According the PBA/Paul Veitch statement to the Saratogian, the hold up in the PBA beginning drug testing was that the first company solicited for drug testing employed a person the SSPD has arrested a few weeks prior to the SSPD contacting them to set up testing. What was that person arrested FOR, and more importantly, were they ever convicted? I think it shows the disconnect between the cops and actual law when they think that simply having been ACCUSED makes you GUILTY. You'd think they'd know better with the small fraction of charges they file that ever result in a conviction for anything CLOSE to what the charges are.
Also, didn't the SSPD/PBA allow an officer to keep working while he was trial for stalking and harrassment? Rumor was the PBA even found him some off jobs at the union clubhouse to cover him over his brief 2 week suspension. Their rational at the time, was that he hadn't been "convicted" of anything, correct? He even kept his job after taking a plea deal.
Also, we've heard plenty about how hard up for staffing the SSPD is. I believe a reason given a few times was that a number of officers were on medical/disability leave. Were any of those instances similar to circumstances with Moran? There's quite a roster on disability/medical at the SSFD too, if what I've heard is correct, what are the circumstances of those cases?
Perhaps you can get us some answers for these questions tonight.
First Kindlon should have researched the bimboid/zomboid Kristin Keeffe issue better before going on talk radio. "I think it was in 2006" doesn't show a firm grip on the material so I can see where viewers may just view this a a typical politician sparring with his opponent trying to create a kefuffle.
Answers beget questions:
What do we know about AG Eric Schneiderman? Is he in NXIVM's pocket? I realize these cases can take years to build and they want to have a case before they swoop in etc.
Why hasn't 60 minutes picked up on this? If there is proof that any NYS police got in bed with the girls or are still in relations with them how does one start a Internal Affairs complaint?
Last time KR was seen by one of my neighbors was Sunday 2/12/12 the day the first story broke.

Cash you paid that might not have been claimed to the IRS that NXIVM, Salzman or the cafe collected,
Checks you were asked to write to a political party or candidate such as Hilliary Clinton that you were paid cash in the same amount to by a member of NXIVM to reimburse you for this contribution
How you believe NXIVM pay plan is just like an MLM where the top gets all the money and most walk away losing money
Opened a business for NXIVM in your name that pays commission to NXIVM members
Opened a business in your name that is a shell business for NXIVM
Opened a bank account of a NXIVM business or shell business
Gave a favor or service to a political figure that has been attached to NXIVM
Did a trade of service with NXIVM in exchange for training and or Vanguard week
Know of illegal Mexican - Canadians being in the US
Know about the illegal marriages of Mexicans - Canadians so these people can stay in the States to help NXIVM
Know of NXIVM members breaking into cars or houses of defectors
Help NXIVM with tax evasion
Got a speeding or other traffic violation fixed by Jack Casey
Know of underage girls Raniere has taken advantage of
Loaned money to NXIVM or one of their officers that was never paid back
Give Raniere or one of his inner circle money to help pay legal expenses or commodities losses

As another person already did, I am commenting here about the PBA/IAFF and in general, the Public Safety Dept.
Or as the Chief calls it, the pubic safety dept.
Anyway, JT, keep us informed as to what the good doctor is up to tonight. Seems like he is doing the KJR to every minor problem. Oh, KJR is Knee Jerk Reaction.
Maybe the good doctor should be wearing a tight blue spandex suit with a red cape and the image of a big impacted molar on the front. He seems to be reacting faster than a speeding bullet, to each and every voter who supported his campaign.
