Well folks once again my razor like vision is focused on the inner circle of the self help cult NXIVM. Today I take a long overdue look at one of the old broad’s of VANGUARD'S long march from RPI to Halfmoon NY.

The 3-year-old boy is referred to as "the youngest Espian" and has been living with NXIVM nearly since birth, according to those who’ve met the child.

He was brought into the fold by longtime Raniere acolytes Barbara Jeske and Kristin Keeffe, who drove "about 10 hours to the Detroit or Ann Arbor area to get him," sources said.

Jeske later told NXIVM members that the baby’s mother had died. One member said she was told the mom died in a car accident. Two other sources said they were told she died in childbirth.

"The story was that his grandparents couldn’t keep him, and asked Barbara to raise him," said a source who was at a meeting where Jeske announced the boy’s arrival.

Jeske’s, mother, Ruth, confirmed that a "close friend" of Barbara’s — whose name she said she didn’t know — gave her daughter the boy.

"Barb got him," Ruth said. "But now the woman, Kristin, is raising him as the son of Keith Raniere."

In a court deposition involving a lawsuit against the group but unrelated to the child, Barbara Jeske said the boy was "adopted" and that she got him "from a friend of mine from the distant past." She said she "wasn’t sure" who in the group actually adopted the child

Of course we all know the entire story was just a made up tale for the NXIVM cult faithful to explain the appearance of the child. We now know Kristen Keefe is and was the natural mother of the child but it was decided to hide this from the faithful who might ask embarrassing questions about the boy’s father. Everyone knows Keefe is Raniere’s girltoy but the mindless devotees are fed a crock of shit story about the great celibate VANGUARD. So leave it to Jeske to lie on a deposition for the man.

No answer to my Tumor yet

Well folks leave it to me to be a victim of a whole new class of tumor. After the successful removal of a tumor from my small intestines, biopsy results after a week of study have been inconclusive. So my tumor was given a suitcase and after saying my goodbyes it was sent to lab in New York City for further study.

Well a normal person might be troubled by this but I dream of the endless possibilities. Perhaps it’s a whole new species of tumor? Maybe I get naming rights and can call it Tighe’s Tumor or Tighe’s syndrome? Just think there could be a new foundation perhaps the Bronfman brats would chip in? Think of it?

Got a nice ring to it. But why stop there? A Tighe support group for those living with Tighe. The Tighe memorial run for a cure. Really the possibilities are endless.

Really I’m just in a playful mood and happy to be alive. Remember whatever trouble you think you might have, loss of money a job, sickness just look around and someone will be much worse off than you. For all the money the Bronfman’s and the Coffey’s have in the short time of their natural lives are they happy or content? The rain has stopped the apples are ripe and I live another day,a week or thirty years its all the same. I can live with my reflection in the mirror and know I have tried to only leave gentle foot prints in my walk of life and my dying breath with be a prayer to god thanking him for a wonderful life regardless if it ends tonight or in fifty years.

Susan Dones and Kim Woolhouse NXIVM trial over

FORCES OF DARKNESS GATHER IN TACOMA, WA

As summer comes to an end and we make the transition to fall, there is no change whatsoever in NXIVM’s never ending strategy of harassing and torturing their enemies via the legal system (NXIVM actually continued to sue one poor soul even after he died). And so it is that on a bright, sunny morning earlier this week in Tacoma, WA, the head of NXIVM’s legal beagles, Bob Crockett (a/k/a “The Mad’ Mormon”), was there to berate two more innocent parties who have incurred the wrath of NXIVM’s leader, Keith Raniere: Susan Dones and Kim Woolhouse.

For those of you who have not been following this sad little tale – and for those who have trouble remembering all of the characters who are involved in NXIVM’s multiple lawsuits – let me give you a quick summary of the events that led up to this latest legal atrocity:

- For almost a decade, these two women worked their asses off trying to build up NXIVM’s business in the area around Tacoma, WA. Investing their own money and an enormous amount of time and effort, they created the company’s first free-standing NXIVM Center.

- Tucked away almost 3,000 miles from Albany, Dones and Woolhouse went about their business without any awareness of the controversies and issues that were beginning to build around NXIVM. And when they did hear about some of those matters, Raniere and his ever faithful minions were quick to offer up what turned out to be totally bogus explanations.

- But as their doubts began to grow about some of the “explanations” they were being spoon-fed NXIVM, the two women began to talk to other members who had also grown suspicious about the cult’s operations and its leaders. And the more they compared notes with these other members, the more that Dones and Woolhouse realized that they had been lied to and duped.

- Finally, in April 2009, Dones and Woolhouse (along with several other female members of NXIVM) decided to confront Raniere about some of his personal failings: his loss of excessive amounts of NXIVM members’ money in the commodities markets; his sexual exploitation of numerous female members of NXIVM; the multiple lawsuits that the company had gotten involved in; his track record as an admitted Ponzi schemer; etc. This resulted in the now infamous “3 Days of Enlightenment” where Raniere alternately dodged the women’s questions – and leveled some not so subtle threats about having had people killed for his beliefs.

- So, along with 7 other women, Dones and Woolhouse resigned from NXIVM and made plans to move on with their lives. But even though they were done with NXIVM, NXIVM wasn’t done with them.

- Fast forward a couple of years, and Dones and Woolhouse are now trying to fend off NXIVM’s attempts to short-circuit their bankruptcy cases – and to resume some type of normal lifestyle.

In a 2-day trial that concluded yesterday afternoon, NXIVM laid out all of its claims against Dones and Woolhouse – which, when all is said and done, amounted to (a) their alleged violation of NXIVM’s infamous “confidentiality agreement”; (b) their alleged failure to return all of NXIVM’s documents and records to the cult; and (c) Dones’ alleged failure to include her potential claims against NXIVM on her bankruptcy filings. But along the way, NXIVM decided to drop all of its claims for monetary damages against the two women and to only seek injunctive relief. That’s because Dones and Woolhouse had the brilliant idea to ask NXIVM to produce documents and records to prove its claimed financial damages – something which NXIVM will never do because that would establish a reason for the Feds (and several States) to go after NXIVM for tax evasion, money laundering, illegal immigration activities, etc.

Over the course of the past year, NXIVM has employed 4 different law firms and more than half a dozen attorneys to bury Dones and Woolhouse in a mountain of legal bullshit and rhetoric (Dones and Woolhouse are representing themselves in this epic David vs. Goliath battle). This has included three self-proclaimed “prominent members” of Albany’s legal community: Steve “I-Used-To-Be-The-Man” Coffey; Pam “Lipo” Nichols; and Richard “What-The-Fuck-Am-I-Doing-Here” Weiskopf; two of the largest law firms in the State of Washington; and, of course, the Stormin’ Mormon.

In the days leading up to the trial, there was a flurry of legal filings as NXIVM sought to take the depositions of several women who have nothing to do with the bankruptcy cases – and to introduce some “recently discovered” emails that it had never turned over to Dones and Woolhouse (As it turns out, these emails were apparently turned over to the cult by a guy named Jack Goldenberg, who just happens to be the head of the company that purchased Joe OHara’s old company – and who has been trying to stop OHara from talking to the labor departments in several states about the company’s recently illegal labor practices. More on that story later). That led to all of these filings in the last couple of weeks:

At the end of the trial, the presiding judge announced that he will issue his opinion on October 21st . Which means that Dones and Woolhouse get to dangle in the wind for another month before they find out if they get on with their lives.

Back from the dead again.

Well boys and girls once again I have cheated death. One week ago today I collapsed again after suffering a massive internal blood loss. Rushed to Saratoga hospital Doctors were again stumped, unable to find the origin or cause of the blood loss. Finally after a battery of tests again one keen eyed radiologist after a tagged blood cell test spotted some strange shadows in my small intestines. It was now Friday night and a surgeon was brought in whom after telling me that the odds were only 50/50 that the surgery would be successful asked what I wanted to do. My only question was when to which he answered now. So with that I gave my response which surely will go down in medical journals for its eloquence and grace “Go ahead Doc fillet that fish”.

The surgeons found and removed a medium sized tumor that for all the world looked like it was giving the finger, the biopsy results haven’t come in yet but that’s the last fuck you that little bastard will give me.

Now that I’m home I want to thank God the hospital the staff the doctors, along with all my family and friends and to the nameless donors who gave me their blood thank you all.
I will have a new NXIVM post tonight. And please all of you pray for the other souls in the hospital whose outcomes weren’t successful for there are many.

Today on the tenth anniversary I would like to thank all the people that allow me the freedom and independence to express myself through this blog.

People in this country are free to call President Bush or Obama names, such as liars, thieves or murderers. I can criticize the salaries of our Police and Fireman without fear that an unmarked car with two plainclothesmen will drag me away in the night. One thing among many I have learned from hosting Eastern European students is that they fear Police. Everyone who has ever stayed with me has had a deep emotional fear of police. The reason is simple. In their home countries Police terrorize and exploit the people. Corruption is the name of the game and justice is for sale. Military conscription is mandatory unless of course you have the money to pay them off.

When I tell them what our police and military were paid again the answers surprised me. The thought they should be paid more. They viewed that as a defense against bribery. Police in the Ukraine and Russia can go for months with no pay from the government. Bribes and corruption are seen as a part of the fabric of the system. A badge and a gun is a defacto license to steal. The young women had a special fear of the police.

One young man, the time on his work visa growing short talked to an Army recruiter. After his talk his questions to me were shocking.

It tells the sad story of David Baker and the tragic death of his wife. I have communicated with David and his story is heartbreaking but I don’t have the Hospitals side in fairness so I can’t comment on the validity of his complaints The lawsuit at first seems as a direct threat to me but it’s not. In fact it says

"We don't have any problem with him complaining about Northeast Health or stating his views or his opinions about Northeast Health. That's his prerogative. But he has a website that makes it look like it's affiliated with us and has our logo on it," said Robert Swidler, general counsel for Northeast Health.
"In general, the courts have upheld these gripe sites," said Sheldon W. Halpern, a law and technology professor at Albany Law School.
First amendment protection is often given to websites like Baker's as long as the site doesn't sell a product or divert visitors to another company, Halpern said.

This category overlaps with that for Russia as a whole. It highlights the link in these extreme conditions between journalism, public activism and human rights activities. In their different ways the deaths of Dmitry Krikoryants, Dmitry Kholodov, Nadezhda Chaikova, Viktor Popkov,[131] Anna Politkovskaya, Anastasia Baburova, Stanislav Markelov and Natalia Estemirova all show that the troubled situation in the small North Caucasian republic reaches well beyond its formal borders.

Dmitry Krikoryants, night of 14–15 April 1993, Grozny.[133] Murdered over a year before open conflict broke out in Chechnya (first between pro-Dudayev and pro-Moscow factions, then with the intervention of federal forces), the killing of Krikoryants was linked to his investigation of corrupt activities of the local regime, at home and abroad.

Cynthia Elbaum. On assignment for Time magazine (USA), Cynthia was photographing in the streets of Grozny, when she was killed in a Russian bombing raid in 1994.[134]
Vladimir Zhitarenko, a veteran military correspondent for the Russian armed forces daily Krasnaya Zvezda (Red Star), was hit by two sniper bullets outside the town of Tolstoy-Yurt, near the Chechen capital of Grozny on 31 December 1994.
Nina Yefimova, a reporter for the new Vozrozhdenie (Revival) newspaper was abducted from her apartment and killed together with her mother. Journalists in Grozny and Moscow believe that her murder was related to stories she had published on crime in Chechnya.
Jochen Piest. On 10 January 1995 Piest, a correspondent with Stern magazine (Germany), was killed in an attack by a Chechen rebel against a Russian mine-clearing unit in Chervlyonna, a village 24 kilometers northeast of Grozny. Rossiskaya Gazeta correspondent Vladimir Sorokin was wounded in the attack; Piest was fatally hit by three bullets.
Farkhad Kerimov. Farkhad Kerimov was murdered on 22 May 1995 while filming for Associated Press behind rebel lines in Chechnya. No motive has ever been established for the killing.
Natalya Alyakina. Natalya Alyakina, a free-lance correspondent for German news outlets, was shot dead in June by a soldier after clearing a Russian checkpoint near the southern Russian city of Budyonnovsk.
Shamkhan Kagirov. Kagirov, a reporter for the Moscow daily Rossiyskaya Gazeta and the local Vozrozhenie newspaper, was shot and killed in an ambush in Chechnya. Kagirov and three local police officers were traveling in a car near Grozny when they were attacked. The three officers were also killed.
Viktor Pimenov. On 11 March 1996, Pimenov, a cameraman with the local "Vainakh" TV company was fatally shot in the back by a sniper positioned on the roof of a 16-story building in Grozny. Pimenov had been filming the devastation caused to the Chechen capital by the March 6–9 rebel raid on the city.
Nadezhda Chaikova. On 20 March 1996 Chaikova, correspondent for the Obshchaya gazeta (Moscow) weekly newspaper disappeared while on assignment. Her body was found buried in the Chechen village of Gekhi on 11 April, blindfolded and bearing signs of mistreatment. The cause of death was a gunshot wound to the back of the head. The identity of her executioners remains disputed. According to documents from Dudaev's archive, that came into hands of Russian special services in 2002, she was killed by people from so called "Department of state security of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria" (Russian: Департамент государственной безопасности ЧРИ).[135][136] At the time there were strong suspicions that Russian security services were involved.

No journalists are recorded as having been killed between September 1996 and October 1999 but 22 were kidnapped during these three years and later released.[137]
[edit] 2nd Chechen war, 1999 onwards

A counter-terrorist operation by the federal authorities began in the region in September 1999. It was declared over on 16 April 2009.

Journalist Supyan Ependiyev. On the evening of 27 October 1999, several short-range ballistic missile hit a crowded outdoor market in central Grozny, killing or wounding hundreds of people. About an hour after the attack, Ependiyev went to the scene to cover the carnage for his paper. As he was leaving the site, a new round of rockets fell about 200 meters from the bazaar. Ependiyev suffered severe shrapnel wounds and died in a Grozny hospital the next morning. According to other sources, he died two days later.
Cameramen Ramzan Mezhidov and Shamil Gigayev. The journalists were part of a civilian convoy, including Red Cross workers and vehicles, attempting to leave Chechnya on 29 October 1999. Turned back at the republic's eastern border, they were travelling along the highway from Grozny to Nazran in neighboring Ingushetia when their vehicles came under attack. As the convoy approached Shami-Yurt, a Russian fighter fired several time from the air, hitting a busload of refugees. Mezhidov and Gigayev left their vehicle to film the carnage. As they approached the bus, another Russian rocket hit a nearby truck, fatally wounding both journalists.
Photojournalist Vladimir Yatsina, an ITAR-TASS staff member freelancing on his only trip to Chechnya, was kidnapped and killed there by a group of Wahhabis on 19 July 1999.[138][139]
Antonio Russo, an Italian freelance journalist was killed on 16 October 2000 in Tbilisi, Georgia. His body was found near a Russian army base. He had come to the Georgian capital to document the Chechnya conflict as a Radio Radicale reporter, working for a radio station belonging to the Italian Radical Party (Partito Radicale). His body carried injuries caused by torture, probably from military techniques. None of the tapes, articles and writings left in his Georgian apartment have been found.
Aleksandr Yefremov. A photojournalist of the western Siberian newspaper Nashe Vremya was killed in Chechnya when rebels blew up a military jeep in which he was riding. On previous assignments, Yefremov had won acclaim for his news photographs from the war-torn region.
Cameraman and editor Roddy Scott. On 26 September 2002, Scott was killed in Ingushetia. Russian soldiers found his body in the republic's Galashki region, near the border with Chechnya, following a bloody battle between Russian forces and a group of Chechen fighters.
Former teacher and TV journalist Natalia Estemirova, now an award-winning Russian human rights activist, board member of the Russian NGO Memorial, and author for Novaya gazeta was murdered on 15 July 2009.[140] Estemirova was abducted around 8.30 am from outside her home in Grozny, Chechnya as she was working on "extremely sensitive" cases of human rights abuses in Chechnya.[141] Two witnesses reportedly saw Estemirova being pushed into a car, shouting that she was being abducted. She was found with bullet wounds in the head and chest at 4.30 pm in woodland 100 m (328 ft) away from the "Kavkaz" federal highway near the village of Gazi-Yurt, Ingushetia.[142]
On 1 August Malika Betiyeva was killed on the Grozny-Shatoi highway. The deputy chief editor of "Molodyozhnaya smena", and Chechnya correspondent of the "Dosh" (Word) magazine, died with four of her immediate family in a car crash.[143]
