Arab leader since Saladin, I couldn’t help but be struck by a curious similarity in the bloated egos of these two man. In the NXIVM v.The Ross Institute, NXIVM hitman Robert D. Crockett is pulling out all the stops to keep you[the Public} from reading about NXIVM and its dirty little secrets

Although these letters appear to be rather innocuous, they do contain some useful information – and they raise some interesting questions: For example:
• Who is the attorney who is going to represent Bouchey, on a pro bono basis, if the second part of her deposition takes place in New Jersey?
• Aside from the pro bono issue, is there any other reason why Bouchey is fighting so hard to go to New Jersey – rather than staying in New York – for the second part of her deposition?
• When did the Plyams become an integral part of NXIVM’s claims against Ross? How come they haven’t been deposed in that case?
• When did the Plyams become “NXIVM clients”?
• It was not Bouchey who put the Plyams and the Bronfman sisters together, it was Raniere who did that.
• Peter Skolnik’s letter indicates that all of the Defendants want to submit their Motions for Summary Judgment as soon as possible – and definitely before NXIVM finishes its discovery-related work. Sounds to me they think they’re to get those motions granted!

NXIVM; on the wrong side of history

Well events are happening so fast in the Middle East it’s enough to make YOUR HEAD SPIN. But I think the one thing perhaps driving this revolution that might change our planet for decades is information.

Information is pretty scary shit, if you’re a tin pot dictator or even a cult like NXIVM. And no I’m not comparing the importance of this little band of wacko’s, with perhaps a couple hundred hard core members to the events in the Middle East but I think Keith and crew are watching events unfold with a certain amount of foreboding.

Their whole legal strategy is simply to control the amount of information or as Keith likes to call it “Data” and up to this point they have been fairly successful, but if events of the last year both here and in the mainstream press as shown this strategy is failing.

Yes they have had a few successes and who wouldn’t when you have tens of millions to spend on shysters. In fact I have always been fond of a song called “ You can buy Diamonds by the yard” but I think the Bronfman’s brats favorite tune should be “You can buy Lawyers by the Yard”

Yes they can intimidate the mainstream press or a few broken women, but you then have people like me pick up the slack. Go after me as they have found out and that becomes the story. Then the papers get to write the story after all. Fucking diabolical, and it must be madding to Keith and the crew. Sorry Keith , I’m afraid you will find yourself on the wrong side of history

Joyce Tighe slams 1199SEIU in Letter to the editor{SARATOGIAN}

Well for the first time in her life, my wife has penned a letter to the editor about the screwing we are getting from the great protector of worker rights 1199SEIU. I would also like to point out a few other things about 1199SEIU.

No one was a bigger supporter of Barack Obama than 1199SEIU. And by big a mean $60.7 million to be exact. With the passage of the Obamacare law,1199SEIU sought and was granted temporary waivers for its Heathcare wing. Early estimates claim that because of these wavers 5000 young adults of UNION members are unable to be covered under their parent’s policy and others members and their children can still be denied coverage because of preexisting conditions. The very idea that 1199SEIU was granted these wavers just to me seems morally repugnant.

I have tried to talk to 1199SEIU officers including one who was a friend and a frequent guest at my home. I have called, left messages, e-mail’s and even Facebook messages all to no avail. I guess he just doesn’t want to talk about it and frankly he is no longer a friend in my book. But his attitude is pretty typical of 1199SEIU. They have had almost no communications with members, except through letters from corporate headquarters. I will promise you one thing, I do not forget and I do not forgive their actions. I plan on using every legal course of action of my considerable resources to thwart them and expose them for what they are. A manipulating, self-serving political action group who only exists to provide lavish pay and benefits for a select group of union officials who spend their time lining the pockets of politicians.

To those who have expressed concern it is always appreciated and me and Joyce will be fine. We always are. I should get a tattoo that says “Born Survivor”. Now that’s a thought.

"I have been an employee in the housekeeping department of Skidmore College for more than 20 years. As an employee of housekeeping, I have no choice but to belong to Local 200d SEIU1199 and I am charged $43 a month for that "privilege." Skidmore is a private employer and, as such, we have never enjoyed the generous benefits available to public employees, including things such as step increases. Even after 20-plus years, the salary range runs about $29,000 to $32,000 per year. One of the benefits has been the union health care insurance through Greater New York heath fund that is solely owned and managed by 1199SEIU. We are not eligible to join the other health care options available to non-union employees. During last year’s difficult contract negotiations, we agreed to a no-raise contract in the first year and very slight increases in the second and third year. At that time, we were told that the 1199SEIU Greater New York Heath Fund did not at that time foresee any significant rate increases. What we were not told was at that very moment 1199SEIU Greater New York heath fund was in a critical fiscal crisis and was in binding arbitration. Two weeks ago, we received our first letter notifying us that coverage for employee spouses would be going up from a low of $200 a month to a high of $300 a month based on length of service. Then, last week, the other shoe dropped. Not only would my husband’s insurance be increased but now I would have to contribute 4.5 percent of my gross pay on top of that. Now my monthly increase will be from $240 to $260 a month more, while newer employees will be paying close to $400 a month more. They also informed us that all co-pays and deductibles for everything from drugs to lab tests will be increasing to an amount yet to be determined. I have read how the Skidmore community has been asked to support four students who were involved in an incident on Broadway. I only would hope that while they are under no legal obligations, the administration of Skidmore College would rally and support the dining hall and maintenance and housekeeping staff (many of whom are hardworking minorities) of their college who will soon be faced with the choice of shelter or heath care and perhaps allow us to join their health insurance plan. Skidmore College has never let us down in the past and I hope they will work with us, the employees, and 1199SEIU to find a solution before many of us are forced to give up our heath care benefits."

Well if my Wife has learned one thing from me its activism. We just got royally screwed by Joyce’s Union, SEIU1199 who lied to us and mislead us. Benjamin LeBaron was murdered in July 2009 and the 3 day video recording including the death tape took place in April 2009. so the fact that they want to say that Keith was talking about Benjamin LeBaron is bullshit.

Not to speak bad of a man who was murdered I must say that Benjamin LeBaron was also a nut job Mormon who led the The Church of the Firstborn of the Fulness of Times a Mormon fundamentalist sect headquartered in northern Mexico that was founded in 1955 by Joel LeBaron and members of his family.

In 1944, the LeBarons were excommunicated from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) for teaching and practicing plural marriage and child brides. As a high ranking Mormon leader I believe Crockett would have been forbidden to give LeBaron so much as a hello due to his excommunicated status from the mainstream Mormon church.

LeBaron was also no stranger to violence. Does NXIVM know any normal people?

In 1962, Ervil LeBaron was the Presiding Patriarch of the church and number two in authority to Joel LeBaron. By 1967 he was teaching that he, not Joel, was the proper head of the church. Joel and other leaders of the church denounced Ervil and released him from his position.

In August 1972, Ervil LeBaron and his followers established the rival Church of the Lamb of God. Ervil began teaching his followers that he was the "One Mighty and Strong" prophesied of in the Doctrine and Covenants, and he prophesied that "Joel will be put to death".

On 20 August 1972, Joel LeBaron was shot in the head by one of Ervil's followers. Joel was succeeded by his brother Verlan, who was killed in an automobile accident in 1981.

But enough about Mormons let’s talk about me.

Q. Do you have any evidence that NXIVM had any role in -- well, the state troopers, that's when he tried to crash Vanguard week; right?

A. I believe that he went there.

Q Yeah. He tried to crash a private party, and he wouldn't leave, and NXIVM had no choice but to call the troopers out. What's wrong with that?

A. The thing is that why call the troopers? He did leave.

You fucking LIAR. I crashed nothing Silver Bay is a Public Hotel, I walked in with a grand in cash to rent a room. When told none were available I left.
I then walked on a public road followed by a goon squad till I became bored and left.

I was stopped by the Troopers, along with the Sheriffs and Forest Patrol 15 miles away in Tongue mountain because NXIVM claimed I was “Drunk” and “had worked in the kitchen of Silver bay and had friends in the kitchen and I was in Silver Bay to poison the drinking water of the NXIVM convention and commit an act of Terrorism.”

Next we have the other people NXIVM have tired to harm

Q. What NXIVM members who have left NXIVM have received actual death threats?
A. I -- Joe O'Hara had -- from -- had "You will be dead in seven days" spay -- spray painted on a house that he was having built. Toni Natalie's mother, from my understanding, was told by Keith that "We'll either see her dead or in jail." Yuri Plyam was -- his wife was told that "Yuri will be swimming with the fishies in seven days." John Tigues [sic], I believe, has had death threats.

On the Ethics of forging.

Q. Pamela Cafritz told you she was highly skilled at forging signatures?
A. She bragged about that to me

On paying Taxes a recurring theme in these filing.

Barbara Jeske, the highest ranking member of NXIVM, brags about the fact that she's off the radar with the IRS and has not paid taxes for years. And also, another person was Esther Chiappone, who told me personally that she had a sexual relationship with Keith.
