Woaaaa and slow down before you hit 12-- The "Cult" couldn't get their Mayor Wilkes elected... so they're not the likely place to heap blame. As I recall and re-read, a great many folks seem to have lambasted ex-Commissioner Rick Wirth because a) He didn't YAK enough, and b) His Agendas weren't LONG enough.
