The NXIVM Gestapo legal team goes for blood in Dones-Woodhouse no asset bankruptcy case

In recent weeks, NXIVM’s legal team has focused a great deal of its attention on the pending chapter 7 no asset bankruptcy cases of Susan Dones and Kim Woolhouse. But, much to their chagrin and embarrassment, the horde of attorneys now working on those cases have suffered several embarrassing losses at the hands of the two women who are representing themselves, on a pro se basis, in this modern day version of David versus Goliath.

Having lost its original local attorneys, Eisenhower & Carlson, to what apparently was a fatal combination of legal ethics and personal consciences, NXIVM immediately went out and hired Lane Powell PC (here), one of the largest law firms in the Pacific Northwest, to take on the indomitable Dones and Woolhouse. Shortly thereafter, the Stormin’ Mormon, Bob Crockett, was added to NXIVM’s legal team in the now combined Dones/Woolhouse cases.

Recently, Pam Nichols, a senior partner in the morally bankrupt, money hungry Albany-based O’Connell & Aronowitz firm, also sought to be added to NXIVM’s legal team out in Washington. But, as of this date, Pammy’s application has yet to be approved by Judge Bryan Lynch, who is the presiding judge in the Dones/Woolhouse case. This against two women who if you added their combined assets together with some lose change pulled from their sofa might be able to split a happy meal at McDonalds.

Just to give you an idea of the costs involved in this attorney cluster fuck. The Mormon $600 to $1000 an hour. Lane Powell the same and Albany based LipoPam. Let’s see Business fare from Albany, billable hours on the plane, first class hotel, convertible rental, male escort, it all adds up.
But Dones & Woolhouse aren’t stupid by a long shot. They have begun to give NXIVM a taste of its own medicine by asking for corporate documents and records that are related to NXIVM’s claims that the two women warriors have caused the company significant financial harm.

Remember Dones & Woolhouse have a presumption of innocence and NXIVM must prove its damages and then prove they caused them. That is a tall order. Then even if they prevail, they will be left with millions in legal fees and the worst Dones & Woolhouse face is a judgment against them and bad credit. Guess what, sounds like half my friends ost of whom could give a fuck.

But for now the screws are turning on NXIVM as they are being forced by Judges Order to give up sensitive fiscal documents after NXIVM refused to turn over any of the requested materials to Dones and Woolhouse, who then went to the judge and asked him to intervene. Lo and behold, he has responded by ordering NXIVM to furnish Dones & Woolhouse with most of the documents and records they had requested by July 8th.

In response to the judge’s ruling, NXIVM has already scaled back its claims against Dones and Woolhouse so that it can minimize the materials it has to turn over to them. And given NXIVM’s reluctance to turn over similar documents in other cases, several outside observers have predicted that NXIVM will end up appealing the judge’s ruling or simply drop all of its claims against Dones & Woolhouse.

Meanwhile, Dones & Woolhouse have pressed ahead with their plans to take the depositions of the two women that NXIVM named as their replacements: Wendy Rosen-Brooks and Charmel Bowden. And, in responding to NXIVM’s numerous objections concerning the proposed depositions, Judge Lynch has ruled that NXIVM must produce both of the women in Tacoma, WA on July 14th and July 15th. (NXIVM had first argued that the women should not be deposed – and then tried to limit their depositions to ½ day each in Seattle).

All in all, things are not going well for NXIVM out in the Dones/Woolhouse case. And there are still persistent rumors that the State of Washington is continuing to investigate NXIVM because of its failure to pay any state taxes during the 10 year period it conducted classes out there. Stay turned right here as NXIVM continues to hemorrhage money the way I hemorrhage blood after sipping a specially prepared cocktail.

Bronfman shocker; NXIVM foundation stripped of non-profit status by IRS

Well as of June 9 2011 the Ethical Foundation inc Web site Here founded by Keith Raniere and with the Bronfman brats as its sole trustees was unceremoniously stripped of its non-profit status as a foundation or charity

So as a public service I am informing all of you that any contributions made to this bogus foundation after June 8 are no longer tax deductible under federal law any such illegal deduction taken may incur both civil and criminal penalties from fines to jail time. This is a felony and carries up to a five-year prison sentence and/or fines up to $250,000.
There have long been unsubstantiated allegations that the Ethical Foundation inc had long been nothing but a money laundering scheme for the for-profit NXIVM corp a Delaware based company. Wealthy clients of NXIVM could make donations to the non-profit Ethical Foundation for classes in the for profit ESP program. This was a lucrative practice that allowed both the cult and the devotee a means to escape taxes.

All of this money laundering info is purely speculative and unsubstantiated allegations but does gives some insight into why NXIVM is so desperate to silence its ex-members.
Anyway the IRS sanctions are real as dirt so never say you weren’t warned regardless of what the Crazy Nurse tells you

Next many of you have asked about Keith Raniere and the Bronfman brats fascination with author and philosopher Ayn Rand. In her philosophy of Objectivism, Rand advocated reason as the only means of acquiring knowledge and rejected all forms of faith and religion. She supported rational egoism and rejected ethical altruism.

She published two successful novels, The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged both of which I found pretentious and self-righteous. In her personal life and beliefs she seems concerned with no one's needs or wants or suffering except her own.
But perhaps she is best known as an unabashed atheist. As seen here in her own words.

Hoping for a NXIVM free local election

Well folks it's almost election time in my beloved Saratoga Springs and to answer the second most common question I hear in Saratoga. NO; none of the declared candidates for public office have any know ties to NXIVM.

I plan to keep a close eye on all campaign fiscal filing, choices for deputies and campaign managers and the like but just to clarify
I have found no links to NXIVM among any declared candidates for public office in the City of Saratoga Springs.

That said it doesn’t mean I don’t have strong views on the candidate’s and later I will be covering the election in my usual biased style.
But in this the calm before the election storm let me pay my respects to anyone who has the balls to run for office. The jobs pay shit the hours are long and half the city will always be pissed, so let the best candidate’s win and remember let’s try to not make this personal

Now to some NXIVN housecleaning.
To my buddy Rick Ley. You have as much right to use a public pool as I do and if it stops raining I will be at the Victoria Pool this weekend. I have no desire to speak to you, or acknowledge your existence any attempt to bother or touch me will be greeted by silence and a call to the Park Police. Well today was supposed to be a quiet fundraiser for the Victoria Pool. Well none of my life is quiet anymore. Waiting for me was NXIVM zombie Richard Ley {NXIVM number 4520}. Remember Rick HERE from last summer. He is a cetified appraiser with no office just a PO drop at a UPS store

My friends caught him going through my bag after, of all the space available at the Pool he chose to sit next to me. Well seems little Ricky is just a touch unstable as time after time he harassed me and my poor wife Joyce.
We are both safe at home now with my new sled and Bruno at our side. You NXIVM fuckers want a piece of me? Just try. I’m easy to find and I don’t hide behind closed blinds living in darkness. Want me? Just ask motherfucker

At first I tried to talk to him as he was waving a copy of my story that he had printed out about him in my face.
I said “Look Pal I will give you a onetime offer, just walk away, and never talk to me again and I will forget this happened.” Well I should have known better than to have tried to talk to a brain dead Zombie.

He stood in front of me blocking the sun telling me how was going to sue me. In an effort to be helpful I suggested he call O'Connell and Aronowitz. This just made him worse as he climbed the steps and started yelling “WACKO, WACKO”. This kind of activity continued for a couple hours as he demanded
1. The names of the witnesses to the bag incident
2. The names and e-mail accounts of all my friends.
3. I told him to fuck off.
4. At noon it was time for the party in a private area of the pool complex and guess what? Numb nuts Ricky tried to crash it. He wasn’t let in.

After the party I had hoped Ricky Ley might have left to take some medication but I believe he was illegally mixing cocktails at his seat for his demeanor went from just silly to dangerous.
Late in the day my wife escaped the sun as I was swimming in the pool. Rick Ley at that point saw she was alone and vulnerable and singled her out as he yelled at her “you’re crazy, you’re crazy” he then started rubbing his crotch as this seemed to give him some perverse sexual pleasure. I saw what was happening and confronted him and put a stop to his sickening behavior. I found Joyce shaking with fear as she had never been subjected to that kind of sick sexual performance in all of her 59 years.
I called the Park Police who took a report backed up by Park officials who asked what we wanted to do. I told them I just want to go to the pool in peace. They walked us to our cars and went in t0 confront Ley. I don’t know what happened next.

Why them you ask? Well they are owned by Jason Kurchner (Nxian #5210). Jason used to be married to Chantal Kurchner (Nxian #5292) who is rumored to have lost faith in the Guppy one.

But Jason has had a long and lucrative affair with NXIVM. Jason like most hard core espian’s likes to boast. Jason is a big dude and knows his way around a gym. He also likes to boast that his father was a former Mr. World. People have told me he was often seen at the former Global Fitness facility on High Rock Avenue in Saratoga, sometimes with Raniere in toe. These sessions quickly came to an end after Raniere’s pathetic attempts at pumping iron were becoming too big of an embarrassment to hide. Jason was said to have also stiffed the owners of the gym for membership dues.

But it is Jason’s carnal pursuits that closely mirror his mentor Keith.
Let’s see Jason got involved with NXIVM in 2005...enrolled by Deedee Mitzen .They quickly began an affair. It allegedly started during an 11 day intensive in California. Jason is said to have flown out there to attend it because it was the only date he could make. They were allegedly caught in the hotel room together. Mitzen quit NXIVM 3 months later. Remember Mitzen was the husband of Ed Mitzen, who owned Palio Communications in Saratoga. NXIVM did a real hatchet job on him going so far it is alleged, to have planted cocaine in his home and set him up with prostitutes. Needless to say Dee Dee got a nice divorce settlement.

But Jason is also said to be a switch hitter and it is alleged that he had a tempestuous relationship with Jeff VahXXXXXX when they were both at Skidmore together.

But enough about his sexual escapades let’s see how he is as a fiscal planner. Even before Barbara Bouchey left NXIVM her junior partner Becky Freeman{the women with 5 illegal aliens paying rent in her basement} was plotting with Jason and concealing information from Bouchey who Becky claimed was "crazy and a suppressive”. Becky then went to work full time with Kurchner taking all of Bouchey’s NXIVM related clients with her.
No word if the Bronfman’s are using them but word on the street is former Washington DC socialite Pamela Cafritz is NXIVM rank: Purple, 0 stripes. Word is she has come into a trust fund from her wealthy parents and Jason is looking for a nice offshore account to dump it in.
In a bazaar twist to this story the Kurchner’s daughter was the victim of a strange prank at school as seen by this Saratogian story “here” and if you read the comments about the Kurchner’s they aren’t a very popular pair as seen here

Understand I’m not condoning these comments directed at a child but just pointing them out. Be interesting to see if they hire O'Connell and Aronowitz to sue the Saratoga School district?
