NXIVM Foundations exposed; and a plug for donations.

Well boys and girls tonight we put a few of NXIVM’s Charitable Foundations under the microscope. Sara Bronfman writes in her own bio that she

"Ms. Bronfman is determined to stay true to her philanthropic roots. Inspired by the humanitarian and philanthropic endeavors of her father and late Grandfather, Edgar M. Bronfman, and Samuel Bronfman."

While Sister Clare calls herself "an Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. She goes on to claim that she is also involved in several foundations through which she seeks to uphold and evolve the more noble qualities of humanity."

These are their words not mine. So now let’s see how their claims stack up to reality.

Mission Statement

It is our mission to support endeavors that help us to embrace our humanity, build our ethics, and move us towards a more noble civilization.

During Vanguard Week 2003, NXIVM collected approximately $400,000 of donations for what turned out to be a non-existent not-for-profit entity. At the time, people were told that their donations would be “tax deductible”, which was only important to those few NXIVM members that were still bothering to report their income and file tax returns.

Later, Nancy Salzman obtained an FEIN for this non-existent entity (Despite the U.S. government’s enhanced efforts to detect money laundering and prevent terrorism, it is still possible to obtain an FEIN for a non-existent business entity). Then she used that FEIN to open a bank account at a local bank, and deposited some of the donations into that account.

While he was working for NXIVM in 2004, Joe OHara changed the name of a real not-for-profit entity that he had originally set up back in 1979 to The Ethical Foundation. Thereafter, NXIVM deposited approximately $232,000 of its Vanguard Week 2003 donations into that account. What happened to the other $168,000 that NXIVM had collected from its members back in the summer of 2003 is still unknown.

As part of the settlement of the lawsuit that NXIVM brought against him in 2005, OHara turned over control of The Ethical Foundation and its $232,000 to the Bronfman brats.

So fast forward to 2007 according to their tax return they began with $233,306. HERE

In that year they gave nothing to anybody. So let’s look at 2008 HERE

In this year they transferred $250,000 to Sister Clare’s

This is important, they also list FURNITURE AND FIXTURES $ 40,000. Later I will prove this is the famous $40,000 piano kept at Nancy Salzmans house.

This left the Foundation with 49,186.

Next 2009 they pick up 336,261 in donations including 160,207 for tickets to see the Dali Lama. Problem is the Dali cost $301,937.But the true cost was much higher{more on that tomorrow night}HERE

We also have the depreciation on Nancy’s piano that went from a Value of $40,000 to $19,200 How do I know it’s a Piano you ask? Well because their tax preparer says it is HERE MJM Tax accounting in the 2010 tax return HERE

Piano Purchased 2008-04-28 cost $40,000 depreciation. Well you can see for yourself.

So if all you assclowns think donating money to NXIVM is helping humanity, you’re just beyond hope. Anyway I hope the New York AG reads this and wonders if the proper use of tax deductible funds is to buy Cult Priestess Nancy Salzman a $40,000 concert level piano. I bet chopsticks never sounded so good.

Love child of Kristen Keeffe and Keith Raniere. Although the foundation gave nothing in grants or scientific funding to anyone they racked up 134k in expenses. Boy the price of babies has really gone up! But the real costs were for the Rainbow Cultural Garden’s infamous child development experiments.HERE Remember they took money from a private nonprofit foundation chartered by the Federal Government and the State of New York for child care expenses.

Total revenues for 2010 = $93,418

Total expenses for 2010 = $150,517, of which $117,324 was for salaries and wages (Note: If there are 5 nannies and 1 driver, their average annual pay is $19,554).

The following is a list of know Nannies and support staff for the Rainbow Cultural Garden project. I must point out that according to the Ethical Science Foundation own tax returns they have never made a single legitimate grant to anyone. The entire foundation is a front for child experimentation it is also believed that none of these people have been given a W-2. Many are illegal immigrants and are paid less than minimum wage

NXIVM Cult Summit on Necker Island; Atlas might have Shrugged but Raniere hid.

Some are wondering why I’ve spent so much time on the NXIVM gathering of the cults, Princes and Princesses on Necker Island in the late spring of 2010?
While much like the infamous meeting of senior officials of the Nazi German regime at the Wannsee Conference, held in the Berlin suburb of Wannsee in opulent surrounding on January 20 1942 to plan the elimination of the Jews in the “final solution” or the Apalachin Meeting of the American Mafia held on November 14, 1957. In this historic summit of Mafiosi from all over the United States, Canada and Italy that took place at the palatial New York estate of mafia boss Joseph Barbara, leading mobsters cut up their La Cosa Nostra operations such as gambling, casinos and narcotics among themselves. NXIVM held this summit to conspire and organize and restructure its illegal enterprise.

So let’s look at the NXIVM Necker Island summit. All three of these meeting had many similarities. All took place in luxurious surrounding, where guests dined on and drank the finest food and wines, none of the participants wanted their attendance to become public knowledge, but in all three cases they did and in all three there was a lot more going on than just a little socializing by old friends.The spring of 2010 saw NXIVM in a bind. Continued negative press here and in the mainstream media had severely cut enrollment in the Capital Region. In spite of this, the increasingly paranoid and agoraphobic cult leader Keith Raniere was loath to leave the region, in fact he hid. Under these circumstances Sara Bronfman called a conference of the leading figures of NXIVM to plot the future of the cult.

Sara picked up the phone to her old buddy Richard Branson and arrangements were made for a plush conference in beautiful surrounding. Sara was in charge of the exclusive guest list which included Nancy Salzman and Jim Del Negro as Keith Raniere’s personal emissaries.
After pleasantries, cocktails and sex attendees got down to the business at hand. NXIVM's Executive Board was created with key positions given out to trusted personal. Mexico was becoming more and more important in the strategic plans of NXIVM and members of the board reflected this.
Emiliano Salinas son of the corrupt former Mexican president, Carlos Salinas de Gortari was named Executive of Standards. Salinas has been raised in extreme luxury since the day he was born. Salinas is co-owner of Mexico City's NXIVM Center. He is also an international trainer with the company. Saliinas is a much hated figure in Mexico. His self-aggrandizing speeches accusing the poor of Mexico for being largely responsible for the violence gripping the country are right out of NXIVM’s Ayn Rand’s playbook. Claiming the poor in Mexico have a culture of self-victimization that is to blame for the plight of Mexico, he calls on them to use Gandhi style tactics against the Mexican drug cartels, no doubt his family has massive holdings in the Mexican coffin business.
Next Mexican national and rumored gay lover of Salinas, Alejandro Betancourt was named Marketing Executive. Betancourt co-owns and operates Mexico City's NXIVM Center. This center is said to be the single most lucrative center in the NXIVM ‘s Empire. Many of Mexico’s wealthy elites, who have grown rich on the corruption so prevalent in their society are drawn to NXIVM’s message that they are wealthy because they deserve it and the poor themselves are largely responsible for their own problems.Next Mark Vicente the film maker who only made one film was named Executive of Enrollment. A charismatic speaker who is wholly dependent on NXIVM for his living, he has teamed with the Canadians Mark Hildreth, Kristin Kreuk and Allison Mack to sell NXIVM poison in Vancouver. While Salinas is Mexican royalty, these three stooges have a vast following among teen and preteen girls. Prefect combination really, money from Mexico and girls from Canada.

Clare Bronfman named herself Chief of Operations. The failed equestrian is also in charge of most of NXIVM’s charitable trusts; I will have much more on that later this week.

Rounding out the board we have former Keith Raniere sex toy, Lauren Salzman Chairman of Education. Described as one of the leading authorities in Rational Inquiry, she is said to have been presented to Keith Raniere as a sexual gift by her mother, cult priestess Nancy Salzman.

And finally Karen Unterreiner was named Executive of Humanities. Unterreiner the aging grand dame of NXIVM is perhaps one of Raniere’s must loyal toadies. She would prefer to die than betray her guru.

Well once the board was hashed out and hurt feeling stroked, about who was in and who was out the attendee’s began to plot the massive logistics of moving massive amounts of money around the glode to avoid taxation .

NXIVM had been using an inefficient method of transferring large amounts of cash across the border into the US. The Mexican operation is almost always conducted in cash and in US$. The money once across the border was then simply sent by mail to a series of PO boxes in the capital region. Juliana Vicente NX# 5876, mother of Mark Vicente was given the task of emptying these boxes each week, but the sheer volume of these pickup was starting to drawn attention.

On the Canadian side of the operation, Siobahn Hotaling; NXIVM head trainer from Albany is an alleged Canadian bag lady who was making weekly trips to Canada, she then tells border guards that she is visiting friends in Canada while it is alleged that her true mission is teaching NXIVM classes { which is illegal under Canadian Law as she is registered as a tourist with no work permit} and then transporting the tuition fees collected for the NXIVM courses taught in Canada and to pick up payments in cash from the Vancouver operation.

Obviously both these operation are amateurish and fraught with peril. Attendees brainstormed about moving funds to various Caribbean locations. I am afraid that many of these conversations were held away from prying ears.

Participants having set up their new power structure and with new money laundering ideas being batted around went back home to preach to the masses, the very rich masses or young masses that is.

Well first I must compliment the editorial board of the Times Union. Seems the editors went for the coup de grâce today with NXIVM’s mysteries the Sunday editorial in which they asked, no demanded a full investigation by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman HERE.

I also hear all this negativity has taken a toll on Mr. Raniere, he had his Viagra dosage doubled in recent days and word is Press Play LLC a home security specialist spend Saturday afternoon at the Grubby ones love nest at 3 Flintlock installing the latest home security system. Well some have questioned why I am running this series. Fair enough so I’ll tell you.

While I salute the fact that the slutty Brat is leaving NXIVM, her actions in Keith Raniere’s name have done a lifetime worth of damage. Her grade B celebrity status was instrumental in setting up the New York NXIVM operation. This center has since grown into one of NXIVM’s most lucrative enterprises. Her money has enabled the continued operation of a criminal organization.

Kristin Kreuk and Allison Mack through there grade C celebrity status on the WB network have been instrumental in the growth of the Vancouver NXIVM center. They both have blood on their hands.
Remember also Nancy Salzman and Jim Del Negro were on NXIVM party island along with the playboy monk Lama Tenzin Dhonden who seems to have sent his saffron robes to the cleaners, well at least his t-shirt is a Tibetan yellow.
Remember Tenzin while you party like a Bronfman, teenage monks are increasing turning to self-immolations as their situation continues to deteriorate in your native Tibet.

But don’t trouble yourself with such depressing news and pour yourself another mai tai as we look into the private lives of the Young and Bronfman on magical on Necker Island, a private paradise in the British Virgin Islands owned by Richard Branson.
