Well just when I thought me and Steve Coffey were making progress in our relationship he has to go off the deep end. Talking on The Paul Vandenburgh Show on talk radio 1300 Wednesday, he again referred to some unnamed blogger who hides behind the first amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. You know Steve one of the bedrocks of our country.
Funny Steve a lot of liberals say the same thing about Vandenburgh, Michael Savage of the Savage Nation and Rush Limbaugh. Steve many people take offense when lawyers such as you, try to get off rapist ,baby killers, mother killers, arsonist and the like but I for one don’t. Even though I lack a formal education or grammar skills I have a grasp of the fundamental principles of the American court system
1. All have a presumption of innocence.
2. All have a right to a fair trial and competent legal representation in their defense.
So when you represent people like Rory Poulin, a Wynantskill man who murdered his girlfriend I understand, all in a day’s work. I also understand you have no qualms enriching yourself from the misery of others.
I on the other hand take no profit or glory from my blog. I embarrass myself with my bad grammar and spelling skills and find myself an object of scorn by many. I Steve do it for the truth, for the poor and the voiceless. The people I write for have no money, or advocate ,just me. Your “clients” harass and stalk and threaten. You enable them and enrich yourself at the same time.
But my shield and my sword, my last and only defense against cult money and you is the First Amendment. I embrace and cherish it. No wonder it’s always the rich and powerful that denounce it. But by all means Stevie keep it up. I’m glad to know that you follow my blog, that your clients are pissed you can’t prevent the truth from coming out and remember one thing Coffey.
Years from know if I’m dead or alive when anyone Google’s your name there find this blog and your work for NXIVM. That is your legacy. Hope you’re dam proud

Well at least he's watching your blog. You are getting under his skin. He may be trying to lay the ground work for some sort of case against you. It also sounds like he and Tom DiNovo discussed the issue before they went on the air. It sounds like O&A is spending some time researching this. He should know by now that you can't be intimidated. I think he plans on going to court. He wants to take you down. I don't think he has a legal leg to stand on but that does not mean that he won't find a judge somewhere to sign an order. Then the entire ACLU, Democratic party, blogging community, internet, press, and anyone else interested in our essential freedoms will come down on him. He thinks you cannot afford to fight this. I doubt if you would need to spend a penny of your own money. He may get a judge around here to agree with him but things would move quickly up to the appellate division and then to the Supreme court. Papers that have not wanted to write about the Bronfmans and NXIVM will now cover this story (hello New York Times). Your blog readership will explode and your blog will be quoted in every available media forum, press, television, talk radio, Huffington Post etc. In other words instead of shutting you down he will have inflamed the rhetoric against his clients, the very people whose interests he should put 1st. Just like they did when they wrote that letter to you, way back in June 2010, before you even knew who coffey was, they will make things for themselves and their clients 10 times, 100 times, 1000 times worse. You hadn't written about NXIVM for awhile. You hadn't written about Coffey in months. He's an idiot.

Vandenburgh is just as bad. Everybody knows that Coffey/A & O pay for time on Talk 1300 -- so in essence, Vandenburgh is taking NXIVM money. Why do you think he's so restrained when talking about the topic? They're a customer.
