Well boys and girls tonight we put a few of NXIVM’s Charitable Foundations under the microscope. Sara Bronfman writes in her own bio that she
"Ms. Bronfman is determined to stay true to her philanthropic roots. Inspired by the humanitarian and philanthropic endeavors of her father and late Grandfather, Edgar M. Bronfman, and Samuel Bronfman."
While Sister Clare calls herself "an Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. She goes on to claim that she is also involved in several foundations through which she seeks to uphold and evolve the more noble qualities of humanity."
These are their words not mine. So now let’s see how their claims stack up to reality.

During Vanguard Week 2003, NXIVM collected approximately $400,000 of donations for what turned out to be a non-existent not-for-profit entity. At the time, people were told that their donations would be “tax deductible”, which was only important to those few NXIVM members that were still bothering to report their income and file tax returns.
Later, Nancy Salzman obtained an FEIN for this non-existent entity (Despite the U.S. government’s enhanced efforts to detect money laundering and prevent terrorism, it is still possible to obtain an FEIN for a non-existent business entity). Then she used that FEIN to open a bank account at a local bank, and deposited some of the donations into that account.
While he was working for NXIVM in 2004, Joe OHara changed the name of a real not-for-profit entity that he had originally set up back in 1979 to The Ethical Foundation. Thereafter, NXIVM deposited approximately $232,000 of its Vanguard Week 2003 donations into that account. What happened to the other $168,000 that NXIVM had collected from its members back in the summer of 2003 is still unknown.
As part of the settlement of the lawsuit that NXIVM brought against him in 2005, OHara turned over control of The Ethical Foundation and its $232,000 to the Bronfman brats.
So fast forward to 2007 according to their tax return they began with $233,306. HERE
In that year they gave nothing to anybody. So let’s look at 2008 HERE
In this year they transferred $250,000 to Sister Clare’s
ETHICAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION

This is important, they also list FURNITURE AND FIXTURES $ 40,000. Later I will prove this is the famous $40,000 piano kept at Nancy Salzmans house.
This left the Foundation with 49,186.
Next 2009 they pick up 336,261 in donations including 160,207 for tickets to see the Dali Lama. Problem is the Dali cost $301,937.But the true cost was much higher{more on that tomorrow night}HERE
We also have the depreciation on Nancy’s piano that went from a Value of $40,000 to $19,200 How do I know it’s a Piano you ask? Well because their tax preparer says it is HERE MJM Tax accounting in the 2010 tax return HERE
Piano Purchased 2008-04-28 cost $40,000 depreciation. Well you can see for yourself.
So if all you assclowns think donating money to NXIVM is helping humanity, you’re just beyond hope. Anyway I hope the New York AG reads this and wonders if the proper use of tax deductible funds is to buy Cult Priestess Nancy Salzman a $40,000 concert level piano. I bet chopsticks never sounded so good.
But wait it gets worse.

The Ethical Science Foundation made no funds or grants available for anyone in 2008 nor did they have any paid staff.

They took in 60K in donations of that Sara gave 25K and Clare 35k. But their expenses came in at 134k.What the fuck you say? One word Gaelen the golden child
Love child of Kristen Keeffe and Keith Raniere. Although the foundation gave nothing in grants or scientific funding to anyone they racked up 134k in expenses. Boy the price of babies has really gone up! But the real costs were for the Rainbow Cultural Garden’s infamous child development experiments.HERE Remember they took money from a private nonprofit foundation chartered by the Federal Government and the State of New York for child care expenses.
In 2010 we see HERE That the Foundation is paying the nannies – and the driver for the nannies
Total revenues for 2010 = $93,418
Total expenses for 2010 = $150,517, of which $117,324 was for salaries and wages (Note: If there are 5 nannies and 1 driver, their average annual pay is $19,554).
The following is a list of know Nannies and support staff for the Rainbow Cultural Garden project. I must point out that according to the Ethical Science Foundation own tax returns they have never made a single legitimate grant to anyone. The entire foundation is a front for child experimentation it is also believed that none of these people have been given a W-2. Many are illegal immigrants and are paid less than minimum wage

Like the anonymous's before me, I'm wondering the same thing: WTF is taking so long? I don't exactly expect the AG/IRS/DOJ/INS et al to make it public knowledge if they are planning anything but it makes you wonder about the US Justice system. I can only hope that more victims have come forward after the TU article appeared and that is helping to cement the case against Raniere. In the meantime I am hoping nasty things happen to him like perhaps he will suffer a heart attack or maybe he will OD on Viagra/Cialis etc. Let's face it hes 51 and has let himself go.

I haven't seen this interesting tidbit posted on this blog yet (forgive me if it's a repeat). I happened upon it while reading this February 22nd article from the Times-Union investigation.
NXIVM acolyte and alleged 'filmmaker' Mark Vicente has set up a website where he's begging for donations to finish his film, which purports to tell the story of Mexico's LaBaron family and the horrifying culture of violence in that country. The website for the film, called 'Incendiar el Corazón', is here. Click on 'THE TEAM' to read Raniere's previously debunked 'biography' that describes his amazing magic powers of intellect and humanity.
In the trailer for the film posted on Vimeo, child sex abuser, degenerate gambler, multi-level marketing conman and tax cheat VanFraud himself makes appearances at the 1:05, 2:23 and 2:45 marks. It seems that the smartest man in the world hasn't quite mastered Spanish yet, perhaps he's been spending too much time banging teenage girls and submitting hilariously worthless 'patents' to learn to speak the language of the Mexican people that he's now fleecing and molesting. Apparently, he's been giving advice to some Mexican folks about 'non-violence.' You can't make this shit up.

There was a post on Ms. Kreuk's Girls By Design board members (made up of teen girls) on the blog that detailed a situation where one of the girls who is now in college was being stalked by a former student, and one day woke up to find her stalker in her campus dorm room watching her sleep.
Previously, I had read somewhere (unfortunately I can't recall where) that VanDoofus used to perform the same type of stunts during VanFraud week in an attempt to seek out his next sexual conquest, which to him, is just like playing tennis or a game of chess. What a fucking idiot.

-Eating only nuts and berries

I was involved for some time 6yrs. I left. I went in with a purpose, the tool was useful in uncovering issues. While I was there I saw a lot, I learned a lot. I saw red flags all the time and all over the place. I took note…Fortunately for me I kept myself very busy so that I wasn’t to involved with the social aspect f the organization. I had other firends. I did however get the opportunity to see all the people in there OCD underwear. People are psychologically cut open when in an intensive. I saw how Keith pulled all the strings and how Nancy was just a pawn, as with her daughters (one is part leader one is to afraid to leave mommy) Then I saw the exploit’s of the women and people. It was obvious but hard to believe that you are being deceived in such a way. You just have to keep rubbing your eyes until the vision is clear. What happens to those that are in is that there is the sixth sense that is very apparent but you just don’t want to believe that your in this shit storm of deception, because some of the things are really good. What Keith proposes and the organization espouses is that this is all for a better world and a better ethical humanity…Who doesn’t want to believe that? What they forgot is that there is the rest of the world and people have their own experiences.
The tools show one their biggest fear and greatest virtue… Psychological YO-YO…How can I stroke thee to keep you in my grasp. It is amazing and disgusting. I am still grappling with the fact that I was ever involved and it is embarrassing for me. But, I did find what I was looking for. So am I any better? If you can be a tool for them you are invited in…. No, actually I had other truth’s that told me different. I tried on your theories but truth wins out. A lot of people seem to cave or leave or melt their ethics and morals to match the group. I just had a purpose. I saw a lot. I think Keith is a creepy mutha. Every time I interacted with him my entire body would shake… No good for me. He wasn’t a restful person nor was he trust worthy. If that makes you feel right in the world then hay so be it… All of this said at this point, these are the things I saw when I left years ago.Some opinion too… As they teach in NX about patterns of behavior..When I began to see how many of the women, especially those close to the King-pin behaved I knew in every ounce of my being that he was screwing them all. The cover up was so obvious. I even went deeper and asked insiders of this… it was confirmed.. To me, It was gross. I feel for those that the truth is being revealed and they are actually taking it in. A hard pill to swallow. It is a painful truth. I experienced true heart and hope break. I wanted to believe in a better something for the truth of our existence is sad at times. This was a sadness to me as it wasn’t as blatant as murder it is a psychological crime against humanity. Those individuals to me, were worse off then when they arrived… They would leave these people there, in their worst places. No hope to get out and no hand to hold to learn how to walk again in a new world. They the ESPers were not compassionate about the process, there was nothing sacred about how they can delve deep into the subconscious while people are conscious. There was no place for those that appeared lost… they would be in the periphery, do little jobs here and there to stay in the community to pay off their debt. No care taken for the downtrodden and abused. I saw people that appeared to be broken. This was an ‘experiment’ they didn’t have a solution for this part. They came in and used what they want out of peoples willingness and hope and leave them when they are done. So sad, such heart break… So disturbing… So many reasons why not to join, why not to stay, why one would leave. I never would enroll anyone I knew unless they had an iron constitution and a purpose to go in. This is a good tool but a dangerous tool, especially when left in the hands of the fledglings that they put in charge that have not other life experience, just ego’s to boost…
I feel sad for those that are involved and taking in the truth… It does take some time to get back to your self. Words alone, it is hard to have a conversation with others of the world when you have been on the inside for a long time. People end up assuming like Keith does… it is passed down in the pattering, there is an arrogance…it’s hard… You will see things most don’t yes. But, it made me see Why Keith wanted to make a system out of it to teach others so he didn’t feel so lonely in his personal crazy mind…..He is a master manipulator… I mean, that kid Galen, it is Kristen Keef’s child with him. What does that say about her that she would lie to the world and say she had cancer when she was having a baby… So sad..An who knows how that child will turn out as it hasn’t been allowed to be around any other children… ever.. The rainbow school is an interesting project, but all these experiments… we aren’t animals…
The mind isn’t the only place to live. It too is just a tool…
