Ann Arnold sentenced to “time served” 12 hours in jail

So I went to court in the town of Providence tonight for the formal sentencing of Ann Arnold. I really don’t understand why the Saratogian has and continues to imply that Ann Arnold spent days in jail. Earlier today they ran an online headline that said “Ann Arnold to be released from jail tonight” {they have since corrected it}

The truth is as I reported last week Ann Arnold spent one night in jail. I spoke both to the prosecutor in the case KAREN A. HEGGEN, FIRST ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY and public defender Oscar L. Schreiber and both confirmed that Ann Arnold spent less than 12 hours in jail. I then asked Ms. Heggen if she was aware of the false information in the online Saratogian story and if they got the faulty info from her? She said she was aware of the story and no one in her office gave them false or misleading information.
The Saratogian had no one at either hearing and I have no idea where they are getting their info from.

Any way Ann looked her usual corn fed self. All this pressure has had no effect on her appetite. She is still on 3 years’ probation but can keep her 4 dogs and 10 chickens. After that she left court with her brother singing muskrat love and dreaming of the all you can eat buffet at golden corral.

Till tomorrow night when I cover the increasing bipolar John Franck at the city council meeting good night

Because the women in front of you at the buffet may not be wrapped too tight.

The stalker style camera work really did it for me. Like a distant nightmare. Truly enjoyed it and I am making a PayPal donation.

I realized that insanity is human. Look at these fucking people around us! John Frank, citizen nancy, centerpost from the toga blog, Marcia white, vanguard, steer, Ed spycheck, no balls Murphy, the dentist, cockshot Moore, yepsen, soriano, Arnold fam, , These people are fucking insane!! Look at the shit they do to us. Look at the bullshit.!!

Insanity is everywhere. See you at Clancy's....

Other media sources have been implying that the woman went to jail for days, as well. I think one comes up with a lie and the rest all copy it. How troubling that there is such a vast discrepancy between the reporting of someone who was there, and all the rest.
This woman is useful to some higher-ups, so she has her protectors. Time was when 'journalists' would be shoving each other out of the way to get the 'scoop' -who might her protector(s) be? How things have changed.
Good work. You'd be putting the papers to shame, if they had any.

On the water and sewer rate increase of over 4% which mean the sewer rate will increase 4% as well. That is a tough pill to swallow for the fixed income seniors living from Social Security paychecks from month to month. Their medicare costs have increased as well by the Federal Government as well. If any of these dollars are to be used for paying back the $1.8 million in no interest loans that would equate to being taxed twice for the same service. If the dollars were in the general fund yearly tax increases would have been lower or even refunded. The other question that has to be asked is with exoansion in the city at a high rate why would projected revenue for 2013 be lower rather than higher. If it was projected at a similar level to 2012 than an increase would not be needed. I realize it was approved but where were the questions from this sharp financial end of the Council. NONE. Dollars and Power seem to be the only goal. The taxpayer is second in line to the goal. As far as Empire Commissioner Matthieson acted properly. With the SSFD taking almost 90% of the calls Empire cannot survive. The problem is tht if that percentage is reduced to 70% it does not make the EMS viable financially and year to year it will get worse as costs escalate and revenue goes down especially with Obamacare kicking in. It will become a taxpayer expense at some point.
