John, go to the hospital and call the insurer while you are there. Clearly, someone hasn't entered the data into the system.
It just keeps getting worse!

The search was for "saratoga" and all payments...you can customize the search.
Sadly, if you worked on the saratoga backstretch - the CAT scan never would have been cancelled and done at no charge.
