Well today I wandered down to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department where I met with a very nice Lieutenant. I tried to get a copy of the police report from the incident in Halfmoon tuesday, but he said there wasn't one. I wanted to know what would be a “legitimate” reason to drive on a public road and what isn’t.
He told me Kristin Keeffe had called and said I was harassing her. That me just driving through her neighborhood on public streets was a form of harassment. The dispatcher who took the complaint said Keeffe claimed to be single mother and was afraid of me. I explained that's kind of funny since I have never seen her, much less met her, but I guess me being in her geographic vicinity causes her to suffer some kind of remote psychokinesis that upsets her energy pattern causing outbreaks of spontaneous feelings including intense anger, fury and rage.
A Nun in grade school said the exact same thing about me. I guess it's a gift. So I can now harass someone even when I have never met them or seen them or spoke to them.
Keeffe as this exclusive document shows has claimed under oath that she is a single mother with a high school education. So I guess when Albany County DA David Soares hired her in his office he was just trying to keep a poor single mother off food stamps. Complete document is here.
Come to think of it I’m lucky I didn’t commit remote psychokinesis harassment in Albany County, he might have me indicted by a special grand jury.

Interesting. She was no where in site yet can file a harrassment report against you? Does her association with Smallville actresses Alison Mack and Kristin Kreuk give her special powers like xray vision. Does she realize that Smallville is all make-believe as is the little NXIVM world?

If the man was as "evolved" as he claims to be he would have walked over to your car, looked you in the eye and said, Hello, I'm Keith, can I help you? That actually would have surprised you (which is hard to do). And if he was truly an ethical, evolved human being he would step up and be a father to his child, openly, proudly. Keeffee seems like a dangerous woman who will do almost anything for her baby daddy - Remember Kristin it was your baby daddy who manipulated your dear friend GINA who finally saw the only way out of the hell you helped create for her was to take her own life.

Can you file a counter harassment report right back at her-since she was not in the vicinity?

These dirtbags usually have an in with SOMEONE on the force. We know that Ed has Tim Sicko's wife working for him. That seems to be his link with the SSPD. I wonder if there's a similar situation somewhere in the Sheriffs office? Although, it could simply be a case of harassing a lady being a hot button for them. Didn't they just have one of their own in a domestic incident, and then they had to drop the charges, so the guy is still working there?
