Saratoga Housing Authority slammed again in Albany Times Union.

Well first let me congratulate the editorial staff of the TU for today’s editorial entitled

Clean house in Saratoga Springs

By TU Editorial Board

Our opinion: The housing authority director helps himself, not the tenants. Removing him would be very expensive — but worth it. HERE

In this story the TU mentions my friend when they wrote

"Let’s hope that Mayor Scott Johnson, who appoints five of the seven board members, continues to put in more like Al Calluci, his most recent selection, who would prefer to have the housing authority work for the board, rather than the other way around. Mr. Brunelle’s term, remember, expires April 1."

When the Saratogian ran the story on me yesterday I came under serious criticism by someone named “Roger Stone” HERE

Al came to my defense when he wrote

Al Callucci wrote on Mar 2, 2012 4:21 AM:

"My family and I moved to Saratoga Springs in 1977 so I'm not sure if I'm considered a carpetbagger or not. I think very highly of John Tighe's ability to get out the facts. Mr. Stone - Do you really believe everything you hear at a Council Meeting or read in the Newspaper. It's the facts you don't know that John addresses as I do from time to time. Do you really believe the Saratoga Springs Fire dept. is going to soft bill as stated at a Council Meeting? Guess you haven't read the Multi-Med Contract. Stay tuned for the next Council Meeting. It will be clear and have no need for editing. John - You are a friend and will always have my support for what you do and how much you care. Unfortunately the people who care always face criticism and the ones that don't criticize. "

Thanks Al you are a good friend and you are just the man needed for the Housing Authority Board. We Irish are funny. We treasure loyalty and friendship above all else. Few people do in this world anymore but we still do

Next Al Roney was gracious enough to have me on his talk show yesterday at 3pm to talk about the bullshit no tresspass order against me. AL works at Talk 1300 a station that is home and rumored to be partially owned by NXIVM cult attorney Steve “the man” Coffey. I applaud Al for going out on a limb and giving me such a warm welcome on his show. I guess he didn’t get the memo from Coffey that I live in a sewer.HERE

New story for Ed, I'm sure he will read this......bedbugs are still in my apartment. I found 3 of them crawling through the electric sockets. I have also talked with two other tenants who claimed that they just started getting bitten again. You need to go Ed, if you would have taken care of this at the start, maybe all of this other crap would not come to light. You are only in this for yourself, you are greedy and again need to go!

Is there a lawyer out there that will take our case to represent us in suing the board for fiduciary incompetence and negligence? They have a responsibility to protect and serve us and they failed. Giving this guy this type of contract is negligence and they should be held accountable. How about we turn the tables on them for a change?

Roger is Nancy Muldoon, she brags about it as she bums free drinks in the bar. Then Monday she'll hit the local food pantries for handouts meant for children. A grown women who can't hold a job sad.

All is not necessarily lost as regards Ed Spychalski's contract. Fortunately, the law provides for the cancellation of contracts that should be "void as a matter of public policy" - which definitely describes Ed's contract. See: http://contracts.uslegal.com/lawful-objective/

It may take the intervention of the AG's office or the results of the current audit to get this done - but it most definitely is an option. And maybe if the AG decides to hold Brunelle and his cronies liable for the wasteful expenditure of taxpayers' monies, they actually get this cancellation process going. If none of that works, then I suggest bringing this option to the attention of Sen. Grass.

Note to Ed: "Voidable as a matter of public policy" is a great concept. If you're lucky, it will just be applied to your bullshit employment contract and not you.

Can we get some more of the 300 pictures you had from Necker island?

Great job on the radio and kudos to Al Rhoney for having you on in defiance of "the man." You are doing an amazing job. Citizen Nancy seems a little miffed.

Any reason why we haven’t heard from Senator Gillibrand? She loves publicity. I’m surprised it takes an Senator from Iowa to step up. Senator?

You did a great and very accurate job reciting the facts. The caller is right. If there had been someone with your courage in Schenectady maybe some light would have been shed on Steve Rossi years before. Maybe someone would have uncovered the police corruption before one of the cops was dead in the locker room of the police department. Maybe someone would have realized the police chief was a drug dealer. Light does more than expose bed bugs, John. You are doing a good thing.

JT,Citizen Nancy is now balls to the wall.

JT
Like I said before, the numbers that you gave us about city "workers" were 2010 numbers.

The Saratogian now has the 2011 numbers and they are un-freakin-beliveable.
Not criticizing you at all, you are a blessing for all of us. Your blog is almost our only haven, especially since Nun Emily has dropped the hammer on comments at the Saratogian.
What a farce, no comments on crime, SoundOffs, etc.

What the hell, ......those always got the most comments, which shows the Saratogian that people still read their stories.
Go figure.
